About this vendor
Built in 1888, Andrews Memorial Chapel is a prime example of authentic early Florida Victorian Gothic architecture. The chapel has two foyers with Gothic archways leading into the sanctuary. The ceiling, constructed of native “heart pine” used the same techniques as shipbuilders did in that era. The trim on each beam is hand-carved, except the one closest to the altar. There is a stunning bridal suite in the chapel as well.
Andrews Chapel is a non-denominational all welcoming venue on the National Registry. We have open houses on Thursday (11am-1pm) and Sundays (2-4pm); and set private appointments anytime.

Andrews is a beautiful old chapel built in the 1800s. Everyone who attended my wedding raved about how beautiful it was. Very minimal decorations needed as the architecture was the focal point! The pictures turned out amazing both inside and outside of the chapel and Marsha was invaluable in the planning and execution!
This location is perfect for a classic and intimate wedding. As soon as we walked the grounds, we knew this is where we wanted to get married! Our guests kept asking us how we found this location (as it's a little hidden gem) and remarked at how beautiful it was. You get décor (you have options to choose from) with your wedding package, but the chapel can totally stand on it's own inside and out! We also loved that it was pretty affordable in our wedding budget.
Absolutely beautiful venue for a classic wedding. Jessica (the chapel coordinator/manager) was absolutely incredible, so good at getting back to us, and very accommodating.
Jessica was absolutely amazing and so helpful every step of the way! The chapel is quaint and so so perfect!
Our wedding at Andrews was beautiful and Jessica was incredible at helping us and keeping us organized. The chapel is even more beautiful in person and it was perfect.
I fell in love with this chapel online and when we went to see it in person it did not disappoint. The energy there is truly magical. It feels like home. Jessica was amazing in helping us with any and everything, accommodating our changing plans and always remaining upbeat and relaxed. I’m truly so glad we had to change our plans and have our reception on the lawn of the chapel because it was the most perfect and magical day. I wish we could do it over and over. Words simply cannot express the magic and pure love we experienced here on our wedding day (and anytime we visited prior to!) You will not regret choosing this venue for your ceremony or reception.
After walking into the chapel, I knew immediately this was the place for my ceremony. Jessica is amazing and organized, booking this chapel was among the best decisions we made. We loved our ceremony, and I would do it the same over again. Thank you Jessica!!!
Absolutely amazing venue for a great price! Jessica is an amazing coordinator and so helpful with finding other vendors! The chapel playlist is so romantic and the venue needs zero decorating! A great venue for people who want a traditional/romantic/historical venue.
Fell in love with the Chapel the moment we walked in! It is so beautiful inside and out. The chapel is the highlight to our special day. Jessica is great to work with. She made everything so easy and is very experienced. Thank you, Jessica!
I’ve wanted to get married at the chapel since I was in elementary school. We booked it nearly two years in advance! The most compliments we received from our wedding was about the chapel. It was everything I ever wanted for my wedding ceremony. I went back and forth with people about the décor because I couldn’t imagine wanting to cover up the natural beauty in the chapel. Jessica is the coordinator there and I felt 100% comfortable turning my wedding over to her. She is so sweet and just the absolute best! She helped with telling everyone where they needed and when and even had our guests shut off their phones during the ceremony which was a surprise to both my husband and I since we hadn’t planned on doing an unplugged ceremony, but we are so happy she did! I wish I could have had Jessica with me throughout my entire wedding planning process because she made me feel so calm and comfortable with every detail!
We have been searching for the perfect venue to finally tie the knot - something traditional but also something different and unique. The St. Andrews Memorial Chapel had it all....this hidden gem is the perfect place for a wedding or any meaningful even. It's charm is something very hard to find and we could have not asked for a better ceremony. Jessica is AMAZING! She was so thoughtful and energizing through the whole planning time and made us very feel very special. Her attention to detail is one of a kind and I would have any other family event there again. Loved everything! Thank you :-)
If you have been searching for the perfect wedding venue; someplace less solemn than a regular church but more serious than a hotel or the beach; you can stop looking, this is it. Andrews Memorial Chapel is absolutely perfect in its imperfection – it is a slightly quirky hidden gem of a chapel with a ton of history behind it, and the most gorgeous setting in which to exchange vows – it looks just like a church is supposed to look! We were searching for something more “spiritual” than the hotel we had booked, but were at a loss since we don’t belong to a church. Our officiant (Michael DeArruda – look him up!) suggested the chapel, and we fell in love with it the moment we stepped inside. While the building itself is beautiful, it is the chapel coordinator Jessica that is the heart of the place. She is efficient and helpful and so fun – be sure to ask about her DJ persona! :-) Just put yourself in her hands, and everything will work out perfectly.
We knew right away that Historic Andrews Chapel was where we were going to get married. Jessica made everything so easy with a perfect play list and an excellent vendor list. Our wedding was beautiful and romantic and everything we wanted.
If you are looking for a romantic, classy venue to be married look no further. And as an added bonus you get the amazing services of Jessica Nelson, who is truly the most amazing wedding coordinator. She was a rock when a few weeks before the wedding we had a minor snafu, but she swooped in and saved the day. The chapel is so amazing you really don't have to decorate much. Our guests were in awe of this place and we couldn't have been happier!
The chapel is beautiful! Jessica was very helpful and patient.
One magical gal made all our ceremony dreams come true !!!!!! JESSICA !!!!!!! she was so amazing to us :) Jessica went above and beyond to secure our wedding date with us. The chapel is incredibly beautiful and full of history. My husband and I were so excited about our wedding , but above all our marriage. The first time we walked in the chapel , we knew this is where we would start our marriage. Thank you so much Jessica :)

The Historic Andrews Memorial Chapel was absolutely perfect for our wedding! It's so beautiful and such a special and unique building - fantastic for photos. The Chapel Coordinator, Jessica Nelson, was helpful throughout the entire process and made both the rehearsal and the ceremony run smoothly and go off without a hitch. Jessica is extremely detailed and is so experienced with coordinating ceremonies within the chapel that everything just flows perfectly - no stress at all. Plus she's a joy to be around and you can tell that each wedding means something to her. There's something special about getting married in a historic chapel (127+ years old), and it's an absolutely gorgeous building. So glad that we were able to have our wedding there!
This beautiful chapel was perfect for my Halloween themed wedding. Jessica is the best! She was there to help me with everything. I couldn't imagine my wedding anywhere else. It was absolutely perfect.
Planning the wedding didn't feel real until we made it to the chapel. This place is so magical, it feels like you are in another time and place. Jessica is amazing and made sure every minute we spent in the chapel went smoothly. She stayed in touch in the time leading up to the event and gave wonderful advice and answered all my questions. Such an amazing place!!!
