Here’s what to expect: -overcharged in everything. Currently, we are looking at about 1,000 owed to us, not including and what is owed to bridal party -they will blame you or your wedding party for their mistakes -little communication or help from on site wedding coordinator prior to or day of -delayed: our food was 30 minutes late being served, chairs weren’t put out until 20 minutes before start of ceremony -dietary restrictions were not upheld -no follow through on what they say will do unless it involves payment (sending invoices or payments), cost proposals mean nothing. (Be aware the costumer has 48 hours to pay bill, but we haven’t received a refund from weeks ago) but payment was “resolved “ on their end -no accountability with upper management -expect to spend hours talking on the phone or emails to get any help but still get no where -customer service means nothing -the upgrade was for all the other mishaps: the bride and groom didn’t have a room until a week before due to reservation complications, bridesmaid room was cancelled and when they rebooked, she was charged full price which is still not resolved, the studio was underwhelming, key to upgrade was hard to track down, and groom almost saw bride because of poor logistics As of 6/28/2023, our issues and payment have not been resolved
