I recently had the pleasure of booking an event at the Hilton Irvine, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Ryan Escoto. From the very first email to the final walkthrough, Ryan was the epitome of professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness. He made what could have been a stressful planning process incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Ryan was quick to respond to all my questions (and there were a lot!), offering detailed answers and helpful suggestions that truly showed how knowledgeable he is. Whether it was helping me decide between room layouts,, or recommending the best menu options for my guests, Ryan was consistently proactive and thoughtful. One moment that really stood out was when we had a last-minute change in our headcount just days before the event. Ryan handled it without missing a beat, adjusting the setup and catering with zero fuss, and making sure everything still felt seamless and polished. On the day of the event, Ryan checked in personally to ensure everything was running smoothly and that we had everything we needed. His presence gave me so much peace of mind, and several of my guests even commented on how well-organized and welcoming the event felt.
