THE SPACE: It is approximately 3000 sq ft of space located on the 2nd floor, and boasts large windows that overlook the sparkling pool and Gulf of Mexico. There is also a large, updated kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, counter space, 2 range ovens, microwave, dishwasher, and double door fridge with bottom freezer. With fresh, neutral paint throughout and new wood-look plank flooring, this inviting space is just the canvas you need to make your big day everything you have dreamed about. ***Tables and chairs are included but setup/breakdown, linens, music, food, and anything else you may need can be provided by a local vendor. We have a preferred vendors list available upon request. BEACH CEREMONY: If you are interested in a beach wedding as well, there is a beach permit fee of $150 for more than 10 attendees (yourselves included) or if there are any chairs, decorations, or arch at the beach. Any event must fill out the permit, even if there is no setup. This is so we will be able to keep up with the event dates and notify beach service in advance. Also, beach weddings may not start before 6pm during beach service season (Mar 1 - Oct 31). You may start setting up at 4:30 with prior notice to the beach attendees so they can move the beach service chairs out of the ceremony area.
