Working with Leslie is incredible. The venue is absolutely breathtaking. I am going to forever cherish this location would relive my wedding here a million times over. There’s ampl...
e parking, it’s handicapped friendly, and Leslie will help in any way possible to make the event go smoothly. The event having to end by 9 can seem restrictive to some, but let me tell you, having the best day ever and getting home before 10 pm was INCREDIBLE. Also, Leslie was so flexible with me if I needed any more time for clean up (we didn’t, but still!!!). I would recommend it to anyone and everyone to get married here.
Polegreen is an absolutely stunning venue, having our wedding ceremony here was a dream come true! Highly recommend Polegreen for a stress free, naturally beautiful, and peaceful e...

This venue will blow you away- while it is a historical site, they also rent out the space for events. We had our wedding here and it was stunning. Leslie, the site manager, was ve...
ry communicative and flexible when we had to postpone our 2020 wedding due to COVID. All of our guests loved the location and it was very easy to get to. The site has a conference room for getting ready and there are multiple stalled restrooms. There is ample parking for guests and vendors. There is power in multiple locations for reception tent lighting, DJ, catering, and photobooth. Keep in mind that they do not provide any tables, chairs, tents, etc, just the site itself, so you will need to bring all of these things in if you are planning an event. Overall, we had a great experience and feel very grateful to have had our wedding here. Thank you, Leslie!
This is such a beautiful venue at such an excellent price! The staff were so pleasant and easy to work with.
Beth, the administrator, was absolutely amazing through the whole process. She is such a nice lady! The venue, without saying, its beautiful on its own without having to decorate i...
t much at all. Great place for our wedding!
I absolutely loved having our wedding at Historic Polegreen! The venue itself has historic significance. The church structure, which looks like the bones of a building, was built ...
to honor a church that played a role in the religious freedom movement. The structure is nestled among the trees and serves as a gorgeous ceremony location. There is plenty of land near the structure to be used for a tent and for parking. The conference center on site houses a perfect room that can be used as a bridal suite as well as bathrooms. Couple things to note: there are outlets next to the church structure and next to the fence by the open field (spot for the tent). There is also a second, smaller white structure known as the reading room that works well for photos and possible starting spot for the processional. We were able to get a walk through of the site the week before the wedding to make sure we knew how to get in and out of the conference center. The foundation contact, Beth, was helpful from the beginning. She offered us vendor recommendations and answered every question I had. She let us store some decorations on the night before the wedding as well as the night of the wedding so we wouldn't have to be up all night cleaning. Overall, it's a casual, hands-off venue. It's a blank slate that you can dress up as much or as little as you want. Very affordable. Simplistic, outdoor space.
