y Netflix account. There was a rather large stain on the carpet next to my bed, the shower drain poorly drained/was clogged, and we didn't have complimentary waters in the room upon arrival. The lack of an included breakfast was a huge surprise. The staff were friendly and the employee at Valet was very helpful. I will be staying elsewhere when I have to return to Scottsdale.
Edit 03/07/24: I called the number provided in the response to this review and was told I was being transferred to the "Front Desk Supervisor." The line does not connect and the call ends.
Edit 03/17/24: no response whatsoever from my "Hilton Guest Assistance Case # 198859457." Hilton has been a major letdown
Edit: 03/21/24: I received a response from Hilton Corporate Guest Relations with no solutions or answers.
