We had a GREAT experience with Hilton Head Entertainment and DJ Bill West. They were super easy to work with, open to what we wanted, and on the day of the event, when we had some last minute/on the spot tweaks to the timeline DJ Bill adjusted flawlessly with minimal need for direction. He had the party rocking and everyone could hear our ceremony easily over the sound of post-storm waves and wind on the beach! Reasonable pricing. Truly a great experience and would absolutely recommend.

We are so glad to have chosen DJ Alan for our wedding. Not only was he incredibly responsive and helpful ahead of the event, he provided all the music as requested from the ceremony to the reception. Our guests loved the selection and helped keep the energy flowing all night long! DJ Andy was absolutely amazing! He was so wonderful to work with when preparing our music list and itinerary for our wedding. Our ceremony was beautiful and our receptions was a blast, DJ Andy had everyone dancing all night long! My husband and I highly recommend DJ Andy for all music needs!

We had DJ Bill West at our wedding and he did an amazing job. The dance floor was packed all night and everyone had a great time. He also did perfectly with keeping the schedule on track for things like announcing the party and the first dance, ect. We also used Hilton Head Entertainment for our photobooth and that also worked well. People had a great time and we got a copy of all the photos after the wedding. They also designed a lovely decoration for the printed photo sheet. 10/10 would recommend!

Bill West was the DJ at our wedding and he was excellent! He was super communicative, friendly, energetic, and delivered on everything we asked for! David Kimbell played the violin during our ceremony and it was beautiful. I sent him about 10 specific songs I hoped he could play, and he was able to play all of them!

Alan was excellent !!! He really made everything perfect !! Made our small wedding very fun and kept everyone involved from young to old !!! I highly recommend him !!! The best !!!

AMAZING!!! It is hard to put into words the wonderful experience we had with Hilton Head Entertainment and DJ Alan specifically. The business is well organized, professional, flexible, and totally worth it! DJ Alan worked with us throughout the entirety of our planning. He is extremely knowledgeable on what he does and was able to give us the best advice in order to make our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception audio, entertainment, and music the best it could possibly be. He was very well organized and was great at working with our musician and wedding coordinator. He is friendly, accommodating, and respectful towards all of our wishes for the wedding. We had no doubt that he would help make our wedding day a dream! With that being said he certainly did!!! Everything was so well organized and ran smoothly from start to finish. Our guest could hear everything at our beach ceremony, our musician was well hooked up to play on the beach and at the venue, and our reception was to die for!! He played all of our favorites and was so nice in playing request from our guest. He truly helped make the party come to life! We are forever grateful for our experience with Hilton Head Entertainment!! They are a MUST for your wedding, you won't regret it!

Hilton Head Entertainment brought my event to a next level and truly elevated the experience. We had a violinist and a cellist playing for the guest arrival, the ceremony and cocktail hour and they did not disappoint. They made my wedding extra memorable and were extremely professional, highly recommend. They also have an extensive selection of sheet music both classic and modern.

We had three different musicians as part of our wedding weekend - the John Brackett trio for our Welcome Party, David Kimbell for our ceremony, and DJ Jeff Crane for our reception and all were fantastic. DJ Crane picked exactly the right songs throughout the dinner and dancing to keep everyone having a great time - we just sent some 'must plays' and an idea of the kind of music we liked. He also checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we were happy with the song choices (which we were!). David Kimbell and John Brackett (and their fellow musicians) were all fantastically talented and did a great job. It was especially wonderful that David learned two new songs for our ceremony, which sounded beautiful. The Hilton Head Entertainment company made it easy for us to find the right musicians for what we wanted and everything was seamless from there. Thanks to all involved!

DJ Alan with Hilton Head Entertainment exceeded our expectations, was easy to work with, communicated efficiently + effective. The playlist he put together was everything we wanted and more. How Alan hosted the event, was perfection. He checked up on us throughout the night and was so professional, kind and a blast to work with! Craig Edelson of Hilton Head Entertainment was the DJ for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding. What a great job he did. From the planning to the actual wedding and reception, he was superb. We worked with Craig with Hilton Head Entertainment and he was amazing! We hired him for our beach wedding and he throughly exceed our expectations. Alan did an amazing job at our wedding in May! We had a small wedding so I was worried we wouldn't have many people on the dance floor, but Alan had such a great mix of songs, the dance floor was packed the entire night. Everyone had the best time dancing the night away!

HHE was flexible and worked well! When rain started right before my ceremony, they worked with the crazy schedule and got the equipment ready to go for the new ceremony time.

