Oakland is situated on a large estate brimming with trees and seasonal florals which adds to the mansion’s stately ambience. Between the antique charms and lush grounds, our client's can celebrate in memorable splendor. Facilities and Capacity There are multiple areas throughout Oakland that can be transformed into event space. For weddings, Oakland accommodates up to 180 guests to come together to mark a couple’s milestone moment, paving the way for soon-to-be newlyweds to organize galas of all kinds. Ceremonies can take place in the idyllic and whimsical gardens. After, guests can move to the ballroom on the main floor. Here, 80 guests can gather for a banquet-style dining experience. Food, beverages, entertainment, and other setups can be placed in the Foyer, Library or Veranda. The main ballroom opens up onto the Veranda through a series of glass doors. The Veranda is well suited to cocktail hour and when added to the ballroom, brings the capacity up to 100 people. The Foyer is a flexible space that can also enhance the main ballroom. Guests can enjoy cocktails here or it can be used for dancing later in the evening. Moving to the second floor, couples will encounter the Magnolia Room. Illuminated by natural light, the room can seat up to 64 guests in a banquet-style setting. Outside, large weddings with 180 people can be held in the tented area. From here, loved ones can enjoy the festivities while taking in the picturesque property. Additional smaller rooms throughout the mansion can be used for dressing rooms or as the backdrop for engagement parties, showers, and rehearsal dinners. Client's can make use of the property’s selection of round, banquet, and cocktail tables along with indoor and outdoor ceremony chairs. Couples have the ability to pick their own caterer, who can use the commercial warming kitchen to prepare dishes.
