This Venue was absolutely perfect for our wedding! The atmosphere is what I initially fell in love with, but the staff really solidified my feelings with their professionalism and services offered! I planned the whole wedding on my own and did not hire a wedding planner so their consultation meetings and planning staff really, really helped me keep everything on track! They also provided a day of coordinator and everything went absolutely perfectly!

Our wedding day was seamless, the day-of coordinator kept us up with the timeline and made sure we had everything we needed. ul and we loved the convenience of it being close to the airport since most of our guest list came from out of state. It was also wonderful having the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception/dinner all in the same building, which was again easy for our out-of-town guests to navigate. My party and I got ready in the gorgeous bridal suite inside the venue, and I can't recommend enough to treat yourself and your bridal party by getting ready there! The staff was incredibly warm and kind and shared in our joy and enthusiasm with every meeting leading up to our wedding day. We primarily worked with Adriana and she was an absolute delight! She was always open to any questions we had and when she guided us through the rehearsal the day before, her calm presence helped us get through all the steps without anyone feeling too nervous. We love Venue 1902 and we will always cherish it and the home it gave us to promise ourselves to each other. Thank you!

s so much charm but they even provide a list of vendors which is amazing. We attended a vendors night that they host and I was able to get information on all of them. The planning process was very smooth and they were able to answer any questions I had right away. The venue itself is beautiful and the guest could not stop talking about it and taking photos especially in the courtyard. The staff was very helpful especially Adriana and the JustMarry Team which made the day run smoothly. I would recommend this venue to ant bride who wants a venue that is not only stunning but has a great team that handles any detail and makes your day even more special.

about their couples. Throughout the year leading up to our day, the team was always quick to respond to questions and easy to get in touch with. They also host several events before your wedding, which gives you more opportunities to see the venue set up, furniture rental options, and meet vendors. They have curated a very thoughtful list of suggested vendors, we booked the majority of ours from this list and highly recommend them.
During our venue search, flow from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception space was very important to us, and Venue 1902 was one of the few places that truly delivered. We loved having three separate spaces with great flow. We didn’t end up needing the rain plan, but having a solid option was really important to us, especially with Florida weather, and knowing we could wait until two hours before to make that call gave us so much peace of mind!
This venue truly has everything, great getting ready spaces, the most beautiful and photogenic ceremony garden, indoor and outdoor options for cocktail hour, and an upstairs reception space that is stunning and so customizable. The bridal suite was absolutely perfect for me and my bridal party to get ready in with plenty of space, mirrors, and great natural light. The groom's room and library were the perfect spots for the guys to hang out and brunch was delivered right to both our rooms included. On our wedding day, Lisa (the owner) and her sons were on site, and along with the valet team, they were a dream when it came to setup and jumping in to help with flow for some guests that arrived early. So many of our guests complimented both the beauty of the venue and the helpfulness of the staff, saying it was the best wedding they’ve been to. We truly cannot recommend Venue 1902 enough!!

he charm of the building right down to the AMAZING suggested vendors list they provide. The planning process was unbelievably smooth — every step felt organized, thoughtful, and stress-free. The venue itself is breathtaking in a way that’s hard to put into words. It has this perfect blend of historic charm and unique character that makes it feel truly one-of-a-kind, and our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful it was.
A huge part of what made our day so seamless was the incredible staff. Adriana and the JustMarry Team was phenomenal to work with. They were attentive, professional, and so genuinely kind throughout the entire journey. Their communication was clear, their guidance was reassuring, and they made us feel completely supported from planning to the final moments of the wedding day.

ngel. She went above and beyond for us in every way possible — calm, organized, and somehow always one step ahead of everyone else. I don’t know how she did it, but she made our day run flawlessly. She thought of things I couldn’t possibly have thought of, and calmed me constantly in all the chaos. Adriana from Venue 1902 was equally wonderful, always helpful and kind throughout planning. And Alicia was fantastic too — warm, welcoming, and made sure everything was planned and vendors were up to par. The moment I walked into the space and met the team, I knew it was the perfect place… I cancelled all my other venue tours and I’m SO GLAD I DID. You can tell everyone there genuinely cares about making your day perfect. My guests have not stopped raving about the space and how totally awesome our wedding was.

