er parking lot to accommodate more guest, but other than that everything was wonderful. And the view of the river behind the Inn is breathtaking. I wished I could review the rooms but I didn't stay there. Maybe my husband and I will do a staycation there? Stay tuned.....

l, see the picture. We did not feel comfortable showering in this; thankfully we stayed for only one night. There was someone on our floor playing loud music after 10 PM and even after calling about it it continued for 45 minutes. Would not recommend staying here.

ch is why this experience was especially disappointing. Although this hotel underwent renovations about a year ago, it already appears worn and poorly maintained. My room had rust stains in the shower, and the bathroom ceiling showed visible signs of previous water leaks. It certainly did not reflect the quality I expect from the Hilton brand. The most concerning part of my stay occurred on the night of July 2, during my third night at the hotel. There was a heavy police presence on the property, and from the first-floor elevator all the way to the third floor, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. The odor was so strong that I had to place towels along the bottom of my room door in an attempt to keep it from entering my room. I reported the issue to the night manager, who offered to move me to another room. While I appreciated the offer, it did not address the larger issue affecting the property. The following morning, July 3, I reported my concerns again to the front desk, and they advised me that management would be notified. Later that day, I received an email from Assistant General Manager Justin Patterson. Unfortunately, the response felt generic and stated that the hotel could not control the actions of other guests. While no hotel can control every guest, management can certainly take steps to discourage this type of behavior by increasing security, installing hallway cameras, or enforcing hotel policies more aggressively. A response suggesting there is little that can be done leaves the impression that guest safety and comfort are not a priority. As paying guests, we deserve a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, this is not the standard of quality or customer service I have come to expect from Hilton. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements so future guests do not have the same experience.
