We are so glad to have chosen DJ Alan for our wedding. Not only was he incredibly responsive and helpful ahead of the event, he provided all the music as requested from the ceremony to the reception. Our guests loved the selection and helped keep the energy flowing all night long! DJ Andy was absolutely amazing! He was so wonderful to work with when preparing our music list and itinerary for our wedding. Our ceremony was beautiful and our receptions was a blast, DJ Andy had everyone dancing all night long! My husband and I highly recommend DJ Andy for all music needs!

We had DJ Bill West at our wedding and he did an amazing job. The dance floor was packed all night and everyone had a great time. He also did perfectly with keeping the schedule on track for things like announcing the party and the first dance, ect. We also used Hilton Head Entertainment for our photobooth and that also worked well. People had a great time and we got a copy of all the photos after the wedding. They also designed a lovely decoration for the printed photo sheet. 10/10 would recommend!

Bill West was the DJ at our wedding and he was excellent! He was super communicative, friendly, energetic, and delivered on everything we asked for! David Kimbell played the violin during our ceremony and it was beautiful. I sent him about 10 specific songs I hoped he could play, and he was able to play all of them!

AMAZING!!! It is hard to put into words the wonderful experience we had with Hilton Head Entertainment and DJ Alan specifically. The business is well organized, professional, flexible, and totally worth it! DJ Alan worked with us throughout the entirety of our planning. He is extremely knowledgeable on what he does and was able to give us the best advice in order to make our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception audio, entertainment, and music the best it could possibly be. He was very well organized and was great at working with our musician and wedding coordinator. He is friendly, accommodating, and respectful towards all of our wishes for the wedding. Our guest could hear everything at our beach ceremony, our musician was well hooked up to play on the beach and at the venue, and our reception was to die for!! Hilton Head Entertainment brought my event to a next level and truly elevated the experience. We had a violinist and a cellist playing for the guest arrival, the ceremony and cocktail hour and they did not disappoint. They made my wedding extra memorable and were extremely professional, highly recommend. They also have an extensive selection of sheet music both classic and modern.

We had three different musicians as part of our wedding weekend - the John Brackett trio for our Welcome Party, David Kimbell for our ceremony, and DJ Jeff Crane for our reception and all were fantastic. DJ Crane picked exactly the right songs throughout the dinner and dancing to keep everyone having a great time - we just sent some 'must plays' and an idea of the kind of music we liked. He also checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we were happy with the song choices (which we were!). David Kimbell and John Brackett (and their fellow musicians) were all fantastically talented and did a great job. It was especially wonderful that David learned two new songs for our ceremony, which sounded beautiful. The Hilton Head Entertainment company made it easy for us to find the right musicians for what we wanted and everything was seamless from there. Thanks to all involved!

Alan did an amazing job at our wedding in May! We had a small wedding so I was worried we wouldn't have many people on the dance floor, but Alan had such a great mix of songs, the dance floor was packed the entire night. Everyone had the best time dancing the night away!

HHE was flexible and worked well! When rain started right before my ceremony, they worked with the crazy schedule and got the equipment ready to go for the new ceremony time.

DJ Craig Edelson was the best DJ! He worked closely with us to discover our unique preferences and was so kind and professional. Our dance floor was full the entire time, yet he kept it classy, fun, and wholesome as we requested. Several of our guests complimented us on our wonderful DJ and people are still telling me how much fun the dancing was! He really read the room well and picked just the right songs at the right time. I've been to so many weddings over the past few years and most of them either felt like a prom or a nightclub. DJ Craig created the best dance floor and wedding experience yet still kept it classy. DJ Craig was worth every penny!!

Alan Palchack was absolutely extraordinary to work with for our wedding. We presented him with a list of music styles, and he was on point with the music selection for the reception. Cathy K. was the violinist we had for the ceremony and cocktail hour, and I received numerous compliments about her musical talent. DJ Alan was amazing! He had my 90 year old grandparents dancing. We didn't have the smoothest day with our venue but Alan really made up for it. The entire team was great to work with and Reid killed it for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Our guests still tell us how great the music was all day.