DJ Craig Edelson was the best DJ! He worked closely with us to discover our unique preferences and was so kind and professional. Our dance floor was full the entire time, yet he kept it classy, fun, and wholesome as we requested. Several of our guests complimented us on our wonderful DJ and people are still telling me how much fun the dancing was! He really read the room well and picked just the right songs at the right time. I've been to so many weddings over the past few years and most of them either felt like a prom or a nightclub. DJ Craig created the best dance floor and wedding experience yet still kept it classy. DJ Craig was worth every penny!!

Alan Palchack was absolutely extraordinary to work with for our wedding. We presented him with a list of music styles, and he was on point with the music selection for the reception. Cathy K. was the violinist we had for the ceremony and cocktail hour, and I received numerous compliments about her musical talent. DJ Alan was amazing! He had my 90 year old grandparents dancing. We didn't have the smoothest day with our venue but Alan really made up for it. The entire team was great to work with and Reid killed it for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Our guests still tell us how great the music was all day.

DJ Allan is a true professional. We had a lot of really specific music requests, and he incorporated all of it perfectly. He can also roll with the punches -- when we had an unplanned change on the day and needed a friend to officiate our wedding ceremony instead of the planned officiant, he got his mic all set up and our guests were none the wiser. The twinkle lights for the reception also came out beautifully. Thank you Allan for helping us throw an awesome party!

We contacted Hilton Head Entertainment for our wedding. Our wedding planner recommended DJ Craig Edelson and David Kimbell. We had received a list of songs for David Kimbell to perform on a violin for our ceremony and he played what we picked out beautifully. DJ Craig sat with us ahead of time to coordinate our reception from start to finish. We picked out specific songs and things we wanted him to help us carry out during the reception. Throughout the reception, he was in tune with us and our guests. The music was so upbeat that even the venue staff were dancing along with us.

I hired Hilton Head Entertainment for DJ services, and Alan emailed me immediately with various information and a quote. He was so helpful, and he created the best package for me while making sure I had everything I needed for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Beyond words, Alan is a great communicator. We emailed throughout the year, and during the summer, and I asked a huge favor from him. My favorite wedding scene is from the movie, "Crazy Rich Asians. I asked him if he could not only play that exact song ("Can't Help Falling in Love" by Kina Grannis) while everyone walked down the aisle (including myself) but also make sure that the song played the exact way as the movie. This meant him adding extra music at the beginning to make sure that the big moment in the song, in which I would walk down the aisle, played perfectly. It was a big ask! I wanted my moment to be just like the movies, and he did just that for me. The ceremony was perfect, and I could not have asked for anything more perfect. All of my guests loved Alan. He played a really fun set of music and was so kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

At the recommendation of our planner, we worked with Hilton Head Entertainment. They provided us with a string duo for our ceremony and cocktail hour. I wondered if maybe I was springing for an additional expense I didn't really need, but I am SO GLAD we chose to have the string and I am equally glad that we went with Hilton Head Entertainment. They made the booking process easy and we selected the songs we liked best. They were always responsive to emails and questions. But most importantly, the music on the day of was such a nice touch and it made our eventful feel even more magical. I cant recommend HHE and Cathy Klimoff enough!

Beyond thankful for DJ Craig! There was not one person sitting down. Everyone was on the dance floor! He truly made my wedding vision come to life. My husband doesn’t like to dance much and he was out on the dance floor. Look no further for a DJ. thank you so much for all that you do. It was amazing!

We had an absolute blast and our DJ was incredible! We honestly couldn't have asked for anything better. Andy was amazing and truly set up the dancing perfectly, he was incredibly easy to work with and would recommend him to anyone. He had the perfect vibe we were looking for and our whole wedding couldn't stop dancing. The whole process was very easy to work with and made it easy to get set up even with living 12 hours away. DJ Alan was the exact type of DJ my husband and I were hoping for and we actually got compliments the whole night about how good the music was. He played everything we wanted to hear, nothing we didn't, and, no lie, the only time the dance floor wasn't full was when they announced the cake was ready to eat. Hilton Head Entertainment & Craig Edelson were phenomenal to work with. We planned our wedding 11.5 hours away and they made the planning process seamless. From prompt email replies to zoom calls, we were always on the same page. It made everything stress-free. Now onto the wedding with Craig. I cannot tell you how many compliments we received for our cocktail hour and dinner music. He absolutely nailed our vision and the vibe we were going for. For dancing, he played an array of music that catered to our guests, we had a smaller wedding and I was worried about no one being on the dance floor, but guests were dancing all night, they didn't want to leave! Craig even pulled me up to be a guest DJ on a song, what a surprise and the guests LOVED IT! We cannot thank HH Entertainment & Craig enough for being part of our special day

We cannot recommend Hilton Head Entertainment enough! DJ Alan and Brad Swanson (guitarist) were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. They made our wedding so memorable and fun. They listened to every request we had along with taking the time to create a mashup of songs for my father daughter dance. We are so blessed to have found Hilton Head Entertainment and will be reaching out to them for future parties and gatherings.

