The 2nd floor features two event spaces. A 3600 Sq Ft Loft that is perfect for parties, corporate or holiday functions, wedding receptions, art shows, cocktail parties, etc. And the 1200 Sq Ft Lounge doubles as a music venue after 9pm every day.
The Hofheimer Building has rustic industrial style with dramatic skylights, hardwood floors, rustic exposed brick and stunning rooftop views of Scott's Addition.

We had our wedding here January 2024. The space was stunning and the staff exceptional. They were so kind and helpful. Our guests all had a blast, and our day was everything that we dreamed of
This place is a hidden gem in Richmond. The location is super cool, beautiful and the staff is great. We worked with Gaby and Bobby to plan our wedding. We did the day of planner (Gaby) package and thank God we did. She was a godsend! She didn't miss a beat and so accommodating. We were married on the roof and then had our reception on the second floor of The Hof. Our wedding went off without a hitch and was absolutely perfect, thanks to Gaby and Bobby! I could not send them more praises!
