Tiffany and Johan were absolutely wonderful to work with and our dance was the highlight of our big day! We surprised all of our guests making it a fun memory and had a lot of fun learning to dance along the way. We strongly recommend it!!

We loved our experience with Hold My Hand Dance Management! My partner and I do not have any prior dance experience, and Tiffany and Johan were the kindest, most supportive duo throughout our lessons. They crafted a beautiful first dance choreography that had my parents in tears and all of our guests cheering throughout our song. We became so confident, had the most fun, and looked forward to each practice. Tiffany even offered to choreograph a Bollywood-theme dance for me and all my bridesmaids to surprise my husband during cocktail hour. Everyone thought, for sure, I’d hired an instructor from India :) and this demonstrates Tiffany’s careful research, dedication, and cultural sensitivity. I highly recommend Tiffany and Johan - you will love the process, and even more, fall in love with every dance taught by them. They are the best!

Tiffany and Johan were amazing- we were so happy we hired them for our first dance. When we first started we thought we would never be able to do some of the moves- they assured us we would get it and they were right! They are patient and such good teachers. Our dance was a hit, our guests were so impressed. We are so happy we did this and it made our wedding that much more special. Highly recommend!

We cannot say enough good things about Tiffany and Johan! Not only are they kind, amazing people, but they are also patient and wonderful teachers. We took lessons as a couple as well as group lessons with my family. During our first few group lessons we learned the basic step as well as moves that were transferable to our first dance and my father-daughter dance. They fully choreographed a beautiful first dance for me and my husband to the song we chose and they gave me and my dad a framework/sequence of moves to work into a more freestyle dance. Both turned out fantastic! They were flexible in scheduling with us and supportive throughout. Every lesson was so much fun and we went from having never danced before to having a blast at our wedding and every other chance we have to dance together!

I’m sure many couples would agree that while an exciting time, wedding planning can also be stressful. However, signing up for dance lessons was the best decision my husband and I made during the wedding planning process. We both were surprised how much fun we had at our first lesson and looked forward to the next one each week. It was a great opportunity to bond and work on perfecting our routine to share with our guests on our big day. Tiffany and Johann are patient, fun instructors and made us feel like we were lifelong friends after only a short time. Even if you’re like me and to stick to your budget, these lessons are reasonably priced and well worth the investment and memories.

So thankful for Tiffany and Johan. They took my husband and I who are not at all graceful or coordinated and helped us with our first dance for our wedding. It turned out amazing! Would recommend their services to anyone 💕

Tiffany and Johan were amazing. I have 3 left feet and never would've imagined being able to do more than the "awkward waddle" for my wedding dance... But these two found a way to keep it fun and easy to learn for me and my wife! Thanks so much you two!!

I've never danced a day in my life, but somehow I was able to learn and perform a 5 minute long Bollywood group dance in a few lessons. Tiffany went to great lengths to make sure everything about the dance was perfect, even with the added challenge of the bridesmaids not being able to physically get together to rehearse. She was helpful and supportive, and the dance turned out perfect!

Tiffany and Johan were great!! I'm not a dancer... (6' 250lb biker...) But my wife wanted to learn to dance so I caved and agreed to learn with her. Only took a few lessons but they taught me a handful of good moves and kept it fun for me to learn. The wedding was a smash hit, and more importantly she had a great time!! Many many thanks you two!! I will highly recommend to others!!

Tiffany and Johan are absolutely amazing! They personalized our first dance to match our song, and our personalities perfectly. We had never taken dance lessons before, and were a little hesitant because we didn't know what to expect. They put us completely at ease on our very first meeting. Tiffany and Johan are fantastic and veeryyyy patient! My husband and I had two left feet walking in. We had no idea what we were doing, but they are there step by step. We were both a little unsure about ourselves, but they helped build confidence every step of the way. The best thing they also teach you, is just to have fun. In the middle of our dance at the wedding, I slipped and we just rolled with it and had the time of our lives! The dance was everyone's favorite part of the night and I cant wait for our recording of it!! If you're on the fence, don't be. It's well worth it, makes it all memorable, and leaves your guests talking for the rest of the night!

Last minute my fiancé and I decided that we wanted to take dance lessons to at least have an idea of what we could do for our first dance. Tiffany and Johan created a masterpiece of a first dance for us, all while making each lesson so much fun. My husband and I are not dancers by any means, and don’t like being the center of attention. So swaying awkwardly back and forth for 3 minutes just didn’t seem too appealing. I decided a choreographed dance might be the route so we would have something to focus on other than everyone staring at us! This is probably one of my favorite things we did at the wedding. I would recommend it to anyone ESPECIALLY if you have Hold my Hand as your teachers! If Tiffany and Johan can teach us to dance, they can teach anyone! They were amazing and we felt like we had known them forever. 1000000% recommend.

