Do yourself a favor and book The Hilton
Recently, I contacted the Downtown Hilton in Knoxville, TN, to reserve a block of rooms for my daughter’s wedding guests. Before hanging up, I asked if they could accommodate a sma...
ll group for her bridal shower. They said “Absolutely” and put me in touch with Dustin Gibson, who is Hilton’s Catering and Sales Manager. Dustin was absolutely awesome from beginning to end. He helped me pick out the menu, decide how the room should be set up, sent pictures of previous events, and was so pleasant to work with. The day of the event went off without a hitch. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was tasty. It was a beautiful day and my daughter was so happy. I definitely recommend using the Hilton Knoxville for any special event you might be planning. Lori

with the staff, they seemed just as excited about the big day as we did. They were great working with us about the few things we had to have that weren’t on the menu, found a way for us to carry on my cookie table family tradition and worked with the food allergies we knew were attending the wedding (bride included!). I would choose this venue again in a heartbeat!
WONDERFUL Hotel to do your room blocks with!!! Great options and great service!!! I would not suggest spending your wedding night there (duh since your guests are there, but more b...
ecause I was underwhelmed with the suite they gave us due to the block).
Ultimately, great food, great service, great company! I love the Hilton!
The food was excellent although ready a few minutes late.

are about helping us create a wonderful reception. Throughout the planning process, the catering manager was in contact with both myself and my family consistently. We were able to do a tasting with the head chef at the Hilton and were very impressed with our custom modern Southern menu. The catering manager, who is essentially the wedding coordinator, was amazing at coordinating all of the details and executing an amazing reception on the day of our wedding. We loved working with the Hilton and would recommend their services to any bride looking for a reception site that provides excellent service, very nice rooms for guests, and a very professional staff.
They were very accommodating.