did not just want to get married in a random hotel ballroom. The indoor ceremony space at Historic Venue 1902 was the perfect amount of charm, natural lighting, and elegance. Adriana made wedding planning so easy! Every meeting with her made me feel less and less stressed. The entire venue staff has great communication. I would email them questions and get responses within minutes of asking them a lot of the time! Their recommended vendor list is where we got almost all of our vendors from and all of them were great! Their vendor event made meeting and talking with vendors a breeze!
On our wedding day, Adriana and the coordinator staff had everything running so smoothly! They were there to help with anything and keep the energy happy and cheerful! The venue was beautiful and we had multiple guests and the bridal party commented about how smooth everything was as well as how perfect the venue was. The groomsmen and groom loved using the library space to hang out before getting ready and it worked out very well as a back up space for our bridal party photos when the rain messed up our plans. The bridal suite had a ton of natural light and was comfortable for getting ready even with my group of 10 total. There was plenty of space. The staff was amazing at flipping our ceremony space to our reception space quickly, efficiently, and made our vision truly come to life! We are so happy that we chose Historic Venue 1902 as our wedding venue!

Not only is the venue is unique and stunning with such rich history, but from a business perspective, the venue and their staff are really spectacular when it comes to event management. Highly recommend choosing vendor from their vendor list as well since these vendors work together constantly and truly know how to make wedding run smoothly. It was such a peace of mind working with this venue and their extended team for that reason! For example, we ended up selecting their option for all-inclusive catering (rentals) which was specific to the venue, and it was such a relief that the venue and catering company just took care of everything! I couldn't tell you how reassuring it was to speak with each of my vendors that already knew the lay of the land when it came to working with this venue so I didn't personally have to worry too much about logistics.
The venue staff is also so kind and amazing to work with. You won't be disappointed booking your wedding there!

Their planning platform made the process so easy. Being able to see our rentals laid out visually helped us make confident decisions, and the design calls were incredibly helpful whenever we had questions. Honestly, their team felt like having a built-in wedding planner! The staff handled everything with such professionalism and care—from the design phase to coordinating vendor logistics on the day of the wedding. We didn’t have to worry about a thing.
The space itself was stunning. The guys loved hanging out in the Library, and the girls had an amazing time in the beautiful getting ready room. Everything was well thought out and so accommodating. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the venue and the flow of the day.
We can’t recommend Historic Venue 1902 enough. The team is exceptional, the setting is gorgeous, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Best venue and best staff—hands down!

I cannot recommend this venue enough. The staff is INCREDIBLE and so helpful. The venue comes with a day of coordinator who you meet with periodically before the big day- which was...
super helpful and you don't have to worry hiring an outside vendor for the planning. The location is also amazing, very close to downtown if you are interested in continuing the party, or even to do a rehearsal dinner nearby. The communication was always timely and super helpful throughout this entire process. Anytime I felt stressed, I would talk to their team and instantly felt better. This venue and the staff truly made our day nothing short of perfect and I would highly recommend them to anybody!

the staff was incredibly helpful, engaged, and excitable about bringing our vision to life. They were always quick to respond on Honeybook or via zoom or in person to meet our needs. The team absolutely rolled with all of my ideas, letting me make the big decisions while providing thoughtful suggestions where necessary. The venue itself is absolutely stunning - a huge, classic and elegant space that was laid out perfectly to accommodate the different portions of our event. The venue as a blank canvas is enough, but really shone with the additional vendors. My husband and I only needed one visit to know this team and venue were conducive to our vision. As a type A, organized bride, the team really brought the coordination to life for me!! I was not stressed at all the day of and I kid you not- not a single thing went wrong or amiss. I would not change a single thing. We had the dream wedding and I wish I could do it all over again.

is beautiful and unique in the best way, and has so many different special areas that you can utilize for your big day. We had so many compliments about the venue and how wonderful it was. In addition to a beautiful space they have a WONDERFUL staff who were incredible in assisting our coordinator with flipping our ceremony space into our reception space. They are responsive and have wonderful coordinator recommendations so be sure to utilize every resource they offer! I will forever be thankful that we were able to have our wedding here and this space will forever hold a special place in my heart.

