Johnny's Italian Steakhouse and Holiday Inn & Suites are located in the vibrant part of East Peoria known as the Levee District. Our elegant property has an aura of sophistication, reminiscent of yesteryear with new-fashioned luxuries and old-fashioned service.
Accommodations include clean, beautifully designed guest rooms and suites unique for the happy couple along with family and friends. In addition to single king and two bedded queen rooms, we have family suites, junior king suites, a kid's suite and even an executive suite that is perfect for the happy couple.
Our spacious ballroom venue allows us to host up to 300 guests in a banquet-style layout. We have an open floor plan and a neutral color palette that allows wedding couples to style the room to their own liking.

Items to note if you have your reception here. We agreed on a drink menu of singles, wine, domestic and imported beers and soft drinks. Our bar bill included several drinks that were doubles billed at $12.50 per drink which is 50% higher than the price for doubles on their menu and was excluded from our contract anyways. They were quick to resolve it once we pointed it out to them but we should not have had to point it out. It felt like they were trying to jack up the bar bill. Also, make sure you ask for a knife and cake plate ahead of time. They set up the cake table in the came to cut the cake there was no knife. Someone eventually brought them a butter knife and they never got a plate. The bride & groom were great sports and made the best of it but there was a bit of a lack of attention to detail.

I didn't worry about anything on my BIG day and deferred all the small issues to her to handle. The ballroom itself is modern and easy to decorate to your taste.

We also contracted with the catering services through Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse to provide breakfast for our guests the morning after the ceremony. We were disappointed that although we were told the buffet would be open at 8:00 a.m., our guests were kept waiting until 8:45 as the catering team was still setting up. A few of our guests also got confused and ended up paying for breakfast at the restaurant.

me and cleaned our room after we left for the ceremony, we got chocolate strawberries and champaign! Overall wonderful experience and I love the hotel!
