taurant are a nice bonus. The real star is the show is the staff! Snow made sure that anything we needed was immediately taken care of. The entire staff is friendly, polite , and helpful, Snow went above and beyond! I would highly recommend this for personal or business travel.

I didn’t stay here but if my encounter with one of the valets is any indication then the customer service must be top notch. My niece booked me at a nearby hotel but I got a little lost. The HI valet took the time to give me detailed directions...
and was very courteous about it. I wasn’t in an expensive car so I honestly don’t think he was doing it for a tip. I should have booked at HI.

a nightcap at the bar, Rudy crafted the finest drinks and shared great stories, making us feel like part of the family. Andre in valet was equally impressive—prompt, friendly, and always ready with a smile. The hotel’s location is perfect, just steps from all the Riverwalk attractions. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and it made for a truly romantic getaway. Highly recommend!

ay the $30 extra. I arrived back to the hotel at 10:00pm on a Saturday, with no parking spots left. I was told that there was a parking garage several blocks down but I wasn’t comfortable going alone at night. Also, the room cleanliness was in question. There was beard hair on the sink and the floors did not appear to be swept.

Overcharge, under deliver.
Lobby is nice and clean. Rooms are old and dingy. We had a riverwalk view, but the terrace view between our balcony and the river was filthy. Management needs to clean up that terrace space because it ruins the view ...
to the river. It needs to have the garbage picked up and be pressure washed, at a minimum. Some furniture or flower pots would be an added touch.
Overall, I wasn't impressed with this place.