Our first dance was THE hit at our wedding!!!! My father said he has never been to a wedding where there was such a big positive reaction to a first dance! We did not plan to have our first dance choreographed, but about a month away from our big day we were thrilled that Tiffany and Johan were willing to work with us! They both are so passionate about what they do and are so accommodating! My now husband and I are both deaf and Tiffany and Johan immediately knew how to adapt and make our lessons visual. Tiffany and Johan are fantastic! From the moment you meet them you can tell how much they absolutely LOVE what they do and how much pride they take in their responsibility to their clients. We hired Tiffany and Johan to choreograph our first dance for our wedding. Their choreography skills, patience with clients and true love for the art exudes from their every movement. Our first dance was a huge talk of the night and we are so happy we were able to go out on the dance floor with a beautiful waltz to show our family and friends. We had a custom song recorded by some friends and these two absolutely did it justice!! Tiffany choreographed the most beautiful dance that followed all of the lyrics in the song and the end result was stunning. Her and Johan are wonderful people, and were so fun to be around. They were flexible with scheduling, and were always very easy to get in touch with. They made sure we were comfortable and confident, even given our minuscule skill level at the beginning. Absolutely loved our time with them and highly recommend them to anyone! Aside from the actual getting married part, that dance was the highlight of the day :)

Tiffany and Johan are wonderful teachers, excellent dancers and amazing people! We had so much fun at our lessons, both learning the moves of our sokke and interacting with our teachers. Seriously, what can I say about Johan and Tiffany?! They are absolutely incredible, and Johan created gorgeous and fun choreography for our first dance. I have watched many videos on YouTube of cheesy, boring choreography to first dance songs, and that is not what we wanted; we really wanted to be challenged and to do a dance routine that was fun but ultimately really beautiful. Without a doubt, Hold My Hand delivered. They did a great job adapting to the level we were at, and challenged us with more difficult moves that were SO much fun to do. Of my husband and me, he is known as the better dancer, and I am generally a clumsy mess… but this dance made me feel beautiful and graceful, and we are so proud of our hard work, and so thankful for this loving and fun team who helped get us there. Even if you think you have two left feet, they will no doubt pull the inner ballroom dancer out of you!

Tiffany and Johan choreographed the perfect father-daughter dance for my wedding. They made learning the moves incredibly easy, and my dad and I were able to nail our performance after only 5 lessons! So pleasant to work with, super responsive and always punctual. They also let you record videos of them so you can practice at home!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect wedding choreography.

My dad and I went to Tiffany and Johan to choreograph our father-daughter dance and we learned SO much. Even after 2-3 classes, we could dance around the room to different songs! We truly learned how to dance and not just the choreography to our song. After about 5 classes, we were able to go through our full song together! My husband and I also took lessons, and were able to learn the waltz in a short time frame. We ended up having all of our formal dances choreographed with Hold My Hand and they went amazing. Tiffany and Johan are seriously the best, they know these dances inside and out and are so effective in teaching you!

My husband made the decision to learn how to dance for our wedding. I was sceptical to say the least. On our first lesson i was blown away at how kind and easy going Tiffany and Johan. They made me feel so comfortable and were so enjoyable to work with. They were so professional and kind hearted. They made learning fun and exciting for both of us. They even took time to teach our son ( also the best man ) how to do a special dance with me!!! We continue to dance together all over the United States and here at home, impressing all who watch us. My husband and I had such a fun time with these two, relaxed environment and personality so we were much more at ease since we are not very good dancers. They fit the dance moves to what we felt comfortable with and our song. Our dance was perfect at our wedding and the dip they taught us was great in the pictures later on too. Tiffany and Johan are hands down the BEST. They broke down each step and demonstrated how to do each. The custom choreography was perfect for our song. Our guests were amazed and said it was magical to watch us! We had a blast showing off on our honeymoon after as well!

Tiffany and her husband were amazing from the beginning!! A plus is that they are the most reasonably priced in the Rochester area especially for private lessons but most importantly they were so much fun and even taught us a few lessons on marriage. Learning to dance brought out some stress and frustration and we lost our cool a few times. They helped keep us grounded and helped us see that we needed to show each other grace... something that we'll always need throughout our marriage. We discovered that we both love dancing... so much so that we are still taking lessons and practicing our dance moves wherever we can! I was hesitant about dance lessons, but my (now) wife went ahead and booked them anyway. I expected to feel out of my comfort zone, awkward and miserable, but I could not believe how much fun I had during the first lesson. Tiffany & Johan did an amazing job choreographing our wedding dance and making it one of the most memorable parts of our reception. We had a Halloween inspired wedding, and when I told them we had put together a 9 minute mashup of songs we wanted to dance to, they jumped at the challenge. Our dance included a variety of different styles including the rumba, tango, and a South African style of dance called sokkie. It took about 6 months to learn all the different components of our dance, and Tiffany and Johan made the experience fun the entire time. They were very patient and professional, and would break down each move into the "lady & gent" parts until we each mastered our own and were able to put it together. Not only did we learn about different styles of dance that we can continue to enjoy and expand upon, but we also made some great friends along the way. We would definitely recommend using Hold My Hand Dance Management if you are considering doing a special choreographed dance for your wedding or event.

Tiffany and Johan were amazing teachers! My husband and I took lessons with them for our first dance. In our first dance we also included a dance from one of our children. We told Tiffany and Johan the songs we wanted to use and they put together the dance. They made everything so easy and SO fun. We enjoyed learning to dance, but also forming a friendship with them. One of my favorite parts of our lessons were when we got the move down, the excitement both of them had was so encouraging and energizing. They are such great people with an wonderful love story.
