Our experience with Historic Whitewood was nothing short of exceptional. From our very first venue tour, it was clear that this was more than just a beautiful property. It was a team of true professionals whose sole focus was going to be giving us the wedding we had envisioned and making sure every detail was executed flawlessly. That is exactly what we had. Chad’s professionalism and attention to detail are truly unmatched, and Audrey brought that same level of thoughtfulness and care to every step of the planning process and our wedding day. Their communication with us and with every other vendor, from our caterer and
videographer to our rental company, was seamless. They consistently thought of questions, details, and logistics that we never would have considered ourselves. Despite that level of professionalism, they made us feel like we were welcomed into the Historic Whitewood family,
creating the perfect balance of expertise and genuine warmth. Of course, the property itself is absolutely beautiful. The work Chad and his team have put into every aspect of the venue, from the ceremony aisle and tent to the cocktail area and all of the little details throughout the
property, is truly remarkable. On our wedding day, their attentiveness was unparalleled. Everything ran so smoothly that Tally and I were able to be completely present and enjoy our wedding without having to worry about a single thing. We are incredibly grateful to Chad, Audrey, and the entire Historic Whitewood team for giving us the wedding day we dreamed of and for making the entire experience so special from beginning to end. We could not recommend them more highly.
Choosing historic Whitewood for our wedding venue was the best decision we made by far. Not only is the property insanely beautiful but, the owner Chad is one of the nicest most personable people we’ve ever met, something that we found is very rare when it comes to wedding vendors. Chad and Hannah the coordinator at Historic Whitewood made our whole wedding planning process super seamless and easy. You can tell they are both super passionate about making your wedding day the best day of your life. They went above and beyond our expectations during the planning period but also on wedding day. Both Chad and Hannah personally checked on both sides of our bridal party multiple times during the morning while getting ready and made sure we had everything we needed and more. I truly trusted that they had our best interest in mind and that allowed me to relax and not have a single care in the world on my wedding day other than marrying the love of my life. If something didn’t go according to plan, neither of us had any idea because they handled things so effortlessly and seamlessly. We both felt so much love and genuine joy from the whole Historic Whitewood team on our wedding day and left feeling like we had been a part of their family. Even our guest felt the love from their entire team. We could go on and on about how amazing our experience here was but there is not enough words or time to truly describe how amazing this place and their people are. We are so grateful we had our wedding in a place so so special, it’s something we will cherish forever. If you are considering booking Historic Whitewood, do it and don’t look back. It will be the best decision you make!
