Hilton St. Louis Airport Hotel

We recently had our henna and wedding at the Hilton St. Louis Airport, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, Nancy Cozart was absolutely incredible to work with. She was always so kind, patient, and quick to respond to every question we had (and there were a lot!). Her communication was amazing — she made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free. Nancy went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and her warm, genuine personality made us feel so comfortable and cared for. She was there for us every step of the way, making sure our vision came to life exactly as we imagined. Thanks to her and the Hilton team, our wedding weekend was more beautiful, organized, and joyful than we ever could have hoped. We’re so grateful to Nancy for helping make our celebration so special — she truly made all the difference! When I first started wedding planning, hotels weren't the venues I initially had in mind. However, I am so happy with how our reception turned out. The Hilton St. Louis was the most incredible team to work with. Rhiannon made everything so easy! There are SO MANY tiny choices to be made in wedding planning, and the team at the Hilton is ready for all of them and helped me make choices based on my individual event. The ballroom was beautiful, it had just gotten a fresh renovation before our event. The uplighting, pipe and drape, and outstanding service made the night feel magical. I didn't have a single "oh no!" moment during the reception. Everything was perfect. Most notably is the Hilton's willingness and excellent execution of our biggest request, and all vegan dinner service. Not only were they accommodating, but they are seriously talented! Everything from our cocktail hour o'dourves to our salads and entree were incredible! I have received so many compliments on the food! The french lentils and sweet potatoes were the perfect warm, winter entree for our February wedding, and the street tacos, samosas, spring rolls, and vegan crudite brought the fun and urban vibe to our reception. Our end of the night suite was beautiful and it was pretty cool to have a view of all the red eye flights leaving at the end of the night. The location being so close to the airport and having a shuttle for all our out of town guests was invaluable! Especially because an ice storm hit the day after our wedding. The hotel graciously extended our guests rooms for them, and for that I am super grateful!