DJ Allan is a true professional. We had a lot of really specific music requests, and he incorporated all of it perfectly. He can also roll with the punches -- when we had an unplanned change on the day and needed a friend to officiate our wedding ceremony instead of the planned officiant, he got his mic all set up and our guests were none the wiser. The twinkle lights for the reception also came out beautifully. Thank you Allan for helping us throw an awesome party!

We contacted Hilton Head Entertainment for our wedding. Our wedding planner recommended DJ Craig Edelson and David Kimbell. We had received a list of songs for David Kimbell to perform on a violin for our ceremony and he played what we picked out beautifully. DJ Craig sat with us ahead of time to coordinate our reception from start to finish. We picked out specific songs and things we wanted him to help us carry out during the reception. Throughout the reception, he was in tune with us and our guests. The music was so upbeat that even the venue staff were dancing along with us.

I hired Hilton Head Entertainment for DJ services, and Alan emailed me immediately with various information and a quote. He was so helpful, and he created the best package for me while making sure I had everything I needed for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Beyond words, Alan is a great communicator. We emailed throughout the year, and during the summer, and I asked a huge favor from him. My favorite wedding scene is from the movie, "Crazy Rich Asians. I asked him if he could not only play that exact song ("Can't Help Falling in Love" by Kina Grannis) while everyone walked down the aisle (including myself) but also make sure that the song played the exact way as the movie. This meant him adding extra music at the beginning to make sure that the big moment in the song, in which I would walk down the aisle, played perfectly. It was a big ask! I wanted my moment to be just like the movies, and he did just that for me. The ceremony was perfect, and I could not have asked for anything more perfect. All of my guests loved Alan. He played a really fun set of music and was so kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

At the recommendation of our planner, we worked with Hilton Head Entertainment. They provided us with a string duo for our ceremony and cocktail hour. I wondered if maybe I was springing for an additional expense I didn't really need, but I am SO GLAD we chose to have the string and I am equally glad that we went with Hilton Head Entertainment. They made the booking process easy and we selected the songs we liked best. They were always responsive to emails and questions. But most importantly, the music on the day of was such a nice touch and it made our eventful feel even more magical. I cant recommend HHE and Cathy Klimoff enough!

Beyond thankful for DJ Craig! There was not one person sitting down. Everyone was on the dance floor! He truly made my wedding vision come to life. We had an absolute blast and our DJ was incredible! We honestly couldn't have asked for anything better. Andy was amazing and truly set up the dancing perfectly, he was incredibly easy to work with and would recommend him to anyone. DJ Alan was the exact type of DJ my husband and I were hoping for and we actually got compliments the whole night about how good the music was. Hilton Head Entertainment & Craig Edelson were phenomenal to work with. We planned our wedding 11.5 hours away and they made the planning process seamless. From prompt email replies to zoom calls, we were always on the same page. It made everything stress-free. Now onto the wedding with Craig. I cannot tell you how many compliments we received for our cocktail hour and dinner music. He absolutely nailed our vision and the vibe we were going for. For dancing, he played an array of music that catered to our guests, we had a smaller wedding and I was worried about no one being on the dance floor, but guests were dancing all night, they didn't want to leave! They listened to every request we had along with taking the time to create a mashup of songs for my father daughter dance. DJ Alan and Hilton Head Entertainment were amazing at our wedding! We were looking for a DJ that played great music, was an awesome MC, and had a photo booth available, and DJ Alan fit the bill exactly! Before the wedding, Alan worked with us to figure out which songs and types of music we loved and also what we didn’t want played. Alan had great suggestions for all of our song choices, and also confirmed versions of important songs with us prior to the big day, so that we were all on the same page. We also did an anniversary dance, which Alan helped us plan and overall ended up being a big hit! The dance floor was full all night long! My dad especially loved the mix of music that Alan helped us curate, he and other guests were talking about how good the music/dancing was all night long! We also hired James and the photo booth available from Hilton Head Entertainment. James and Alan helped make the photo booth more COVID appropriate by making it a photo station instead of a booth, and choosing props that could be wiped down between guests. The photo booth/station was a HUGE hit, our guests were talking about it all night and even the day after! It also served as a guest book, as extra copies of each photo strip were glued into a scrapbook and signed by all the guests; the Groom and I love it! James also went out of his way to print out 4x6 copies of all the photos the Groom and I took, as well as making us two photo magnets of our photostrip! He also gave us all the electronic copies of all the photos, which we and our guests also love! Overall, you cannot go wrong with hiring DJ Alan and Hilton Head Entertainment for your event!

