Hollow to Hem

witnessing their amazing work, I can confidently say that we would have hired them for full-service planning if we knew we needed a planner sooner. If you’re thinking about hiring them for wedding, this is your sign to do it! We had a lot of our wedding planned before we realized we could use some extra support, and bringing Hollow to Hem into the fold was the single best decision we made in our wedding planning process. They made the 2 months leading up to our wedding, and especially our wedding day itself, stress-free which meant a LOT to us. They were so thorough, professional, supportive, and organized, and they helped us think of & plan for things we would have never thought of on our own. They were so in tune to our needs and our vision, and they helped our vision for our special day come to life — we genuinely couldn’t have done it without them. They centered our wants and needs while making helpful suggestions when we didn’t know what we wanted. Something that left a big impression on us as well was their ability to work with our multicultural family and support a multicultural wedding with cultural competency, respect, and enthusiasm. Kate was the lead planner for our wedding and she was a ROCKSTAR. We also had the chance to work a bit with the owner of Hollow to Hem, Ali, and both were such a pleasure to work with. I am confident that Ali and Kate are reflective of an amazing team that makes up the Hollow to He’ll staff. They helped us with last-minute emergencies before they turned into a crisis, they gave us the tools we needed to stay organized leading up to our big day, and they were extremely communicative throughout the process. Kate took care of all of our vendor communications in the days and weeks leading up to our wedding, as well as on the day of our wedding, and she oversaw the careful set up of all our decorations, tables, etc. - all we had to do was show up and it made things so easy. We were in such good hands because when we showed up to our venue we were blown away by what an amazing job that Kate and her assistant did with coordinating our vendors and setting up our space in alignment with our vision. Kate was on top of everything all night long so that my spouse and I could be present and in the moment with our wedding guests, which meant the world to us. I felt like I actually got to be present and enjoy my wedding because Hollow to Hem was there to oversee all of the logistics, timeline, and little details throughout the night. I actually can’t fathom the extent of their hard work behind the scenes because they made it look so easy, but that is a testament to their expertise, capability and professionalism. Kate proactively thought of myself and my spouse’s needs all night — down to the little details like learning what our favorite drinks were and making sure our glasses were never empty. THANK YOU Kate & Hollow to Hem for everything!!!!

o I wanted to take charge of our day. After hiring H2H, we had many calls and a very helpful final walkthrough where Ali helped me get a better style vision together and sent me photos of some different lighting options that I was able to rent from her. AMAZING! It completely helped to transform my tablescape to something superbly dreamy. Cut to the day-of, I know she did a great job because, as the bride, I didn't hear of anything going wrong. That's how you know you have a really good planner who was in contact with all the other vendors. The timeline was expertly executed and I got many compliments from guests that they never felt they were waiting around. Bonus point-my one contact was fighting with some eyelash glue and Ali pulled out some contact solution from her handy belt and my eye was saved from being uncomfortable the rest of the night. ;) 10/10-Would absolutely hire again. Our experience was wonderful and Ali helped make our wedding day dreams come true. <3

nues, guests, etc, was extremely stressful for me... until Hollow to Hem stepped in! Kate worked with us leading up to the event, and I could not be more grateful for her and the H2H team. Her communication and organization allowed me to enjoy the days leading up to the event, and especially enjoy the day of, knowing that every detail was in place, and I had someone there to help me deal with bumps along the way. The day of the wedding was so smooth, and incredibly fun, I did not have to worry about a thing!!! If I could recommend only one vendor to others, Hollow to Hem would be #1 on the list!!!

o Hem is at the top of my list of my favorite wedding professionals to work with. Book them!
