Their team meets with you and figures out the kind of package you’re looking for and they are able to work with you to find an option that best suits your needs. This is very accommodating because they understand that every wedding is different. For our wedding, we believed it to be important for us to get two videographers instead of one. This was beneficial to us because it gave each videographer a chance to understand both the groom and bride and not have to rush to get any important shots. A couple months before the wedding Kara met with us and even came to our final walkthrough at the reception. Her main focus was to see the space and figure out the best angles for the shots. The fact that they care as much as you do about the wedding is special. On the day of the wedding, the groomsmen worked with John and the bridesmaids worked with Kara. Both Kara and John are top tier in quality and excellent people to work with. Their professionalism is unmatched. They don’t just take videos, they work with you and ask you what’s important to you. One of the biggest strengths that they showed with us was patience. Weddings are long days and our party was a lot of fun. Getting 22 people all together and to capture these moments is not an easy thing, but they were able to handle it effortlessly. Choosing Hitched Creative to film our wedding was one of the best decisions we made for our special day. From the get-go, their organization was seamless. The process of working with them was straightforward and stress-free, which was a huge relief amid the chaos of wedding planning. The quality of their work was nothing short of amazing. They managed to capture all the emotion and fun of our wedding day, from the tearful vows to the joyful dancing. Watching the final video, we were moved to tears of joy—reliving each moment as if we were there again. Moreover, Hitched Creative made the entire process of hiring and communicating with them incredibly easy. They were always clear, responsive, and helpful, ensuring we were comfortable and informed every step of the way.

Okay, so I want to start off by saying that the woman who actually came and filmed our wedding was very kind and professional, and worked with our wedding team very well. I have very little regrets from my wedding, but unfortunately this video is one of them. My first problem was the delivery of the video. For months after, we heard nothing. Not an email, nothing. Despite being told it would be complete and sent to us in two months. So we finally decided to reach out to them. They told us they’d get back to us to figure out what happened with our video, and when they did, it turned out the video had been ready for about a month and we hadn’t been contacted. So that was frustrating. My second issue was the lighting of the video. It had a yellow/orange hue to the entire video. Granted, it was a very sunny day and I don’t expect the editors to be miracle workers. However, given we live in a day and age where I can adjust saturation and brightness on my iPhone, I guess I just assumed a professional video service would be able to do something about that. Maybe I’m asking too much. I don’t know. The content of the video was okay, not great, just okay. But, my largest complaint and really the thing that disappointed me the most and really ruined the entire video for me was an editing mistake. There were voice clips from some of the speeches overlapped over the video, which was great. However, there is a moment where they edited in a part of my maid of honor’s speech and made it sound like she was talking about me (the bride), when in fact, she was referencing my mother who had passed away the week before. If they would have watched the whole speech to get the context instead of speeding through editing and splicing this in, they should have seen this. This just bothers me so greatly that I can’t even watch the video. Overall, the day-of was a great experience but the end result has made it so I would not recommend this vendor. I probably should have splurged on a more expensive company. Oh well. Lessons learned.

We can’t recommend Hitched Creative enough!!!! Cody was our videographer and made our day feel SO seamless. We can truly say we felt stress-free and had the time of our lives. He worked well with each of our vendors (especially photography!) and read the room so well, making sure we took breaks from the craziness of photos, video, etc. Not only did he play a significant role in making our day stress-free, he also made the videography process totally comfortable - our wedding video speaks to that! We are beyond happy with our video and can’t believe how perfect it turned out to be! It is truly the best representation of our special day and we can’t wait to reminisce on it forever! We were initially on the fence about hiring a videographer, but after seeing what Hitched Creative produced for us we could not imagine having had our wedding without them there. For the day of our August wedding in Elyria, Ohio we worked directly with Christian. He was an absolute sweetheart and a dream to work with. He was on time, knew exactly how to get the good shots and angles, and made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. We receive our teaser video just a couple weeks after our wedding and our longer 8-minute video in just under two months (much quicker than we had expected!) Both are stunning and absolutely perfect. The camera work is phenomenal and it's pieced together so beautifully with small snippets from our ceremony, our vows, and the speeches given throughout the night. We worked with Kara for our October 2022 wedding at Cleveland Museum of Art, and were so grateful to have moved forward with the team at Hitched. Kara was funny, low-key, and put absolutely EVERYONE at ease. She made sure we were taken care of all day, and quite literally let me wear the coat off her back during a long stretch of photos in the chilly early evening air. Absolutely loved working with Hitched Creative! Our video turned out beautifully and they were even able to incorporate the custom song I had made for my husband. They also sent a little gift to us as a surprise once the video was completed and we loved it so much & are beyond appreciative of the thought!

