I honestly had a hard time contacting the venue until I messaged them on this site, once I got through they did a wonderful job, especially Jeff. He was very available and willing ...

Loved this venue so much! It's gorgeous and couldn't ask for better!
This venue is absolutely gorgeous! For our wedding we wanted a venue that was downtown and that had it's own beauty and character, so we didn't have to come in and completely decor...
ate everything. We needed minimal decor because the historical details of the building are so beautiful. We had 200 guests and rented the entire building to use for both the ceremony and reception.
Southern Railway Station is the perfect blend of historic and functionality. The historic building has been renovated to easily host a wedding of 200. There is a large catering kitchen on the bottom floor and a smaller kitchen on the top floor. There are also several restrooms on both the first and second floor - you would be surprised at how many venues have only one or two restrooms to accommodate 200 guests. The building also has large bridal suites that the wedding parties can use to get ready, or as a place to gather before the ceremony.
The staff there was always friendly and helpful when we had questions or requests. I would definitely recommend Southern Railway Station to anyone who is getting married!
We knew we'd found the spot we wanted for our wedding as soon as we walked in to the station. The space was beautiful and definitely set the stage for all our other decorations. ...

The Southern Railway Station was the perfect venue for our wedding! We rented the Southern Ballroom upstairs and it was fabulous. We loved it and all of our guests commented on h...
ow beautiful it was. The staff is VERY easy to work with, they allow most vendors and are super friendly and helpful. I didn't even see the staff the day of the wedding, but I know they were there for any assistance we needed (which is how it should be). They are very reasonably priced, as well. I highly, highly recommend this venue!
