Hilton Garden Inn Miami Dolphin Mall has always been a very good option for us, and in all our previous stays the service has been excellent. That consistency is the reason we keep coming back.

ively impacted by the manager on duty, Maria. She showed no willingness to store our luggage, even though we already had a confirmed reservation to return. The reason given was a lack of space, which we know is not accurate, as this service has been provided to us on previous stays.
What was most disappointing was the attitude and the leadership dynamic. When I made the request through Peter, his reaction showed clear discomfort, as if Maria’s decision was unquestionable. This reflects poor judgment and a lack of customer-focused leadership.
A single poorly predisposed manager can seriously damage both the guest experience and the perception of a strong brand. I truly hope this is reviewed, because the hotel and its staff have consistently delivered excellent service in the past.

Great stay overall. The hotel is in a perfect location, right across the street from Dolphin Mall, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. The property was very clean, and the front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

id not get a chance to dine at the Flamingo restaurant on the first floor since it was closed the evening I planned to eat due to a holiday party. Other than that, everything was excellent.
I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you are staying for one or two nights.

ng area that feels lively but not incredibly busy or overwhelming.
The cleanliness here really stood out to me. The hallways were spotless (clear of debris and no water stains), and my room was thoroughly cleaned. I also appreciated the amenities; the gym was well-maintained, and the outdoor seating area has a great aesthetic with chill music that sets a perfect vibe.
I felt very safe during my stay. You need a secure access card to use the elevator, which gave me an extra layer of security, even if it was slightly confusing to figure out the first time!
Most importantly, the staff was top-notch. The front desk was friendly, and the housekeeping team is incredible. They are truly the backbone of this hotel—if you stay here, please tip your housekeeper! They do an amazing job keeping everything pristine.
Note: I didn't try the bar or restaurant, so I can't speak to the food, but everything else was great.

Prime Location: You are right in the heart of the action! Having the Dolphin Mall at your doorstep is a game-changer for dining and world-class shopping.
Impeccable Standards: The hotel is incredibly clean and modern. It’s rare to find a property that balances high traffic with such pristine upkeep.
Bottom Line: This isn't just a hotel; it’s a place that actually looks out for its guests. I’ll definitely be back!

In addition, a few minutes' walk from the Dolphin Mall - if you love malls and brands - this is the place for you.
We were at the hotel for 3 nights but they didn't make up our room or change the towels. The shower was good but not great, it seems the emphasis was on accessibility for the disabled.
Additionally, we were looking for a place to buy groceries like a small grocery store, and we couldn't find anything in the area.
