Had the good fortune to stay here for a family member's visit to Mayo Clinic. While all the amenities were great, the best part for my family and I was the staff. We were there almost two weeks- Sharon and Amaziah helped us with several ...
late night needs. Sharon brought this mom a moment of peace at a tough time. The entire team (Joshua in Coastal Kitchen and the lovely woman whose name I forgot at the hostess station-)greeted us by name and knew our morning juice and coffee order. Monica helped a mom feel like herself for a moment. The PEOPLE made our stay along with a clean, nice, safe room and a gorgeous pool for the rare moment of relaxation during a chaotic time. Thank you to ALL of you- even those whose name my daughter and I forgot. Will be back next year for our check up!

The architecture and interior design are stunning, and the layout of the hotel feels very thoughtfully planned. Everything was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The rooms were spotless, the staff was friendly and professional, and the pond view made the stay feel even more relaxing.
This was also my favorite hotel gym I have ever seen. It was clean, well-designed, and much nicer than what you typically find in a hotel.
The only downside was that the food was expensive, and I do wish there had been a free coffee station available for guests. Other than that, everything about the stay was wonderful.
For families and patients traveling to Mayo Clinic, this hotel is such a peaceful and convenient place to stay. Having a calm, clean, beautiful hotel to come back to in between doctor’s appointments made a huge difference. I will absolutely stay here again. In fact, I already have my next trip reserved for next month.

The entire front desk was warm, welcoming, and very helpful with local information. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable and the campus itself is beautiful.

every staff person we met showed the upmost professionalism, respect, empathy, and kindness. My daughter will be returning to your excellent establishment for many more appointments and we would not think of staying anywhere else. Shout outs to Jez Ray, Harley, Chris, Kaitlyn and Kevin. incredibly comfortable. The beds were so soft that even our toddler sank right in, got all snuggled up, and took the longest nap! 😂😂😂
We also had lunch at Coastal Kitchen & Bar, and the food was outstanding. We ordered the half chicken entrée and the pulled pork sandwich, and both were absolutely delicious and full of flavor.
The pool was fantastic clean, relaxing, and perfect for spending the afternoon with our family. There was also plenty of space around the pool and patio area for our toddler to safely walk around and play, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this was an amazing staycation experience, and the day pass was absolutely worth it. We can't wait to come back!
