at this hotel gave us. Kate, the sales manager, did so much for us, from giving us a tour last second to even saving the bridal shower a week before we were having it. Another venue double booked us without telling us and told us a week before we could no longer have the room we wanted. Kate stepped up to the plate on a last minute notice and took care of everything along with her staff. The rooms were clean, and the food was great! The entire staff was amazing and we felt like we were at home at this hotel. Another staff member that we would love to mention is Melissa, she did just an amazing job helping with the bridal shower and even set-up an amazing moment for the bride and her mom while getting ready for the wedding. She gave us a memory that will last a lifetime, and we cannot be more grateful. We had a catered meal for breakfast the next morning for 75 people and it was above and beyond our expectations. Everyone at the Hilton Garden Inn truly cares for their guests and it shows in the effort they give while making their hotel your home for a few days. We would recommend this hotel for ANYONE looking for a place to say near the airport or in Milwaukee. If more than 5 stars were available we would give them a 10.

My husband and I got married downtown Milwaukee on a Summerfest weekend, so affordable accommodation was hard to come by for many of our out-of-town guests. I was initially concer...
ned about choosing a hotel so far from city, but after working with Janine Osborne, I don't think I would have wanted my guests any where else.
Janine did all she could to ensure that our guests were comfortable for the weekend. Her availability and understanding throughout the planning process was exceptional; any bride would be lucky to have her assistance! From having welcome signs in the lobby to handing out welcome bags I put together, Janine clearly knows how to be an outstanding hostess.
The rooms were clean and comfortable; For guests that needed accommodations outside of the room-the lobby is cozy, the fitness center adequate, and the pool a bonus for kids.
We were able to coordinate shuttles to and from the hotel and reception venue, and in the end we didn't feel too far from downtown at all.
If you're a bride, or anyone else that requires a large block of rooms, Janine Osborne will help make you happy.

They took care of getting an extra set of risers for our head table, re-wrapped all the picture frames in the room and in the cocktail area with gift wrap that I selected, adjusted the menu to our wishes and budget, and paid attention to every detail. I highly recommend this beautiful, quiet, and new location!