Don Scott was the DJ for my wedding. He did a great job and I would review him to anyone. He listens to your wants and needs and really works with you. He made sure the volume was what I wanted. (I hate loud weddings) and he made sure to keep the guests entertained!

Jackie Brino was absolutely amazing throughout our entire wedding planning process. She was able to organize things in a way that helped us really picture what was going to be needed to create our dream wedding. Jackie was always available to speak when we needed her, and we really appreciated how amazing she was with all of the other vendors. There are so many moving parts to a wedding, and there are so many things that could be missed or overlooked, but Jackie did not let anything slip through the cracks. We truly appreciate all her help and guidance through this process. She made all the stresses of planning a wedding easy!

Absolutely wonderful to work with, and kept the dance party going all night. People from all age groups loved the music selection and had a great time dancing. Many guests complimented DJ Alan after the wedding, saying that it was the best wedding music they had heard! Not only was the wedding great, but he was a pleasure to work with. DJ Alan was an awesome entertainer! He was in tune with the crowd and noticed when the music needed to be sped up or slowed down. The wedding was a BLAST & I had multiple family members comment on how good the music was!

We absolutely loved having Craig as our wedding DJ. From the very first phone call to the end of our reception, he was very accommodating and truly cared about us as a couple and not just as a client. We hired DJ Alan for our wedding that was supposed to take place in April 2020. Due to the circumstances with Covid-19 we unfortunately had to postpone our wedding to July 2020. Although Covid still impacted our new date we were still able to celebrate with family and friends! DJ Alan and his team were super accommodating with the date change and made sure every detail was covered. We are not local to the Hilton Head area so we met with Alan a few times over the phone to iron out last minute details and song choices. Alan was definitely an expert and gave great advice on song choices for every aspect of our wedding (cocktail hour and reception), while still allowing us to pick our songs and honored our no-play list. He met our expectations and more! Our guests commented several times on how great the music was, and for all ages! We would highly recommend using DJ Alan for your event!

We had DJ Bill West and his wife, MJ, ran our photo booth. Both were incredibly sweet, detailed and had smiles on all night. They were very kind to all of my guests, arrived on time, and stayed a little after hours and chatted. Almost every song I wanted was played and all of my important song requests were accurate and smooth. The sound system was right on point and the photo booth was a hit with my crowd. Overall, incredible duo and working with Hilton Head to coordinate was pretty easy!

We hired the band, OCD, through Hilton Head Entertainment. They were a highlight of the night! So much energy and amazing hits- we (and our guests) loved it. Would highly recommend. Alan with Hilton Head Entertainment (HHE) did a fantastic job for my wedding and reception! My Dad is a DJ and he knew what to look for in a DJ. Alan did a professional job because was very organized, used top quality DJ equipment and lights, and played the all of music that was requested. He is highly recommended by the local venues in Hilton Head. I want to mention his staff member, Jessica, who is very friendly and helpful also. Hilton Head Entertainment made it so easy to book our DJ and ceremony music! We had DJ Alan for the reception and it was the best decision! He kept everyone on the dance floor all night! He listened to what I did not want played but also took requests from the guests! Our ceremony violinist was Cathy and although I did not get to meet her personally, the music was beautiful for our outdoor ceremony! Would highly recommend!

Jessica was always fast to respond to questions we emailed and I would highly recommend working with her and this company. DJ Alan was FANTASTIC! He did our ceremony and reception music for our wedding at Honey Horn and he did a phenomenal job! We filled out a questionnaire and a week prior to the wedding went over all details on the phone. He gave us great advice for some timing of events during the reception and was beyond helpful! His style of DJ was perfect for us and by the end of the night with 150 people attending 95% of the people were dancing out on the dance floor!! Best night ever and best DJ!!!! Highly Recommend!