Overall, hitched creative was great to work with! initial conversations and booking process was very easy. Videos were delivered on time & they were super accommodating to us wanting to make changes to the package we ordered/music selection on the final video. Only negative was there were changes made to the videographer coming to film the wedding week of so we had to scramble to get an additional vendor meal ordered with the venue. Definitely a positive that we had a second videographer covering with no so we can’t complain too much about that!

We had such an amazing experience working with Hitched Creative and Christian Lansky specifically. Hitched Creative created a wedding video for a friend of ours wedding years ago, and when we saw it, we knew we had to have them for our own wedding. Hitched Creative was a great choice for a videographer. The package choices were perfectly priced to fit my budget. Having Ahmad spend the day with us was great and he was so fun and helpful. Christian went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I received an amazing video that I was very happy with. He was extremely helpful and kind. We had an exceptional experience with Hitched Creative for our wedding. Our videographer, Christian was very easy to work with and made our day very seamless. Christian had us do many "pretend" or "fake out" shots which were silly in the moment but made such a beautiful difference in our final product! They delivered our sneak peek video so quickly and I was in love with it. The creativity and making everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera was so fun.

Christian was the gem on top of our day. He took so much care and effort to capture great moments without feeling overbearing. We absolutely love our video and can't imagine not having had Hitch be a part of our day! ABSOLUTELY YES!

I will start by saying the final video was lovely. When I finally received it, I did really love the video. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. I hired HC on a good friend's recommendation. She personally knew Cody and so I reached out. I communicated with Cody and paid for and booked everything and felt comfortable hiring him because I had been on the fence about getting a videographer. I found out right before the wedding that Cody was not going to be my videographer, someone else from his team was. I wasn't happy about that because I hired Cody and there was never any discussion that he wasn't coming. Day of I felt as though I was asked a ton of questions about what I wanted. I spent a couple hours diligently filling out their questionnaire so the day of was stress free, but she re-asked everything I had answered on that. Next, the video took much longer than my contract stated. The contract I signed said I'd have my finished video in 2 months. I got married Nov. 7th.. received a video March 10th. More than 2 months late. This was a problem because a family member who couldn't be at the wedding... also never got to see the video. They did not communicate that it would be late. When I finally reached out they said they where behind because edits. Wasn't given a date I'd receive it. I reached out a few more times.. they take a long time to respond, and was told things came up out of their control. I paid $2500, and held up my end of the contract. It was really annoying that they didn't hold up theirs. I read through their reviews and saw a few other people say their video was a little late, but to make it up they gave them extras like the full edited ceremony. I didn't get that. Didn't get any sort of refund which I thought would have been a nice offer, nothing. When I got my video I did love it and they graciously and quickly made an edit that I wanted. I had asked if one other edit was possible but never received a response. Finally came my video book April 4th, another month later... and it didn't work! I reached out and they said they'd send another. 3 weeks later.. still no book. Reached out again and Cody said he'd check on the hold up. Finally received a working wedding video book April 30th almost 6 months after the wedding. And the video book did not have the right wedding video on it. I was able to swap it out by plugging it in to my computer.. but the whole process with Hitched Creative was a headache and waiting game. Their videos are great... but I think I got lost in the shuffle as a client. For the cost, I wish I would have went elsewhere.

Hitched Creative was one of the best vendors we could have hired. We were on the fence about hiring a videographer as we felt like we had already spent enough money on the day but honestly it would have been our biggest regret if we didn't. The entire team we worked with at Hitched Creative were so kind, caring and helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions and made we felt heard. They did such an amazing job capturing every moment of the day. We now have a beautiful video that we get to watch again and again. They worked with us to make sure the music they included in the video truly captured us a a couple and we could not be happier. If you are even slightly on the fence please hire Hitched Creative for your videographer to make sure you get to re-live your day again and again in the best way possible! Let me start by simply saying WOW! We are absolutely blown away by how the video perfectly captured every best part of our day. The editing and voiceover truly told our story and we could not be happier with how it turned out. Obviously tears are shed every time we watch it. We never had an easy go with wedding planning during Covid and our first venue going bankrupt. With all of the many changes, Cody was always accommodating. Christian from Hitched Creative was absolutely supreme to work with! This guy is the Spielberg of Central Ohio wedding videos. Really though, he was super relatable and easy to speak to and work with, all while being polite and professional throughout the wedding. He also worked so well with our photographer, as if they were part of the same company. He has a knack for making the camera disappear and helping you feel relaxed while filming. His editing was phenomenal, with a great sound design and sense for timing. He stitched together an actual story of our wedding day, not just a collection of clips. We've been watching the video every few days for months now, and it's not gotten old once. If you're uncertain if a video is worth the value, it absolutely is. I was all for a camera in the corner on a tripod, and I've since flipped completely. Thank you Christian and the Hitched Creative team!

