Everything just fell into place! Service was wonderful and everything turn out beautiful.

Our reception was in the Conrad Hilton ballroom and it was perfect. It was the perfect size and beautifully arranged to fit our desired layout. The hotel has recently been renovated and it's got his great modern yet comfy, up-to-date feel. The rooms are average size but arranged to maximize space and accented with modern furniture. The location is on UofH campus which is in the middle of a not-so-good area of Houston, but campus police were patrolling the entire reception...I never felt unsafe. We worked with Sylvia Molina, who is God sent, for about 8 months on the planning of the reception. The Hilton has preferred vendors, so that was tremendously helpful in narrowing down the tons of options for linen companies, bakeries and florists. We had our taste testing of the food and I was very impressed with the catering and quality of food. We chose a pretty stereotypical wedding dinner menu, but the food was very tasty and cooked perfectly! Sylvia tirelessly worked with us to book hotel rooms for family and members of the wedding party at a discounted rate. She helped us choose the appropriate amount and types of alcohol for the bar service...it even got so busy during the cocktail hour, Sylvia started bartending herself!! She also worked with all of the vendors to make arrangements and coordinate the big day to make sure everything went off without a hitch, and it did! Sylvia made herself available via email and phone whenever we had questions, she was extremely helpful and resourceful.

The Hilton was a great venue for our wedding. They helped us out a lot and really were accomodating. Overall it was a great experience!! Plus the bride and groom got a freee room with the package!
