f time apart each day instead of being over crowded at your house 24/7.
The restaurant ( lovely outdoor dining with fire pit at dinner) nice breakfasts, are also great.
Then again, it’s a great hotel choice for any traveler. Top notch in every respect.

The Desert Pony restaurant and bar downstairs was great — the atmosphere was nice, and the bartenders were super friendly. We also loved the firepit area and the hot tub, which were perfect for relaxing.
The views around the hotel were absolutely stunning, and the entire property was very clean and inviting. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Arizona!

Beautifully architected hotel, and that's the important part because it's permanent. There are improvements to be done for service but if management makes those fixes it will bump up this hotel from "basic" to "great".
1. Room service knocked ...
on my door twice despite a "do not disturb" sign. Poor attention to detail.
2. Receptionist did not code the keys to the room. Required an extra trip to the lobby for properly coded keys. Again, poor attention to detail.
3. Air vents in the room are dirty and must be cleaned. If the vents are dirty, the whole air system needs to be cleaned.
4. Live music on Friday was a plus but musician too loud for the environment. Management must gauge the volume.
Other than these service related issues the hotel is beautiful with great potential.

Stayed at this Hilton this past weekend and honestly for how much we spent, we should have stayed at motel or best western. Hilton a name that used to mean high end service and quality now is just a brand name with and expensive tag. We found a...
n ear plug from a previous guest in the room, all we did was move a chair. Did house cleaning not move chairs when cleaning rooms? We spent 3 days there and not once did our trash get taken out or towels replaced. We tried to enjoy the hot tub but found it had not been working all day by guest who mentioned it to staff and yet nothing had been done. They eventually fixed it, however it was an hour before the pool area was to be closed. We ate breakfast at their restaurant and for the price tag we were hoping for fresh hot food at the minimum. What we got were cold eggs and pancakes with warm meat. Waiter only offer coffee once and never came back to check for refills. We definitely think twice before booking any Hilton thanks to this experience. At least at cheaper options I know to expect this level of service.

few times we made special requests, which was the opposite of what a great hotel should be. The coffee in the rooms is terrible, given the quality and price of this place. There is no free coffee or water anywhere. Breakfast is very delicious but pricey.
