She’s truly more than just the owner of holland gardens . She does it all ! , She’s a friend to us at this point and our wedding would have been perfect without her and her staff . I can’t recommend HG enough !

Holland Gardens is an all-inclusive garden wedding venue in Holland, Ohio, minutes from Toledo. We host one wedding per day. Your date is yours alone: no second event across the hall, no overlapping timelines, no sharing our team with another couple.
The property has been in continuous evolution since 2022, when we took it over and began rebuilding it space by space. Manicured gardens, a cascading waterfall, and a white gazebo where most of our couples say their vows. Inside, the Grand Hall seats up to 480 under sparkling chandeliers, with a full dance floor and a neutral palette that carries whatever direction you take it. Private get-ready suites mean your morning starts here, not in a hotel room across town.
Everything you need for the day is already ours. Catering, bar, tables, linens, service staff, and setup, which means one team rather than five vendors to manage. Our culinary team cooks on site, from plated dinners and styled buffets to grazing tables and late-night bites, with bar service ranging from a champagne toast to a full craft cocktail list. On the day itself, a dedicated venue manager runs our end from setup through the last song.

We spent the last couple of years creating the most beautiful blank canvas for weddings and events at Holland Gardens, and recently added our second property, Wildflower Estate, which is an absolute statement piece in its own right. Two very different spaces, one goal: a day that feels completely like you. I am so happy you are here, and I cannot wait to meet you and help make your dream day come to life.

e venue you should book. The owner, Kylee, is absolutely amazing! She will make you feel like your event is the most important event of the year and treat it as such. She is so easy to work with and always willing to answer any questions and go above and beyond. The venue itself is beautiful from the garden area to the bridal suite. The venue has been updated to include gorgeous lighted ceiling drapery, new carpet, fresh paint, updated bar and dance floor, the garden area is stunning and the bridal suite is gorgeous! The food and service is top notch! The chef has taken venue catering to a whole new level. The food was amazing! We received so many compliments on the food and venue, and weeks after the reception we are still getting compliments on how beautiful the venue is and how delicious the food was. You can really tell the owner, Kylee, has poured her heart and soul into making Holland Gardens into a dream come true not only for herself, but also for her clients looking to have the day of their dreams as well.

idal suite commented on how big and beautiful of a space it was, it was the perfect area for getting ready and still having space to do some photos at the same time. I still get told from some of our guests that the food at our reception was some of the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The bartender was fast and efficient and we still hear about how delicious Baxter’s choice signature cocktail was. I worked at holland gardens while in high school and college and Kylee has done a tremendous job of updating the place. Oh and the best part of it all was our dog was able to be in our wedding ceremony

While searching vendors online, I stumbled on holland gardens and immediately fell in love. I messaged Kylee that day and to my surprise, she let us tour the venue a few hours late...
r! She was in the middle of remodeling the bridal suite/ grooms room when we toured but we loved what we saw and trusted her vision! She let us hold our date since we will still touring venues and we officially signed a contract about a month later. Kylee was professional, easy going, personable and very responsive. We really appreciated her willingness to give her input/ advice when I asked as I felt clueless on how to plan a wedding at first ( lol). She even gave us a few recommended vendors to check out. When she found out we fired our photographer 3 weeks before our wedding, she took the time out of her day to call and check on us. Even said she would be willing to help us find another ( seriously, so sweet!). I hired Kylee to set up our decor and she did an amazing job and turned out to be everything I could have hoped for or more! She went above and beyond to make sure our day went off without a hitch and continued to check on us throughout the day. The bridal suite is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and all my girls loved it. Photographer/ videographer even complimented it and said it had wonderful lighting too! The grooms room was nice but a little small if you have a large party but appreciated having a place where the guys can go. All of our guest raved about the food and how pretty the garden and venue was. If you are looking for a venue, I highly recommend checking out holland gardens!

seamless and special.
The renovated bridal suite was a highlight, offering plenty of room for our bridal party and hair and makeup vendors. The vendors appreciated the spaciousness, with four chair/mirror stations, easily accommodating four appointments simultaneously.
The reception area was also impressive, with plenty of space for 24 tables while still maintaining a huge dance floor. The food selections were excellent.
Our guests enjoyed spending time in the beautiful gardens, taking many memorable pictures. Special thanks to Kylee, who was responsive and dedicated to making our day perfect.

, so we really trusted the process based off her vision board and it really paid off! The garden, reception hall, bridal suite, and groom room are all gorgeous! The food was amazing! But most of all, trust Kylee with your life! Any idea or vision you have she will work with you to help find a way to make it happen or use her many connections to help find someone to make it happen. She has such an eye for decor and arrangements. On my day all I had to do was sit back and relax with my girls and then my husband because I knew she had it all handled beautifully! I didn’t even have to worry about weather because I knew if it rained, inside is just as beautiful as the garden.

rate how we wanted. She always got back to me in a timely manner and even took my mother calling her in stride. She is a saint among women and I could not be more grateful to her.
The food was amazing and we picked what we wanted without tasting it, so that is a testament to her chef as well.
We got married in the beginning of March so we did not use the gardens, but they were a great place for pictures anyway and a cool place to step outside and cool down.

We booked Holland Gardens a year ago before the ownership changed. When the owners changed, Kylee made the entire transition and planning seamless and worked with us on everything...
we asked for. Leading up to the event Kylee was constantly in contact with us and made sure everything was going to be perfect. When we arrived to set up she made sure everything was exactly where we wanted it and even brought out extra stuff when she didn't have to. Kylee and her staff made this day amazing and we literally had no issues the entire night. On top of all this, the food prepared by Holland Gardens was phenomenal. We couldn't have asked for a better night or better staff to work with the entire process. I would highly recommend Holland Gardens to everyone who wants to have a night with no worries and who wants to work with staff who makes it clear they want you to have the best night of your life.

wooden bar, and an absolutely massive reception hall. I believe they are capable of seating 480 people so it was plenty big for our 300 person wedding and a band. Couple all of that with an outdoor garden area with a beautiful gazebo and wonderful water feature and we could not have been more happy, Thank you Holland Gardens , I will be recommending this family owned establishment for years to come

At first look the hall doesn't look like much more than your average reception hall, but it had the biggest dance floor of the 12 reception halls we looked at and me and my husband...
were drawn in by their old-fashion bar. The price was also the best that we found and left us room in our budget to hire a decorator to make my dream reception come to life! The food was not as good as at the tasting and they ran out of the lemon-peppered chicken 3/4 through our guests but the head chef personally sought me out during the reception to make me aware and offer to give the remaining guests the option of fried chicken with the seafood fettuccine we still had. The DJ had some issues early on with some feedback which they blamed on a poor quality outlet at the hall (this may or may not be true). The garden out back is absolutely gorgeous and amazingly well upkept. The carpet could use some updating, but I was beyond impressed with Kyle (the owner, I believe) she was easy to work with and always quick to respond whether I emailed, called, or left a message. If I had to do it all over, I would choose Holland Gardens without a doubt!

used their outside garden area (with a waterfall) for our wedding ceremony. Ty (the manager and head chef) was incredible. He accomadated everything gave us tons of suggestions for other wedding services (cake florist etc) and was very patient. The dance floor was the perfect size and the head table sat up just off the dance floor. It was perfect!;It's not a big deal but the outside of the building is very blah. There is one small sign that said the name and that is all you get. There are no flowers or columns or anything that makes this building stand out from the outside. And the parking lot needs to be re-paved. Otherwise the inside the staff and the outside gardens (located in back of the building) are incredible.
