I recently got married on 9/19/15 and had all of my out-of-town guests stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. We also hosted a farewell breakfast the next morning in one of their banquet rooms. And because we did that and had a block of rooms, my husband and I received a complimentary night stay in one of their suites the night of our wedding !! That was awesome, just to have one less thing to worry or think about. Riley was amazing to work with. He stayed in contact with both myself as well as my mother who was hosting the breakfast. So we both felt like we were in the loop and well informed. I definitely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Omaha West to anyone looking for a block of rooms and/or a banquets room for their wedding.

The Hilton Garden Inn Omaha West was a nice and affordable hotel for our wedding guests. In addition, they had a free shuttle running within 5 miles of the hotel, which was very helpful for guests to get to the ceremony and reception. However, we were not impressed with Riley, the group events coordinator. He was hard to get a hold of, he did not provide us with the link that our guests needed to reserve rooms in our block, and he would not send information to us after telling us he would send it (i.e. not sending information about planning a rehearsal dinner at the hotel when he told us over the phone he would email it). Therefore, while this hotel is a great find, I would be hesitant about booking a block of rooms here again due to the issues with service.
