I am not one to leave reviews online, but this experience was not great. I reached out to Hilton Garden Inn to inquire about having our wedding there. They got back to me right away and we scheduled a tour in the same week. We took the tour, at...

e dinner at the restaurant that would be catering and were overall impressed with the venue (especially with the location), but wanted other options for food packages as they were very limited. We were working with Kyle who had mentioned to us how busy he was with his side gigs during the tour. Knowing this was his job, we didn't think his side gigs would be an issue... until they were. After the tour, we exchanged a few texts and I emailed him a list of our wants for the big day (as we had discussed during said tour). I got a reply that stated he was pretty busy the rest of that week but would get back to us the next Monday or Tuesday with quotes. Well, here we are, ~2 months later, and I haven't heard back from him. Luckily, in the time we were waiting for him and "shopping around", we found a better venue with more food choices, more flexibility, perfect location with GREAT communication (for less money)! I'm sure not everyone's experience is like this with Hilton Garden Inn but when I'm spending this amount of money, I don't want to feel like an inconvenience to the person who will be my main contact. Even though we didn't end up booking here, it was not a tasteful experience and just pretty rude, overall.

I also understand that there was communication back and forth, and maybe the email was mistyped in the last forward of pricing, but he had sent an update with some additional questions and had not heard back.
