Melanie is THE BEST! We approached her more than a year before our wedding and explained that we were doing a Victorian-inspired garden party theme. She instantly "got it" and put her brilliance to work. She was incredibly helpful and easy to work with as we continued to plan everything together. Melanie is truly the perfect blend of a talented artist and a sweet, kind human being. We both just love her! Ultimately, Melanie created an authentic Victorian buffet for our afternoon tea and an amazing dinner buffet (where she even managed to satisfy my Polish family by working in a delicious fresh kielbasa!). She also went all-out for our wedding cake, and the groom's cake. Both were absolutely delicious and equally beautiful! The croquembouche added another really special touch to the desserts, and the cream puffs were SO yummy! I could go on for days about her delicious dishes... Not only is Melanie a wonderfully talented chef, but she also incorporated her beautiful staging and design to blend seamlessly into the overall look of our wedding. We would recommend Melanie for any special event!!
