and what we wanted from them; we never heard from H&H once after booking them. In fact, I had no idea what time they would be arriving on the day. Our contract says we paid for a full day of coverage but I think they were there for maybe an hour and a half. When they did arrive, they interrupted our wonderful photographer (who did have a schedule that she reviewed with us several times). They launched a drone at one point, which we had to tell them to take down because we didn't want that. Their vibe seemed to be to create a video for social media clips rather than trying to document our wedding day. After the wedding, the communication issues continued. Our contract said that the video would be completed between two weeks and two months after the wedding date. Suffice it to say, we heard nothing from them during this time. We emailed them, called them, and had our wedding planner try to track them down - nothing. After four months, I finally suggested that my wife try direct messaging them on social media. Within minutes, we got a response: "no problem, we'll send your video tomorrow." We did get the video the next day (Were they just sitting on it that whole time? Did they forget that we paid them for services that they barely performed for us? Did we just have to find the magic formula to contact them?) and it was trash. The video was really tight on us, ignoring the beautiful venue we picked out. The original video had music over our vows (they later sent an update). They missed our first reading completely. The only (and I mean the only) thing they did that I couldn't have done myself was mic us up, which was actually good because our DJ's microphone cut out for most of the ceremony. I say all of this to give you a full picture of what you would get if you decide to book with H&H. We were lucky that videography was low on our priority list of vendors so it wasn't a huge deal to us that we got so little from them. I have no ill will towards H&H but hope that if they are to continue with their business, they take their responsibility to their clients more seriously.

very professional and excited about being part of our day, but it has been a nightmare since. We paid in full and tipped 20% on top of that and have not received our video or any explanation. I even told him we would be disputing the charge, as well as potentially seeking legal action and I still have not gotten a response. I truly believe all the positive reviews about this company were made by him under different names or friends. I searched court records and Jeremiah has been taken to court by multiple major credit card companies for large amounts of debt. I think he is using this "business" as a scam to get access to money to pay things off. Please avoid them at all costs.

k. Truly the biggest mistake we made was trusting and hiring them. Our wedding video is nothing like we asked for, and they do not care at all. They have no respect for their clients. Extremely disappointing.

quick clip a week later and I was super excited for the whole video. However, months went by and I hadn’t heard from them. I emailed them in September and asked why it was taking so long and they responded saying they were a little behind and I should have it in 10 days. A couple weeks go by and I still didn’t receive it so I emailed again and never heard from them. I texted, called, reached out on social media and emailed multiple times. I got fed up and emailed one more time saying that I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and what do you know, they responded…. They said the editor should have sent it to me by now and that I would have it in a couple days. I got it and it was the WORST video I have every seen!!! They literally put 5 minutes of unedited raw footage of the speeches. I could have made a way better video myself. We are still disputing the charge since our contract says we would receive the video in 2 months and it was 5 and it was absolutely horrible. Please so not hire them!!!
