We had a great day with no worries thanks to Judy and her team. About 200 guests and had so many compliments about both the venue and food. Wouldn't change a thing!

ar, etc. It was so wonderful to not hire separate vendors, rent flatware/tablecloths/chairs, etc. and have it taken care of all on site. Food was really good too! Judy, the coordinator, was prompt at answering my many questions and accommodating our requests. We arranged all of our flowers ourselves and they were able to store the flowers for us the night before the wedding. We loved the complimentary whirlpool suite that came with hosting the wedding there and they went above and beyond by making our stay amazing, as well as for the guests. A great value and great venue!

hly and that everyone was happy. All of our guests raved about how delicious the food was! The hotel recently renovated all of their rooms, so they were very clean and comfortable. The majority of our guests came from out of town, which is why the Hilton was the perfect location for us. It was close to our church and it was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
My only complaint (and the reason I took a star away) was that over the course of time from when we booked the venue to the wedding we worked with 3 different wedding coordinators at the hotel. Each time that they hired a new person we found out by chance, and that was frustrating. However, I will say that Judy (their current coordinator) is fabulous. She is very organized, efficient, easy to work with, and replies to emails/phone calls quickly.
Overall, I would definitely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn to anyone!

all of the staff was great. They work very hard to make sure you have a special day. We didn't have to worry about anything. They even let us drop off our things that morning and then put everything in our room so we didn't have to worry about it. They took very good care of all of our guests and we received many compliments. We also loved how there were windows so you didn't feel like you were stuck in a room all night. I would recommend them to anyone!

Monona Terrace, to which the building is linked by a sky-walk (great if you want to take photos there). Also, it is within walking distance of the capitol and several denominations of churches (including ours). The colors are warm reds and golds which went well with our colors. The service was excellent, and many of our guests told us later that the food was the best they have had at a wedding.;They do not hold many receptions here, as the Madison club is right next door, and the area is rather small. It worked out perfectly for us as our wedding was on the smaller side. They may be able to hold 100 guests, but the dance floor would need to be set up in an adjoining room.