Hiring Craig to DJ our wedding was one of the best decisions we made in our planning. Blindly hiring any vendor without seeing them in action first is a bit nerve wracking, but all doubts were off after the first phone call. Wow, everyone from Hilton Head Entertainment made our day so easy. They helped created an awesome party too! We hired a violinist and cello for our beach ceremony and cocktail hour. Unfortunately I spent much of that time really focused on getting married and then taking pictures, but our guests said they were wonderful and really enjoyed the music. We hired DJ Alan for remainder of the night. He kept the party alive, and he even taught my group how to do the electric slide. Our guests, old and young, gave us handfuls of compliments about the music. We started the process about 6-8 months out from the wedding for a Saturday Fall wedding. I filled out a questionnaire for both the classical musicians and DJ Alan, and had 2 phone appointments with DJ Alan prior to our wedding. The whole process was very easy. They did not try to up sell us on additional lighting, etc. and respected our budget. I would highly recommend DJ Alan and Hilton Head Entertainment!

I booked 3 different artists through HHE and would recommend 2 of the 3. I will review each of them separately. However, given that one of my artists did not show up on the wedding day, I would not recommend HHE. I would recommend contacting and booking the artists directly.

A huge thank you to both Jessica and DJ Bill West from Hilton Head Entertainment! Jessica was my initial contact with Hilton Head and answered every inquiry I had timely and was absolutely great to work with. She connected me with DJ Bill West for my wedding ceremony and reception music and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We were sent questionnaires for both the ceremony and reception, and we were very detailed with our responses. We had pretty particular music choices/styles we wanted played for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing, and DJ Bill West delivered exactly what we asked for. Guests were up and dancing immediately, and stayed on the dance floor all night! Our venue is unique in that the dance floor and eating area are separate, so DJ Bill West provided extra speakers so that music could be heard in both areas. We highly recommend Hilton Head Entertainment!

We met with Alan about a month prior to the wedding to go over what we wanted and he was amazing. We told him we just wanted people on the dance floor and whatever it took to make that happen we were ok with. We are so glad we let Alan do his thing! Within two songs he was orchestrating a dance off that got the last few seated guests up on their feet and on the dance floor. He did an outstanding job of blending songs together to keep the night moving. Alan also helped edit our dance songs to about 2:30 minutes. We highly recommend him! We can see why he is the best on the island!!!

Cathy and Jamie were both amazing. Cathy played through another venues music without hesitation And Jamie nailed our reception music choices without question. Jessica was amazing with getting all contracts together. All in all an amazing experience.

DJ Alan was wonderful! He did the music for our ceremony and reception...everything was seamless! He was attentive, easy to work with, his detail he put into the music picks was spot on. He got the crowd out there dancing and played music for everyone! I would highly recommend him to everyone for your wedding!

We worked with David Kimbell for our ceremony and DJ Alan for our reception, and both were amazing! The ceremony music was exactly what we requested and it blended nicely with the overall theme of our wedding. Alan did an excellent job as DJ and MC, making sure our selection of songs during the reception flowed, and was very accommodating to all of our last-minute requests. Jessica is very easy to work with and was very quick to respond to our emails. We would definitely recommend Hilton Head Entertainment and both David Kimbell and DJ Alan for musical entertainment for a wedding or any other event!

DJ Alan and our violinist (Na) did an amazing job. DJ Alan was just downright fantastic. He was super personable and a great MC for the wedding. I would recommend Alan to anyone.

I don't even know what to say.. DJ Alan was the absolute best. We are from St. Louis, MO. and had to do most of the planning from out of state for our wedding on May 13th 2017. Alan worked with us every step of the way to make sure that our ceremony and reception went exactly as we planned. DJ Alan and this company were wonderful and I highly recommend them. Jessica, the coordinator behind the scenes of the company, made sure everything was organized, certain songs were in the line up etc. The day of the wedding DJ Alan provided music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Everyone was dancing and there was a spectacular mix of music. He is definitely the DJ you want!

