nd every question I had. The day of the wedding Kristina and Lorraine made sure that every detail I asked for was executed. They really did everything they could to keep me at ease and my guests happy. I was hesitant about having a hotel wedding because of cost but it turned out less than I expected and it came with many extra amenities that you can't get from a banquet hall or restaurant. For example, the piece of mind of guests being able to spend the night in the hotel and knowing they are safe and not driving home drunk or encountering other drunk drivers. I am very pleased with my choice and highly recommend the Hilton because of it's amazing staff.

ty the wedding was. We had a wedding for 110 folks and it could not have gone any smoother. Courtney M. is a great communicator so with her help and the flexibility of the kitchen they can determine what will work for the entire group. Giti of BusyBee Flowers and the DJs/videographers from Gue Productions. Tatiana took 2500-3000 amazing pics. All in all it was a really fun and tasty outing at a decent price.

the Hilton was the attentiveness of the Catering Manager, Courtney Maleakas. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and responsiveness throughout the wedding, even with an anxious bride! In fact, the entire catering staff was just top-notch and so accomodating. Our bridal suite was so nice and it was great to just retire to the room after a long day. Parking could be a bit of a pain since it is in the middle of the city, but they did their best to accomodate our rehearsal dinners, set-up, etc. with the attached garage. I highly recommend this venue.

My wedding coordinator was changed less than half way through the planning which could have been nerve wracking; however, Courtney was an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond every single time we asked for something. She made the whole planning process easy. I wanted to do my food tasting on a Saturday and earlier than the normal six months prior to the wedding since I was making my own wedding invitations and she made that possible. I even had my parents and my fiances parents at the tasting to help us narrow down our choices. The few weeks leading up to my wedding she was very sick but that didn't stop her! She was in constant contact with me about everything detail and I never once felt like she wasn't there for me. She truly made the whole process much easier. Above and beyond her stellar performance, every guest commented on how delicious the food was; we chose three meal options, salmon, steak and chicken marsala. The event staff at the actual wedding were friendly, approachable but never in the way. They made sure that everything was done according to the schedule we had agreed upon prior to the event. I had my niece and nephew there and I wanted their meals to come out first which they made sure happened. The kids got chicken fingers and fries which they loved! The room was immaculate and set-up early enough that I could sneak in for a peak before I had to get dressed. I can't say enough good things about the Hilton Providence, its staff and the wedding consultants. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing! I highly recommend the Hilton Providence.
