impressed me. The fruit tea by the elevator is something you definitely can't miss. It is fantastic with all the freshness. And the breakfast, excellent! The bacon is so crunchy. The yellow cheese grits, the pumpkin bread......you can taste the food is good quality. oh I wish I can have them every day😋

Great stay at the Hilton Greenville. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained, with comfortable rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything felt fresh and well cared for.

was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire stay. Check-in was smooth, and any questions we had were handled quickly. The location is also excellent — close to downtown Greenville, restaurants, shopping, and major roads.
If you’re visiting the Greenville area and want a dependable, comfortable hotel with great service, I would absolutely recommend Hilton Greenville and would stay here again.

The hotel itself is wonderful, especially for a corporate event.
I do not understand why they have zero electric vehicle charging options onsite. This is a conference center. You cannot just redirect people to a charging station 4 miles away. ...
Almost all hotels have charging stations, so I was certainly expecting the same for this Hilton.
Everything else about this hotel is 5 stars!

Ive had bad experiences with the Hilton in general. We stayed in one in Columbia for a wedding. The first room was dirty with crumbs on the island bar. We requested another room. The 2nd room had the smell of FISH. They tried to send the main...
tenance Technician up with a can of rose spray. I informed him that he was going to come down with me to let the front desk know about the fish smell. He did. I asked the front desk to get us another room. I informed them we had only 15min to get ready for the wedding and I would like another room when we got back from our event. A few hours when we returned to get our new room key from the front desk. The lady was very rude.And replied the room number was on the card. I then spoke to the management about that situation. I was told it would be handled. So last night we had an issue with a gas leak at our home. In Greenville S.C. so I decided to check into the Hilton in Greenville. I got up to go to work and went down to get a cup of coffee. And was informed they now charging for a cup of coffee @ 4.00 a cup. On top of the 25.00 for the breakfast buffet. That's totally wrong to charge the guest 4.00 for a cup of coffee. I'll go to another hotel that doesn't charge the guest for coffee and breakfast. 100.00 a night and u would think the coffee and breakfast would be free.. I hope someone finds this interesting. And stays somewhere else that's guest friendly with there coffee and breakfast.
