The site of the Lexington Furniture Plant until its closure in 2003, this location underwent significant renovations in 2022 to replace the roof and floors while preserving the property's rich history. The new owners of Holland Brooks Events and Distillery lowered the flooring and constructed a second-floor mezzanine, adding additional seating for weddings and special events. When you arrive on-site, you and your loved ones will recognize some original brick walls, iron window frames, and iron trusses that help create the industrial chic atmosphere perfect for your big day. As for the ceremony and reception, you have a choice between venues. The Courtyard, built in 2025, is a semi-private multilevel outdoor event space that can hold up to 200 people for a spectacular open-air celebration. Alternatively, the main Event Hall, measuring over 9,000 square feet, is ideal for an indoor reception and can accommodate 250 guests. When everyone arrives at Holland Brooks Events and Distillery, the wedding party can head for The Bourbon and Dixie Lounges to set up and prepare for the big day. By design, these get-ready suites cater to all entertainment and preparation needs and are easily accessible throughout the day and night.
