My experience with the Hilton Garden Inn was fantastic from beginning to end! I worked specifically with Latesha Evans and Jason Van Olst. I have to say Latesha was absolutely aw...
esome! I'm sure I drove her nuts will all of my questions and changes; however, Latesha was patient, polite and extremely helpful...many times she would suggest things that I might need to think about that never even crossed my mind! The entire hotel staff were great to work with and they provided quite a few items for my reception and ceremony that a lot of other venues would charge you for such as: glass cylinders for the reception and cocktail tables, draping (extra charge but very reasonable), table settings (basic white), lighting and several other things. They provided a variety of pricing options and all of the options I reviewed included a room for the bride and groom on the night before and the night of the wedding.
My husband and I were able to do food tastings prior to the wedding and given a couple of chances after changing our minds. The food ended up being very tasty; our guests are still talking about how great everything looked and the feeling of love that permeated throughout the hotel.
Here's another little tidbit...they had several high school (I think) teams as guests during our time there and still everything went seamless with no interruptions. I will recommend them to anyone wanting a nice, beautiful, intimate setting for their nuptials.

communication until the day everyone checked out after my wedding. The majority of our wedding guests are from out of town as we are transplants therefore we wanted to ensure we could have a comfortable, clean hotel for everyone to stay at. Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Cary far exceeded all of our expectations in every way so much that we not only had our guests stay there, but had my Bridal Shower as well as Cocktail Party for the out of town guests the night before my wedding. Every employee we came in contact with was professional and friendly and knew my husband and I by name as well as my parents by name which was so impressive with as many guests that they see on a daily basis. I would recommend using this hotel facility 100% as you will be extremely pleased with their services. They have a delicious breakfast buffet daily as well as dinner services daily. Every meal I have had there is better then the next. The hotel is decorated in beautiful greens and browns, is extremely clean and comfortable.
