Our head waitress was Sandy, she was the absolute best, always made sure the bridal party had plenty of food & drinks. All the staff the evening of the wedding were incredible and our guests can not stop raving about the location and customer service. I could ramble on about the staff and venue, but as a bride there are so many logistics involved, but working with this team will make you feel at ease!!

Katelyn and Jolene are the main point of contact and they really make sure everything runs smoothly. They're wonderful to work with! The food was delicious and everything turned out beautifully! I did a lot of price comparisons and their prices are very reasonable for the area as well. We decided to have our ceremony and reception at the Yodeler Lodge which has a beautiful view and wonderful patio for outdoor space. I loved that it would be easy to move the ceremony inside in case of rain (which luckily wasn't necessary).

no matter how big/small or how far in advance we were asking, we always felt that we were a top priority. She helped us work through every possible detail and provided us with excellent recommendations when we were working through the flow of our day. In addition, she always followed up with confirmation of our discussions, just so that all of our information was in one organized place. We had our wedding at the top of the ski hill, and the HV team went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with proceeding (it had rained that morning). Our reception was at Yodeler Lodge, and boy, what a place. The views were spectacular, the staff was so accommodating, helpful and professional. There was a waitress assigned just to my husband and I throughout the even, which was amazing - otherwise I don't think I would have eaten or had a drink all night - a very, very nice touch and made us feel even more special.I cannot rave enough about how excellent the service was, how perfect the venue was or how amazing the overall experience was. I don't think anything could have gone any better - it was a smooth process all the way through. Even when we threw last minute changes at Katelyn, she made sure it was handled, double checked and verified. The food was great - everyone raved about it, and again, so thoughtful, they sent my husband and I home with a plate, as we didn't eat much more than appetizers all day (busy greeting guests). It was pricey, but I tell you, it was worth every penny and a true experience for your guests.

lly everything (food, lodging, transportation, set up and take down, planning, beautiful location) then Holiday Valley is the perfect spot. The wedding coordinator, Katelyn, was amazing. She answered all my questions in a timely fashion and made the entire process stress free. We chose to have a buffet and the food was fantastic. It's really cool because they offer a tasting in the spring for any couple that is getting married there and they provide a ton of options so you get a good selection to choose from. My only suggestion would be for them to provide to-go containers, to just the bride and groom, as we had about 10 minutes to eat (not the best planning on our part). We had a lot of out of town guests that made a weekend out of the wedding. Holiday Valley has so many fun things to do and they offer very nice lodging, which was very convenient. The cost was expensive, but as I stated earlier, you get everything you need-like an all inclusive vacation. We would highly recommend Holiday Valley to anyone!

She was an absolute pleasure to work with over the past 1+ year of wedding planning. There was literally not one request that she could not satisfy. Special beer and drinks? Sure! Floor plan layout change? Great idea! Change of menu including specialty dips at your cocktail hour? No problem. Seriously, every detail and silly teeny tiny question or request was fulfilled without hesitation. She coordinated timing and setup with all our vendors so we didn't have to lift a single finger. And Yodeler Lodge/Champagne Sundeck are incredibly beautiful, exciting, and fun venues for a wedding! Literally, not one thing went wrong. Everything was on point and perfectly executed. We can't help but to get tears in our eyes thinking back to our special destination weekend. Ahhh, so amazing!!!! Some of our favorite things about our big day included: Full bar with any and all beers/liquors/mixers (literally everything you can think of) we had specialty drinks made with lavender mint and ginger beer Gorgeous lit up slopes and firepits expand the party to the outside areas Floor layout is up to you! Band is highly recommended and put them in the center of the room for a real party!! They pack up some food for you to go incase you get the midnight (or in our case, next day) munchies! Food- a million lbs of food and a mashed potato bar, enough said. Beautiful pink sorbet appetizer to cleanse your pallet, what??!! Mr & Mrs breakfast with everything you could possibly want Lighting and fixtures are beautiful Grand staircase entrance is a gorgeous focal point of the room-- decorate this up! Amazing staff!!!!!! (HUGE thanks to Megan who literally waited on us hand and foot the entire night-- getting us drinks from the bar while we inhaled our food) Katelyn arranged for a variety of food (veggies, fruit, sandwiches) to be catered to the bridal suite-- recommended!!!! I could go on for days... If you're thinking about it, just book them already!! MOST AMAZING PLACE/STAFF EVER.

ate, private, and comfortable! Throughout the planning process, the catering staff at Holiday Valley was incredibly accommodating. For the first few months, as they worked with other brides, the call backs were a bit slower, but in the final months before the wedding, I was able to get a hold of them at the drop of a hat. They met our every need - letting us bring in our own cookies, decorations, etc., and were there to help when we needed it. We received many, many compliments on the venue, and really enjoyed being there! Though the prices have climbed in 2013 from when we began planning, I'd still say this was a good value.

They were willing to work with us to make our wedding day perfect and exactly what we wanted! The venue is gorgeous and the food was delicious. Our guests are still raving about both!! We would highly recommend Holiday Valley to anyone!!

can be negotiated and I was so happy with how things went at the reception, I would highly recommend this venue. The food was excellent, the staff at the reception was very attentive and friendly, and the lady I worked with throughout the planning process really worked with me to personalize all the little details. She always got back to me in a timely manner and helped create a menu in our budget. Our cake and a one night stay at the Inn were included in our package.
