I recently had my wedding at the Miami Hilton Downtown, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about their services. The ballroom was absolutely stunning and perfectly accommodating for our big day—it truly created the elegant atmosphere we had envisioned.
What really made the experience unforgettable was the staff. From start to finish, every single team member went above and beyond to provide the best customer service I’ve ever received. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything ran smoothly.
A very special thank you to Patty, who was our main point of contact. She was exceptional—always checking in, anticipating our needs, and making sure every detail was perfect. Her dedication and support made the entire planning process stress-free and ensured that our wedding day was flawless.

The Hilton Miami Downtown made everything exceptional for our special day and Joseph Castaneda made every single step of the process so easy. Joseph was the highlight for us. Whatever we needed, Joseph was extremely accommodating and thoughtful. From helping us coordinate the events of the day, to our dishes and hors d’oeuvers (all the food was delicious) and to even helping me with my dress on the day of! Joseph wears many hats and he’s the right kind of person you want on your day - you know that with him involved everything is going to go as planned or even better. The venue itself was beautiful. The setup was perfect and the space outside for pictures alongside the green wall was unbelievable, they turned out really nice! The Hilton was also helpful when it came to room blocks. They provided us status updates around our room blocks and helped give out welcome bags to our guests that booked through them.
