The Internet is subpar at best. You’re getting 7 MB a second that won’t stream anything on TV or browse very slowly on your computer especially if you’re trying to do work also they just opened a new restaurant. Pizza place called the Cork and ...
screw. There are no menus in the elevators. That’s where you’re supposed to put the menus because when you’re in an elevator, you just looking around looking for stuff to look at

was a little high for what they did not offer. Here is my complaint. For almost $250 a night, they did not offer a free complimentary breakfast, nor did they provide a water bottle in the rooms. Even though the rooms were nice, they seemed to be missing something. I was surprised that for the Hilton Chain, no breakfast was provided, and after 7 days there was a charge for the internet service, which did not work at all. So, if you are not worried about those things and are just looking for a nice room with a view, this Hilton Riverfront is a nice place to stay.

The Hotel is falling apart. The fifth floor ceiling was missing. Smelled like mold. There was also a plumbing issue but look at this nasty bathtub that was given to us. The doors didn’t touch the floor and you can hear everything. The cleaning ...

Hotel staff got upset and kicked me out of the hotel after I back to back complaints about the dirtiness of the room. Claimed it was for candles being lit which would make sense in a typical situation. However no one can give me any explanation...
on why the rooms are dirty and the housekeeper and supervisor lied about changing the sheet. I took pictures of the same spot on the sheets everyday. Also the housekeeper said I got smart with her when in reality I was never around to see a housekeeper because I left for work by 7:30am in the mornings. As a Hilton Honors member this was the absolute worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. They claimed to have free breakfast and that is not free either it’s $15, no problem if you say that when guest are checking in instead of complimentary breakfast in the morning. Staff was very rude after I demanded to speak with a manager because after multiple complaints nothing changed and no hotel staff reached out to speak with me. I also had to call the police to retrieve my personal items after being told I was being checked out in the middle of my workday. The Hampton Inn less than 10 minutes away is a much better hotel as well as Holiday Inn. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog. Staff reminded me of disgruntled McDonald’s workers with minimum wage pay. Very sad and disappointing experience. I can’t believe they carry the Hilton name IT IS NOT HILTON STANDARD, more like Motel 6. Plumbing was jacked up as well, when taking a shower the water piled up like a bathtub and be wary of the roaches under appliances. Just disgusting. You need new staff who cares about the cleanliness of the hotel. These people do NOT care about anything not even there rude attitudes.