We got engaged 3 weeks into COVID and began planning. Initially I wasn’t sure if we were going to hire a videographer, but I am sure glad we did – it was hands down one of the best decisions we made. As I was researching videographers in the area, and doing comparisons I was extremely impressed with Hitched Creative and the professionalism, quality and creativity of their videos. What stood out most is that it wasn’t just a 3-4 minute video of everyone dancing with music overlay, I LOVED how they used voices from vows to speeches etc. to really capture the day and all the emotions that came with it. Our videographer Ben was absolutely great, he spent more than 9 hours with us and was polite and gave direction of what he needed from everyone in order to capture everything. We just received our video back and couldn’t be happier! The video captures so many more details and emotions then our beautiful photos. My sister actually booked with them for her wedding next September because of how impressed she was with them as well. The only regret I had was not purchasing all the raw footage, but luckily I reached out after the fact and was able to order all the raw footage to have. I can’t wait to go through it all and see all the details and things that I didn’t get the chance to see or catch. I can’t wait to go back a year from now and 10 years from now and relive our big day. I am extremely grateful to Hitched Creative for capturing our special day so perfectly and can’t thank them enough!

Tre stepped in as our videographer the day of our wedding when another member from Hitched Creative came down with COVID 19. They found a replacement on their own without stressing me or my husband the week of our wedding. Tre was absolutely incredible. His passion and energy and ability to work with our videographer were admirable. He was funny and upbeat and helped us forget it was 13 degrees outside during our pictures/videos. We just received our wedding video and we were absolutely speechless! It had us both in tears because we could relive our entire day through our 9-minute recap video. He put the best parts of the ceremony, dancing, cocktail hours, pictures, and speeches into the video. This video is something we continue to watch day after day because it just encompasses our love for each other, our family, and our friends in one video. It is truly a work of art and we are so thankful Tre was able to step in and make such a magical video!

WOW! I could not recommend Hitched Creative more! We had Christian as our videographer and he was so great and fun to work with! He was very professional and captured all of our day! Hitched Creative worked me to find a package that was perfect for our day. We were able to get the raw footage to our day which is one of our favorite things to watch. Thank you Hitched Creative for our surprise wedding gift :)!

We hired Hitched Creative as our wedding videographer prior to COVID. They were extremely affordable compared to many other videographers I researched in our area. When the pandemic hit and we had to change our plans, Cody was great at communicating and ensuring that our needs were still going to be be met. We ended up rescheduling our reception and having a small ceremony with just family and our wedding party. Christian arrived to shoot our day and immediately made me feel comfortable with the process. He captured everything I wanted and then some. He was flexible with our timeline as it had to be adjusted throughout the day, and he did so with a smile on his face the entire time. He created the perfect video to capture all the special moments of our ceremony day. We were able to play the video at our reception for all our guests and it was the perfect way to share the joy of our ceremony with our guests didn't get to experience in person. I highly recommend Hitched Creative!

Hitched Creative was truly amazing & a pleasure to work with - from chatting over the phone asking tons of questions, to emailing back and forth about our day - to the day of the wedding with Kara. We received our video this past week and i cry EVERY TIME i watch it because it captured everything so perfectly. it truly takes us back to every single moment from our special day, even the ones we missed w/ our guests! everyone says the day goes by fast (they were not lying) and to cherish ever moment, with Hitched we will forever remember ALL those moments bc of what Kara captured for us! Cody was an awesome videographer. He was prompt and professional and took the time to personalize our wedding video experience to include things that we personally liked, like music. He has top notch technology that lets him capture all sorts of cool different footage. It was nice to have him at our wedding and we felt like he was one of our guests! He gave more of his time than he needed to, and I would’ve absolutely recommend Cody to anybody looking to hire a wedding videographer!

