After you’ve tied the knot, this patio can be rearranged to host casual cocktail hours. You and your guests can mingle and sip beverages as the sun sets on your magical day. After your cocktail hour, an unforgettable reception can play out in the Crystal Ballroom. This 7,020-square-foot space can hold up to 800 guests in an open reception-style arrangement. This ballroom has ample space for a spacious dance floor, seated guests, and live entertainment. For slightly smaller receptions, the Crystal Ballroom can be split into separate event rooms with the use of wall dividers. These separate ballroom spaces can accommodate between 300-500 people, depending on the layout you choose. Additional event spaces include the 150-capacity Catalina Ballroom, Monarch Ballroom, Crystal Foyer, and more.

e is flying in or out of SNA. The location is also close to Newport Beach, Costs Mesa, and Irvine. Very clean parking area, lobby, and rooms. Quiet. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Note: There is no business center at this hotel. Dependable shuttle service every 1/2 hour to and from the airport on large and clean shuttle vans.

Enjoyed the fresh and modern decor throughout and thankful for a great housekeeping team. We never saw them but from the cleanliness sparkles it’s obvious they are around.
Our trip was enjoyable because of the experience. We will be back soon!

This Hilton clearly doesn't depend upon repeat customers. Their customer service is awful. I'm a long term diamond member who hasn't traveled in a while because of the pandemic so my status was downgraded. I have 4 trips planned and booked a...

This location charged me a $35 fee to check in 20 minutes early. I explained I had a call and needed to work and they said sorry it's $35. I've never had that happen before and asked why. They said my status required it. I said well if Hilton doesn't respect my years of loyalty, it may be an indication I need to try other brands. I will. I can't imagine the $35 impacts their bottom line much but it impacts my loyalty a lot.
The bad service continued when I asked for a $20 to be broken into four $5s so I could tip the valet and the guy at the desk ignored me for a bit and then asked what I needed. I repeated my request and he stood still some more, looked perplexed and finally said we're cashless. I asked how we are supposed to tip and he shrugged.
Last the restaurant food quality was poor and service was slow.
I won't be back. As noted, their service encouraged me to try other hotel brands and I will on my next four trips in May
