Frontenac Hilton was wonderful to work with. The Ambassador Ballroom is beautiful and spacious. Guests could stay on property and the hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport. The package includes more than any other venue in the STL area - linens, signature drinks, dance floor, bridal suite, dishes/glassware/silverware and so much more. In addition, the staff are totally accommodating and willing to work with your vision and do not have odd time constraints on the use of rooms like the bridal suite. The menu available is amazing and also very flexible. Big Bonus, no charge for the ballroom if you meet a specific catering/bar number. Our out of town guests were thrilled not to have to travel to a venue. Very nice restaurant and bar on the premises and many choices of shopping/eatting etc. walking distance. Maxwell and the staff were nothing but kind and accommodating trying to help make the day perfect. The hotel rooms and overall property is very updated and super nice. The best is no extra little charges. The wedding package is very inclusive.

The Frontenac Hilton was outstanding in every facet! From the early planning sessions; tastings and interaction with Bridget were reassuring and comforting through the chaos. The event day was smooth as silk; the directors were on the spot, and spot-on, ensuring the event ran to our plans. We had numerous positive comments on the food and bar service: "best wedding I've been to"; " one of the 2 best weddings ever"; "the meal was awesome". Overnight guests, including the bride and groom, gave the guest rooms rave reviews. Thank you, for a most memorable wedding feast. rontenac gave me all of those things and more. 2 months later and every time I see one of my guests they compliment how it was one of their favorite weddings they have been to AND how much they loved the food. I never thought I would want my wedding at a hotel necessarily-- but having everyone we loved under one roof for the weekend was so fun and allowed for so many extra memories outside of the wedding itself. I would pick to have my wedding here a million times over.

The hotel was perfect for all of our out of town guests, and we held a cocktail hour, reception, and Sunday brunch at the Hilton. The Hilton had everything we could imagine. They worked with us to get our specific menu down and coordinated all of the vendors. I had nothing to worry about on wedding day. Cannot recommend them enough!

place to get ready in the morning and fall dead asleep after the party was over. Further, I cannot say enough nice things about Rose Ann, our coordinator. She was sweet, helpful, and personable. She answered every single question we had in a professional and timely manner. When you are planning a wedding, it can consume your whole life, so it feels strange to hand it all off to someone at the eleventh hour. But I felt extremely comfortable putting all of my hard work in her hands, and boy, did she deliver!! I am not exaggerating when I say that Rose Ann and her staff (including Todd and “Z”) made my dream wedding a reality!