We checked out multiple venues and this one checked all the boxes! When I walked in the first time, I fell in love with the charm the place had and loved how unique it was! For starters, the venue was stunning and it spoke for itself! The get ready spaces were the biggest I’d seen of all the venues we visited; super spacious and could easily fit 8+ people in there without feeling crammed! I also loved that the venue offered a day-of coordinator to help ensure everything goes smoothly on wedding day. They hosted multiple “open house” events, which allowed people to come in and speak with different vendors they typically work with, such as catering, DJ, flowers, etc. This was such an awesome idea because otherwise I would have no clue where to start for finding out vendors! It also allowed us to see the venue with different styles of decor and it gave us ideas for what we would want for our wedding day too! Speaking of which, the venue had a plethora of decor to choose from which could be rented which was really nice! When it came to planning, the venue offered a portal which was the primary form of communication with the staff members, they were quick to respond and super helpful! All of this for a very reasonable price too!!
In May 2024, my husband and I got married here and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice!! On the day of and the days after, we had so many of our friends and family coming up to us, sharing how much they loved the venue!
We would certainly recommend this venue to anyone who’s looking to get married! I hope to visit again one day for a loved one’s wedding, because I truly could not get enough of this beautiful building!❤️

Our day-of coordinators (Adriana, Ady, and Haley) were incredibly kind and so well-organized. We supplied our own decor and had vendors dropping off floral/favors/cake- everything from load-in and set-up of the decor to teardown and load-out went seamlessly. If any issues arose, they were solved and I didn’t know and had no stress on my wedding day.
On top of incredible people working to ensure your wedding is perfect, the venue itself is beautiful. The bridal suite is perfect for getting-ready photos, the courtyard is wonderful for first looks and family portraits, and the whole space is bright and airy. We highly recommend getting married at Venue 1902!

We were able to truly enjoy our wedding morning and getting ready with our bridesmaids/groomsmen. They were also making us feel so comfortable and confident right before walking down the aisle. ue was great with communication leading up to the event and helped us make sure everything was in order. Special shout-out to our day-of Coordinator Faith! She was so sweet and made sure everything ran well throughout the day. Initially, we almost excluded this venue during our search as they are a bit pricey, but we are glad we went with them in the end. (Pro Tip: This venue is located in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood. My bridesmaids and I rented one of the houses on the block and had a giant sleepover the night before the wedding. On the big day we just walked over to the venue, it was a perfect setup!)

o having built in open houses, events, day of coordinators and online resources made a huge difference. We were able to try out a lot of vendors and meet with them before hiring and our vendors were already very comfortable with the venue.
The venue itself is gorgeous and really does not need excessive decor to make it magical. We opted for the indoor ceremony and the staff was able to flip the room in less than an hour which was super impressive! We did a first look at our reception space together and it was one of our favorite parts of the day!!!
Our guests were very comfortable and had plenty of space, bathrooms, and accommodations. Our bridal party had a lot of fun in both the bridal and grooms suite as well. The guys especially enjoyed the library that had plenty of activities for them the morning of.
Overall, if you are thinking of getting married in Orlando this is the venue!!!

The way they assisted with the wedding rehearsal was a lifesaver and they made planning such a breeze. Thank you all again for assisting in the wedding of my dreams, I wish I could go back and live it all over again. If you are considering Venue 1902 DO IT. You won't regret it.

We had toured a few venues before and my fiance was not impressed by the standard conference rooms that many other venues had for the grooms room but he was immediately impressed by the grooms room and library that venue 1902 offered! We absolutely fell in love with the ceremony area outside and loved that in Florida's crazy weather, the indoor ceremony was a beautiful alternative if needed! The reception area was large and absolutely perfect for our wedding. Also for video/photos and hair/makeup, many of our vendors kept saying how amazing the bridal suite was for lighting which is evident in our photos! Also the TEAM!!! They made my day as stress free as a wedding day could possibly be! They went absolutely above and beyond and were integral in making our wedding day as absolutely smooth and seamless as possible! Words cannot describe how AMAZING this venue is. They gave us so many resources and advice throughout the planning process and had so many open houses that we were able to plan the wedding down to every detail. I cannot speak highly enough of this venue and their team. If you want as stress free of a wedding as it gets, at a beautiful location, pick this venue, you will not be disappointed.