DJ Alan and Hilton Head Entertainment were amazing at our wedding! We were looking for a DJ that played great music, was an awesome MC, and had a photo booth available, and DJ Alan fit the bill exactly! Before the wedding, Alan worked with us to figure out which songs and types of music we loved and also what we didn’t want played. Alan had great suggestions for all of our song choices, and also confirmed versions of important songs with us prior to the big day, so that we were all on the same page. We also did an anniversary dance, which Alan helped us plan and overall ended up being a big hit! The dance floor was full all night long! My dad especially loved the mix of music that Alan helped us curate, he and other guests were talking about how good the music/dancing was all night long! We also hired James and the photo booth available from Hilton Head Entertainment. James and Alan helped make the photo booth more COVID appropriate by making it a photo station instead of a booth, and choosing props that could be wiped down between guests. The photo booth/station was a HUGE hit, our guests were talking about it all night and even the day after! It also served as a guest book, as extra copies of each photo strip were glued into a scrapbook and signed by all the guests; the Groom and I love it! James also went out of his way to print out 4x6 copies of all the photos the Groom and I took, as well as making us two photo magnets of our photostrip! He also gave us all the electronic copies of all the photos, which we and our guests also love! Overall, you cannot go wrong with hiring DJ Alan and Hilton Head Entertainment for your event!

Don Scott was the DJ for my wedding. He did a great job and I would review him to anyone. He listens to your wants and needs and really works with you. He made sure the volume was what I wanted. (I hate loud weddings) and he made sure to keep the guests entertained!

Jackie Brino was absolutely amazing throughout our entire wedding planning process. She was able to organize things in a way that helped us really picture what was going to be needed to create our dream wedding. Jackie was always available to speak when we needed her, and we really appreciated how amazing she was with all of the other vendors. There are so many moving parts to a wedding, and there are so many things that could be missed or overlooked, but Jackie did not let anything slip through the cracks. We truly appreciate all her help and guidance through this process. She made all the stresses of planning a wedding easy!

Absolutely wonderful to work with, and kept the dance party going all night. People from all age groups loved the music selection and had a great time dancing. Many guests complimented DJ Alan after the wedding, saying that it was the best wedding music they had heard! Not only was the wedding great, but he was a pleasure to work with. DJ Alan was an awesome entertainer! He was in tune with the crowd and noticed when the music needed to be sped up or slowed down. The wedding was a BLAST & I had multiple family members comment on how good the music was!

We absolutely loved having Craig as our wedding DJ. From the very first phone call to the end of our reception, he was very accommodating and truly cared about us as a couple and not just as a client. Craig is very talented, we enjoyed his music selection from the ceremony all the way through the reception. We used Hilton Head Entertainment to provide advice and booking for musicians for a wedding - both ceremony/cocktail hour and reception. They were very professional. We hired DJ Alan for our wedding that was supposed to take place in April 2020. Due to the circumstances with Covid-19 we unfortunately had to postpone our wedding to July 2020. Although Covid still impacted our new date we were still able to celebrate with family and friends! DJ Alan and his team were super accommodating with the date change and made sure every detail was covered. We are not local to the Hilton Head area so we met with Alan a few times over the phone to iron out last minute details and song choices. Alan was definitely an expert and gave great advice on song choices for every aspect of our wedding (cocktail hour and reception), while still allowing us to pick our songs and honored our no-play list. He met our expectations and more! Our guests commented several times on how great the music was, and for all ages! We would highly recommend using DJ Alan for your event!

We had DJ Bill West and his wife, MJ, ran our photo booth. Both were incredibly sweet, detailed and had smiles on all night. They were very kind to all of my guests, arrived on time, and stayed a little after hours and chatted. Almost every song I wanted was played and all of my important song requests were accurate and smooth. The sound system was right on point and the photo booth was a hit with my crowd. Overall, incredible duo and working with Hilton Head to coordinate was pretty easy!

We hired the band, OCD, through Hilton Head Entertainment. They were a highlight of the night! So much energy and amazing hits- we (and our guests) loved it. Would highly recommend. HHE was also very responsive and easy to work with, which was key for us, as we were having a destination wedding. Thank you to Todd, HHE, and OCD.

Alan with Hilton Head Entertainment (HHE) did a fantastic job for my wedding and reception! My Dad is a DJ and he knew what to look for in a DJ. Alan did a professional job because was very organized, used top quality DJ equipment and lights, and played the all of music that was requested. He is highly recommended by the local venues in Hilton Head. I want to mention his staff member, Jessica, who is very friendly and helpful also. I also wanted a photo booth and which HHE provided he did a great job too! My parents wanted nothing but the best for my fiancé and I and that is what we got! HHE deserves 5 stars!! I highly recommend hiring using Hilton Head Entertainment!
