We had to move the entire reception up one day to the 23rd. I cannot emphasize how helpful and accommodating Hilton was in shifting EVERYTHING last minute. They redid tables to give the wedding a fuller look after we had people back out. We worked out ways to pay for food and contracts. They even let us reschedule our "rehearsal" dinner to a day after the wedding so family could be together. It was a phenomenal experience without the ice storm, but Hilton made it that much more special for us given everything we had to adjust. I'm very grateful to all the staff, and our coordinator Amanda Fulk.
The food from the hotel was also spectacular! For the cocktail hour, we got the smoked brisket and sweet peach skewer, fruit and cheese kabobs, andouille cheese croquette, and pecan chicken w/honey mustard sauce. All which were delicious and everyone greatly enjoyed. We also had our wedding cake made from the hotel and went with 1/2 sheet red velvet with vanilla/white icing and a sweet displays with them which were all delicious as well.
Thank you so much Amanda and staff for being flexible and helpful, especially those willing to work that unpredictable night with the ice storm! We are forever thankful and everyone talks about what a great time they had and surprised how everything worked out last minute from the wedding to the reception due to the weather! So, if you're looking for a hotel for a wedding or reception with awesome people to work with to plan, great staff, and great food in Nashville, this is the place!!

had our Welcome Party here the night before our wedding out on the Ryman Terrace and everything was spectacular! The views, food and service were excellent. I also used the Presidential Parlor the morning of our wedding to get ready with my bridesmaids and it was fantastic. We worked with Amanda (Mandi) Fulk throughout the whole process (setting up the room block, booking our welcome party, renting space for getting ready the morning of) and I cannot recommend her more. She is a gem and I can't say enough wonderful things about her and the hotel. Thank you Mandi!!!

s the ONLY thing we ran into with repetitive TERRIBLE customer service!! 1) I was informed upfront that we would receive weekly updates once people began to book rooms and that our contact at the Hilton would inform me when we were close to filling up so we could add more discounted rooms if available. Months go by and I don't hear anything so I assume no one is booking and the block isn't full. A month before the cutoff date my friend lets me know the block is full and they won't let her get the rate!??! I contact my rep - no response for days. I then call the front desk and end up talking to someone in catering who gets all my info and will "call back in an hour". Days later I realize he never called back. I call again and finally talk to the head of catering who lets me know our first contact isn't there anymore and apologizes for the 2nd disconnect. Sends me reports and says she'll fix the error at front desk since the block wasn't full after all so my friend should be able to book. 2) This person takes weeks to respond to my concerns with an error I saw on the booking report. 3) after about a month of stressing (and doing more than I think you should have to) it's time for the wedding weekend. I call ahead to make sure my rooms are ready because we were on a strict time schedule. They were and we loved the rooms. However, my parents and sister's rooms were not ready until almost 9 PM instead of 3PM check in time!?! You would think after every instance of "dropping the ball" someone would have made a small effort to make sure everything else went smoothly. The hilton did nothing of the such. Nonetheless the rooms were awesome and all other aspects of service at the hotel during the weekend were great. I just do not recommend for a hotel block. Maybe if you are actually having your wedding there they may care but definitely not if you're getting married and having your reception elsewhere.