I would highly recommend working with Hilton Head Entertainment. We worked with DJ Jamie Rosen and he did not disappoint! Jamie was very thorough in making sure all of our song requests were met and making sure the timeline was on schedule. We had so much fun, we even extended the evening an extra hour and Jamie was able to accommodate us. If you are looking for a fun and professional DJ, Jamie is a must!

DJ Alan definitely lived up to the hyped reviews. He was wonderful at our wedding ceremony and reception. I gave him a list of "must plays" and he filled in the songs perfectly. Thanks for a great experience!

We worked with Jessica to hire ceremony musicians and a reception DJ. She was so helpful and her suggestions for each were great! We used Cathy Klimoff for a violin/cello duo during the ceremony, and I wish I could've personally thanked her, but I wasn't able to immediately before or after the ceremony. They were lovely! For the cocktail hour and reception, we hired DJ Alan. He did a great job with transitions, and a few last-minute changes to the order of events (i.e., someone else wanted to speak, and a special announcement for my grandmother). He was very flexible, and able to keep people on the dance floor!

We used Hilton Head Entertainment for a harp during our wedding ceremony. I felt like the price was right and the sound was amazing. Leslie was our harpist and did an excellent job. Unfortunately I never spoke with her because she was already set up and playing when I arrived at the venue and by the time pictures were over, she had left. She did an excellent job and I would recommend her to anyone. I cannot say enough about the sound of the ocean mixed with the lovely sound of the harp. It was beautiful.

Hilton Head Entertainment was wonderful! We worked with Jessica to book a DJ and ceremony musicians for our April 2017 wedding. Bill West, the DJ, was fantastic! Very nice, and he played a wide selection of music that got everyone onto the dance floor. Our ceremony musicians were also wonderful- I have to give a special mention to Dave Kimbell, who played the cello/violin and ukulele - he worked closely with me to ensure that our favorite songs could be played during the ceremony, and he also accompanied a soloist who sang for us.

We asked DJ Alan Palchak to provide both ceremony and reception music and he did a fantastic job!!! All the music and transitioning was done seamlessly and he was also a great MC. He kept everyone on the dance floor all night as well. We heard nothing but great things about DJ Alan before booking him and it was absolutely true! Both DJ Alan and Jessica from Hilton Head Entertainment were prompt to answering any questions and made sure everything was in order prior to the big day!

Working with Hilton Head Entertainment and DJ Andy was fabulous. DJ Andy made sure that our wedding day ran seamlessly. He was in communication with us constantly; checking in during the wedding day to make sure things were going as planned and ensuring that everyone was having a great time on the dance floor all night long. DJ Andy made our wedding day entertainment perfect - from beach wedding music to the last dance. We'd highly recommend him!

Our entertainment included Cathy Klimoff violin duo for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, followed by Jamie Rosen as our DJ for the reception. The violin duo was soothing and elegant, the guests loved them. Jamie Rosen was flexible and patient with my likes and dislikes of music and put together a playlist for guests of all ages to enjoy. Thank you to Jessica of HHE for connecting us with Cathy & Jamie as they were a stellar part of our wedding day!

DJ Alan, was perfect. He made our wedding day more special then we could have imaged. We had several calls with DJ Alan prior to our wedding to make sure everything was in order. He guided us with some of our song choices. We are still getting compliments about music. We would highly recommend hiring DJ Alan for your next event!!

A string duo was booked through Hilton Head Entertainment to play at this outdoor wedding. The music was soft and beautiful. The ceremony would not have been as memorable without Cathy Klimoff & company's talent.

DJ Alan was the best DJ I have ever seen. We spoke a few weeks before the wedding and went through all the details and special requests that we had. Alan made sure to have all of the songs that we wanted (even a completely random Wrestling Theme Song!). Throughout the night he played great music - even the staff couldn't resist from dancing! At any point if there were special requests they would immediately be the next song. I cannot say enough great things - book him for your wedding!!!

The art of being a DJ is often underestimated, but Alan Palchak is a master. From a great job blending the ceremony music with the our tastes, to knowing exactly how to progress the night to keep our guests happy and dancing... On top of all that, he was an excellent MC. If you're looking for somebody to play music, hire your cousin with an iPod, if you want perfection on your big day, get DJ Alan.
