g specific onion allergies. Because of COVID-19 we had to greatly reduce our guest list and they worked to ensure we could still keep our original setup with adding extra safety procedures. Their staff was also incredibly responsive and efficient with communication. Definitely recommend them for any of your catering needs.

o bring with us on our honeymoon right after the wedding. Trust me, you will never eat brisket as delicious as theirs. And if brisket isn't your thing, that's ok too. They have such a large menu, there is no way you won't find something you like, and cooked better than anything you've ever had before.

We used Hog Wild to cater our wedding reception a few weeks ago. After tasting their food at a wedding last summer, I knew I wanted to use them! We wanted a very "Memphis" reception, so we chose to do a sausage and cheese plate, burger sliders,...

and a BBQ nacho bar (plus a few other delicious options). Everything tasted wonderful! Several guests have told me that we had the "best wedding food ever," which is what I was going for! Hog Wild had plates ready for my husband and me so that we could eat before we were presented at the reception. They provided servers and bartenders, and they were extremely accommodating when my dad decided at the last minute to serve Moscow mules at the reception. Hog Wild also acts as a liason for the rental company, which makes it really easy to get all of your rentals taken care of, such as plates, linens, and the dance floor. I really enjoyed working with Amy from Hog Wild, and I highly recommend them!

The only reason I gave it a 4 of 5 was because one of the servers got pretty rude with my guests, although I didn't know it until after the wedding. all falling into place, Ernie was able to put my nerves at ease. The food was awesome and at a friend's wedding they actually had to delay the cutting of the cake because the guests could not stay away from the food table. Although I didn't get a chance to have any, I hear their salsa is to die for!
