We have a ballroom, boardroom, and training room. This hotel accommodates up to 200 guests for receptions in our ballroom. We booked the Hilton Garden Inn in the Galleria area for our room block! Daffney Raven, their sales manager was so helpful and attentive! She was easy to contact, sweet, and kind. ...
She made sure our weekend was well taken care of and attended to! I was so impressed with the staff and care and my guests all had a wonderful experience at the hotel! They also allowed the shuttle to run late at the hotel just so that it would be available to pick up our wedding guests from the venue. I would highly recommend using them for a room block for your wedding in Houston!!

oms reserved, there was $5 off the breakfast price. Also, guests could park for free in the hotel garage. The special events coordinator, Diane, was such a pleasure to work with and helped us set up a separate room for Sunday morning for a farewell breakfast. We dropped off welcome bags to our guests, and Diane let us personalize a welcome card with events for the wedding weekend. We were very pleased with this hotel, the great staff, and the helpful and friendly events coordinator.

he Hilton Garden Inn online and we worked with Diane who was AMAZING! Seriously, after talking to probably 20 hotels (some never returned my phone calls or emails) she offered us amazing customer service, attention to detail, and accomodations. We ended up getting a price around $90 (fantastic for this part of town) which included free parking. The hotel itself has more of a small boutique feel as it's only 4-5 floors in comparison to the other high rise hotels. It was a perfect location- about 2 minutes from our church- and they offered a free shuttle for guests in the galleria area. Our guests loved it as there was tons of stuff they could walk to (including galleria).
Diane went out of her way to make sure our event was a success, she always responded promptly to any questions and I Highly recommend this venue!!
They also included maps/directions for all of our guests and were open to help us in anyway they could. love love love. :)
