My wife and I went on our best first date on Melbourne Beach, and we wanted to get married at the spot that brought us together. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but the process at the Hilton Melbourne Beach was flawless and stress-free. This is because their wedding planner, Taylor Fant, is such an amazing and helpful person. Taylor went through every detail with precision and helped us make a number of party decisions we hadn't considered. Taylor worked with our flower and cake vendor and our DJ to ensure everything clicked.
What a great wedding at a great venue and it was made possible by an awesome planner.. Thanks Taylor for everything!!!

were 100% accommodating, they adjusted reservations quickly and easily, they provided superior service, and even gave us a discount on the bridal suite! Over the 4 day wedding weekend, the onsite hotel staff couldn't have been more professional, accommodating, helpful, and FUN! We had parties each night on the pool deck and in the inside bar, and they were so great with our guests! Everyone had a fantastic time! They gave our military guests a military discount as well! Would 100% recommend them again! We'll be back for sure!

Words cannot describe how utterly amazing the Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront was for our daughter’s wedding. Unfortunately, her wedding day was impacted by Hurricane Milton. We...
lost over half our guests due to plane cancellations. Taylor Fant and her staff made sure her wedding day was just perfect regardless of the weather outside. Taylor worked diligently with us around the clock making sure everything was just perfect. Her demeanor helped calm us as the hurricane was looming. She was even able to provide us with a hair and make up artist last minute as ours canceled. She was constantly in touch with us all hours of the day and even into the night. The front desk staff was accommodating to all of our guests. and was a pleasure to work with as we were constantly making changes due to the impending storm. The venue was beautiful. The staff was incredible and I highly recommend the Hilton! A 20 out of a 10 experience!!!!

whenever I had a question they would respond quickly and they're very organized. It's very simple to set up the room block and my guests booked their rooms without a problem. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was so smooth and the food and drinks were phenomenal. All of my guests had an amazing time and it was truly the best day of my life! Thank you!

The wedding was amazing, the decor, logistic, food and staff during the ceremony, cocktail and reception. Everything was so nice and clean, no words to describe how happy we are. Definitely I will be back to stay more often with my family and recommend the hotel and staff for futures events. No matter how many times I called her and it was a lot she was always there! I was so grateful to her and the entire Hilton Melbourne staff who made my dream a reality! Thank you all the decor, the hospitality and the food was amazing. My friends and family are still talking about the beauty of the ballroom and the food.

k is old, very dirty and LEAKS. Unfortunately it poured down rain during the ceremony and everyone was getting dripped on through the tent. Also because of the hotel set up, the bride has to walk thru the lobby to get to the ceremony on the deck allowing all the wedding guest to see her prior to the ceremony.
There was also an issue with the air conditioner units in many of the guestrooms. The bride and groom as well as several of the guests, had to change rooms late the night before the wedding. Unfortunately the bride was given a very small guestroom which made getting ready for the ceremony very cramped. Even the maid commented about the room and had a cheese tray sent to the room.
The food for the dinner was excellent. Everyone commented on the quality and quantity. The only downfall was that they forgot to serve iced tea and coffee with dinner.
Amy, our event coordinator was very helpful, and returned all calls in a timely manner.

guest rooms and the old tent over the deck are no longer problems. Our oceanfront deck has coverage from a beautiful sail that is both modern and kept clean.
In regards to the planning and logistics, I can't say too much since the event was 7 years ago, but I can let you know our policies since I have been here for the past year. Our couples do get a complimentary King Oceanfront room with their package for the night of their wedding. If the bride or groom like to use it for getting ready, they are welcome to move that to add on those hours, but we always recommend for them to upgrade to our suites (only a $60 upgrade fee) since they would get much more space in our suite, especially for larger parties.
Our food is still excellent! I'm happy to say our Chef is the same from back in 2013. I've worked in hotels for over 10 years now, and he is by far the best in customizing a menu and ensuring the food is both beautiful and tasty for large events. :)
