This venue had everything we needed! No need for seperate vendors (minus cake). Ceremony and reception were both held here. Betty Ellen was our life saver ❤️

s the ONLY thing we ran into with repetitive TERRIBLE customer service!! 1) I was informed upfront that we would receive weekly updates once people began to book rooms and that our contact at the Hilton would inform me when we were close to filling up so we could add more discounted rooms if available. Months go by and I don't hear anything so I assume no one is booking and the block isn't full. A month before the cutoff date my friend lets me know the block is full and they won't let her get the rate!??! I contact my rep - no response for days. I then call the front desk and end up talking to someone in catering who gets all my info and will "call back in an hour". Days later I realize he never called back. I call again and finally talk to the head of catering who lets me know our first contact isn't there anymore and apologizes for the 2nd disconnect. Sends me reports and says she'll fix the error at front desk since the block wasn't full after all so my friend should be able to book. 2) This person takes weeks to respond to my concerns with an error I saw on the booking report. 3) after about a month of stressing (and doing more than I think you should have to) it's time for the wedding weekend. I call ahead to make sure my rooms are ready because we were on a strict time schedule. They were and we loved the rooms. However, my parents and sister's rooms were not ready until almost 9 PM instead of 3PM check in time!?! You would think after every instance of "dropping the ball" someone would have made a small effort to make sure everything else went smoothly. The hilton did nothing of the such. Nonetheless the rooms were awesome and all other aspects of service at the hotel during the weekend were great. I just do not recommend for a hotel block. Maybe if you are actually having your wedding there they may care but definitely not if you're getting married and having your reception elsewhere.
