The experience of connecting with Hitched in Hawaii stood out from many others we spoke with. Lani was highly personal, thorough on what to expect, and very responsive to all our q...
uestions during our decision process. To be clear - we didn't book Hitched in Hawaii, which makes this review relevant for many folks in the consideration stage. Her industry knowledge and experience shone through the conversation. Lani does all this without being pushy or high-pressure. 5/5 stars for Lani's consultation approach and advice for couples considering a wedding planner or coordinator.
We wanted to do a destination wedding in Hawaii but it was really hard since we live in LA and could not see everything ourselves in Oahu. I found hitched in Hawaii thru wedding ch...
annel from several wedding planner vendors. Valerie was the fastest to respond to my inquiry with reasonable pricing options. I love her the most is the speed she responded my emails. A lot of vendors in Hawaii respond emails very slow which drove me crazy. She was very patient and always able to find solutions within our budget. I sent her one email every other day with all these detailed questions. She would go thru the list with me one by one, and try to help me to cut down the cost. Having a wedding planner for a destination wedding is very crucial because we were not there to taste the food, see the flowers, check the venue or even try the cake. All the vendors Valerie recommended were great! I could totally trust her. We are really blessed to have her and her team to help us on our special day. The decoration and the settings were just too beautiful. I would highly recommend Valerie as the wedding planner, she did an excellent job and made our wedding so special and unforgettable!
When I first sat down with Val, my wedding planner from Hitched in Hawaii, I was comletely stressed. I has less than 2 months to plan my whole wedding on my own. My mom lived acros...
s the country and my now husband was deployed. I got up an hour later feeling completely relieved. Val gave me so many options and she knew all the best vendors and pricing. She gave me the option of having her plan somethign standard or allowing me to pick and choose whicheve details I wanted. She worked within my budget to get me the best of everything and she helped me decided where was best to splurge and what elements were ok to skimp on. I ended up with a fantastic beach front wedding and everything went so smoothly. I would have been lost without her and highly recommend her to everyone. She knows weddings and she knows the island and all of its resources. And she can accomodate any style or budget!
