The catering staff at our reception were stellar and polite to all of our guests. And the food was amazing!!! We were blown away at our tasting, and our guests raved about the food. Holiday Inn not only had a package that worked for our budget but also had key elements we were looking for (an open bar, cocktail hour, champagne toast…etc). In addition, Debbie Coye, who made our wedding cake with Holiday Inn, not only makes the most beautiful cakes, but she is now also one of our favorite people. We would use and recommend Holiday Inn’s catering services not only for any wedding reception, but catering for any event. wedding as she made everything run so smoothly! During cocktail hour Julie helped set up a small private table with appetizers for just the two of us. It was so nice to spend a few minutes as a newly married couple before making our entrance to the reception. The food was amazing and both the ceremony and reception spaces were decorated better than I could’ve imagined. The cake was done by Debbie Coye and part of our package - not only was it gorgeous but it was also delicious! The staff were all professional and made sure we had everything that we needed. We are so glad we had our wedding at the Holiday Inn, it was truly the best day of our lives!

she is only available on Monday, Tuesday and Friday before 4pm, my fiancé and I both took time off from work to make a visit possible. When we arrived we were told that Shelly left early due to illness and she “tried to reach you but was unsuccessful” - meanwhile I had no missed calls or emails. I was not even offered a general tour in her absence nor was I offered the opportunity to reschedule. Incredibly unprofessional. Do not waste your time with this venue.

cess as easy as possible. Unfortunately she couldn't be there on the day of the wedding which is completely fine! However, the day of the wedding was a bit confusing. We did a rehearsal the the night before, just the bridal party. The next day the coordinator helping us for the day did not reach out to me and I could not find her though I did try twice throughout the day. She was telling the couples to walk down the aisle but not the way we practiced so the beats didn't quite hit the way we planned. Besides that small hiccup, the coordinator was great for the reception. She always made sure our glasses were full and that everything was running smoothly. Over all, the Holiday Inn was a great venue and really was so accommodating. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

my guests were able to see the dance floor from their seats. There was also a discount for guests staying at the hotel. I had many compliements from my guests about the reception as well. The price was low considering the location is in downtown Saratoga Springs. The hotel has a staircase in the back that leads to Congress Park for beautiful pictures. It is also within walking distance to many churches along Broadway. My night was amazing! Thanks to all at the Holiday Inn.
