t! The shop itself is absolutely beautiful, with a large dressing room and beautiful viewing mirror! April was absolutely amazing and listened to everything I asked for! I found my dress rather quickly, but waited before giving a final yes. I checked out some other local boutiques and another in WI (my hometown), but nothing compared to the dresses and amazing service at HKLES. I called April when I was back in WI for Christmas. I knew I was cutting to close to order and have the dress in time, but April made it work! I love that HKLES does all their alterations in house, so that was such an easy process! Finding someone to alter my dress was the last thing I wanted to try to figure out on top of all the other things I needed to plan for the big day! Alterations were so fast and perfect! Oh, and did I mention April designed and made me the most beautiful custom attachable long sleeves, to give me 3 different wedding looks (sleeveless, cap sleeves, long sleeves). It was the dress and experience of my DREAMS! I honestly can’t rave about this place enough!!

They are all soo sweet and so accommodating there, recommending them to everyone I know getting married!

anner. I had 5 guests with me the day of my appointment and April greeted us promptly and from the very beginning, she had such a great demeanor. She made the whole experience special for not only me but also for the other women who are very important in my life. She took all my inspiration pictures and feedback as well as the opinions from my group and she gathered a great selection of dresses for me to try on. In fact, it was hard to compare and choose one because they were all so beautiful! I had been somewhat dreading wedding dress shopping - I had gained some weight over the last two years and was not feeling my best body-wise. April put me at ease and was very genuine in telling me I looked beautiful with every dress. Another great thing about H Kles is that April does their in-house alterations. As I was trying on dresses, she helped me envision how the custom fittings will help transform the dress to fit me the best. I not only found my dream dress and had that ‘this is the one’ moment, but I’m confident that H Kles will provide superior service over the next 9 months leading up to my wedding. It was the first store I went to and I even cancelled my only other dress appointment. That’s how stunning the dresses are and how special the experience was for me! The Rosa Clara dresses they sell are unique, beautiful and high-quality, handcrafted in Barcelona and they have several lines at different price points - truly something for everyone! I had a specific dress in mind when I arrived. April was awesome, she told me up front, that that dress was in the couture line and she wanted to be conscientious of my budget. I appreciated that she respected my budget and ultimately just wanted to see me in a beautiful dress! I typically forget to write reviews. But this experience was so amazing, I had to share because I want other brides to take advantage! You won’t be sorry - even if you happen to not find your dress, you’ll have a lovely day and learn so much to help you in your search!