Blown away! Our video is perfect and beautiful and something we will share and cherish for the rest of our lives. Cody was amazing throughout the entire process! We had to reschedule our wedding twice and he was always so easy to work with and accommodating. He helped in so many other ways on the day of too! We hired Hitched Creative for our wedding and it was the very best decision we made! Their work is remarkable and they are so easy to work with. Once the pandemic hit, they were able to reschedule us for our celebration next year and worked with us to complete a video this year. There is no other videographer that I would recommend for your special day, or in our case, days!

Actually, we used Flowers & Flannels in Charleston WV for videography & photography (this was not an option in listed vendors). They were wonderful & very sweet to work with. They attended our wedding during the COVID pandemic, and they made us feel very sweet.

Cody was supposed to film the wedding and ended up sending someone else even though his name was on the contract. THe new guy missed our dove send off after the ceremony and all the speeches. I am beside myself how someone can just treat someone like this on their wedding day. This is by far my biggest regret of the wedding.

First, let me start by saying we absolutely love our highlight video. We do love the final product and are not discrediting that whatsoever, but were very unhappy with the services, and in essence, the service is what makes up your experience with a vendor. We had two issues, 1) the schedule of when they were supposed to be somewhere and 2) their attire. When my wife originally called them, she discussed with Cody that it was important to her that we have video of our prep at the salons (this is also stated on their website). We specifically paid for a second videographer since she and I would be at separate salons - this was a 2-bride wedding and so we were both getting hair and makeup done in separate locations. Nobody showed up the morning of the wedding while we are at the salons. One of our bridesmaids ended up calling several times while at the salon and finally got a hold of someone - What happened is Cody told his videographers to show up at our hotel at 11am and skip the salon prep. This was extremely irritating because 1) we wanted salon prep in our video and 2) this is the exact reason we hired the second videographer. When we expressed our frustration to Cody after the wedding about this, he seemed to shrug us off. The other thing that we found disrespectful was both videographers' attire. Don't get me wrong, I am a super casual person, but not at a wedding. Both videographers wore khakis and a button-up shirt, however the one shirt was a very casual plaid. Additionally, the one videographer wore a baseball cap the entire time, including during our ceremony and during dinner (to prove it, we have a few photos from our ceremony where he is sitting in an aisle seat and wearing the hat). This may not bother some couples, but it really bothered us - We have a few bald family members, and even they knew better than to wear a hat during certain times. It's just respectful to not wear a baseball cap. Overall we felt that their attire as a vendor was unprofessional, and our guests noticed and commented on it as well. We do understand that a photographer's and videographer's job entails "being able to move freely", but our photographer (who is female) dressed more professionally and was still able to do her job well. My dad was a professional photographer for most of my life, and even he stated that there are clothes that exist for men to move freely and still look professional. If our female photographer did it, there's no reason these male videographers could not. Again, Cody shrugged this off when we told him. The end product was fantastic and we received tons of compliments, but we were not happy with the services specifically. We would have paid for extra a la cart footage, but we were so upset with our experience that we did not. When we said this to Cody, he did give us our full wedding ceremony video "free of charge" but you can tell that very little editing was done. If it weren't for those two issues, this recommendation would be a 5, hands down.

20/10 recommend! We loved working with Cody & we love our video! He went above and beyond for us & really did an amazing job capturing our day and including the most special parts in the video. We love that he captured our personalities so well. This is definitely something we will cherish forever. Thank you Hitched Creative!

The hitched creative team was absolutely perfect. Professional, punctual, fun and TOTALLY WORTH IT! Our videographer arrived early, stayed the whole day, and did not miss a thing. They sent us the coolest video book ever, and truly have been nothing short of amazing!

Cody at Hitched was everything we could have asked for! Easy to work with, timely, fun & so importantly - Cody captured and created the most amazing wedding video we could ever ask for. Cody was (thankfully) available last minute for me to book as I was not originally going to have a videographer, then had second thoughts that I would regret it down the road. So glad we did it! Cody was recommended by a friend of ours. He talked very highly of Cody and he was everything plus more!! He was easy to work with our photographer and was super nice in asking us to do something for a good shot. And we are very impressed with the work he did with editing!! We had some people say they wouldn't do a video but we sure are glad we did!! Very professional from start to finish but also makes you feel very comfortable! Christian and Cody were amazing to work with! They were very professional, easy to talk to and they answered all of our questions quickly. We were amazed with the quality of our video. The best surprise was getting the video book which was a huge bonus! We can now watch our video anywhere with the portable video book. I’ve never seen anything so cool!
