Overall we loved this venue and the food was absolutely incredible. There were several hiccups leading up to the wedding and day of the food was not on schedule. None of the issues were big ones but because of the several small ones adding up we started to get frustrated towards the end.

Hannah Eastman was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She made everything easier on us so we could enjoy our special day and not worry about the extra details. The space is beautiful and was everything we had ever hoped for

My wedding and reception here were absolutely perfect. The staff is so friendly, and helpful. I have celiac disease, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure my food was gluten free and safe for me to eat. The food is out. of. this. world. SO good! Hannah is awesome. She worked with my planner and me to make sure everything went off without a hitch, and she helped make sure the groom and I had time to eat. Overall, we had an amazing experience, and are so grateful to the entire Hilton staff for their help with making our day perfect!

We worked with Hannah Eastman for our stay at the St. Louis Ballpark Hilton and were extremely happy with the hotel and Hannah. We had a room connecting to a bridal suite that also came with a junior suite and all of this was amazing! Hannah also helped us reserve a block of rooms for our guests. We were very happy with the promptness of communication and we got a better rate than other nearby hotels. The location right next to Ballpark Village was perfect and the views from the suite and rooms were great! The suite was very large with lots of great seating and we were even able to host an open door brunch for our 40 guests in it the morning after the wedding which was very convenient. Highly recommend using this hotel and Hannah!

The event execution on the day was great but I especially appreciated the communication and responsiveness in the weeks leading up to the event.

My daughter was married in May of 2024 and the reception was at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark. It truly was amazing in every detail throughout the evening. The views are spectacular of the Arch and Old Court House. My wife and daughter were looking for the perfect venue and they did exactly that. The appetizer's, dinner and alcohol were wonderful. We had a lot of out of town guest so having the weekend all in one place was perfect. The rooms with the all the different views made each of them special. The evening wrapped up at the 360 Rooftop bar at the top of the hotel. The true heart felt complements from our guests, friends and family were genuine about how amazing everything was. We have to give a big shout out to Hannah Eastman who was helpful all the way through. We could not have pulled it off without her and the rest of the staff that was so willing to help in anyway. We had the most beautiful wedding reception thanks to the Hilton, Hannah Eastman, and all the staff! The food portions were generous and the staff was so friendly and helpful throughout the night. It was also extremely helpful that set up was taken care of and the bride did not have to worry about any of those details on her big day.
