1. She made me feel beyond important (as if I was her only client - which I KNOW I wasn't). She took the time to meet with me 1 on 1 on many different occasions. She also didn't make me fe...
el dumb for not knowing exactly what I wanted or for not having a very deep knowledge on flowers. She was very kind, respectful, and human.
2. She didn't pressure me in any way - not about choosing what she thought would look best, not about even choosing her as my florist! I told her I was meeting with other florists before I decided who to go with and she was really supportive of me doing so! She even gave me tips on what to ask them. She just told me to let her know if I needed her help and if not, there really were not going to be any hard feelings. Amazing.
3. She LISTENED to me. I gave her all the info I possibly could, then trusted her to do her job well. When I got my first bouquet (for my bridals photoshoot) about a week before my wedding, there were just a couple things that I didn't love and wanted adjusted. I didn't even quite know how to explain them! But then in less than a week's time, she listened to all my (maybe ridiculous) feedback and created the PERFECT bouquet for my wedding day.
I couldn't be happier with Starlee - she was professional, exceptionally kind, and delivered premium quality products."
