Owner Dan Lagueux also runs a successful restaurant in the nearby town of Hooksett. He believes in the importance of teamwork and spending time together, and invites couples to experience the natural beauty of his farm. You can immerse yourself in the life of a working farm, for a sense of escape from your everyday life. The rustic charm of the New Hampshire countryside can be an idyllic backdrop for your wedding photos. At Hip Peas Farm, you can hold an intimate gathering in a 150-year-old farmhouse with up to 16 guests. Here, you can rest and rejuvenate before you begin your wedding weekend. The lawns surrounding the farmhouse can be tented for a picturesque outdoor celebration, while the trees that dot the grounds add a feeling of stateliness. Your guests can marvel at the views of the nearby river and horse pasture. Dan and his team have a number of packages that couples can browse and consider when it comes to planning their celebration. You are able to arrive on Thursday to begin the celebrations, and close the happy occasion with a mouth-watering post-wedding brunch. You are, however, free to personalize these plans in any way that you see fit. Any meals you are treated to are furnished with the farm’s sustainably grown produce and locally sourced breads.
