I wanted to hire when planning my wedding. Holly was responsive, professional, and truly a delight to work with leading up to the event. Brittany was our day of coordinator and was on top of every small detail, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our big day without any added stress. Would highly recommend working with them!

g planner as we attempted to plan a wedding from out of state. Our wedding was on a private property and had essentially no infrastructure so she truly created a wedding venue from the ground up for us! Every step of the way she was communicative, supportive, and professional. Outside of meeting with us regularly to check in, she was always available for a quick call and responded to any questions or concerns we had swiftly. With all of the stressful moments of planning, she constantly was trying to take things off our plate that we didn't need to be involved in, while also giving us the autonomy to be more involved in certain things that we chose. She was so patient with the never ending questions that we had and took the time to listen and calm any concerns that would come up. There were often times that we just didn't have the capacity to make another decision or weren't sure what to do, and we were able to trust Holly 100% to use her expertise and judgement to make them on our behalf. Holly also did an incredible job of working with us within our budget, which isn't easy when you are building a wedding venue from scratch! She helped us decide where to cut corners and where we shouldn't. Outside of meeting with us leading up to the big day, she was a wizard at helping us book vendors and had so many great recommendations thanks to her local connections and experience in event planning! She did all of the communication and coordination between vendors to make sure they were on track and prepared. On the actual wedding day, everything went so smoothly and we were truly able to just focus on enjoying our day, knowing Holly and her team would take care of everything. Holly has incredible employees under her wing, and you can tell they trust and respect her and the way she runs her business and it showed in the professionalism and kindness they all displayed to us on our wedding day. Not only is Holly incredibly talented and truly the total package when it comes to wedding planning, but more importantly she is just a kind, thoughtful and incredibly generous person. Her passion for this work showed throughout the entire process and it was so fun to watch her work her magic to create our dream day!!

t wedding there. We were initially supposed to get married on July 31, 2020 but had to cancel, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Undeterred, Holly promised us the wedding of our dreams the following year and she delivered in every way imaginable. Holly involved herself in every aspect of the wedding planning process. Over the course of the following year, Holly met with us virtually on a regular basis. We had monthly phone calls and shared google docs that she updated regularly. She was never more then a text or a phone call away and often interrupted her own activities to take an impromtu call from my wife or I, without any notice. Not only was Holly responsible for planning the wedding but she also planned an entire week of events for our families and friends, including a bar-b-que and breakfast, each of which had well over 100 guests in attendance. Additionally, Holly stepped in at the last moment and took over planning for the rehearsal dinner even though it was not in her contract to do so. It was obvious that we were becoming overwhelmed and Holly did not hesitate to fill that void and take control of the situation. Holly is a consummate professional and has extensive experience in this arena. No task was too small or too big for her to take on. She was able to recommend highly professional vendors who delivered exactly what we asked for, on time and within the specifications of the contract. What impressed me most about Holly is her keen sense of judgment. When there were tough decisions to be made and we were being indecisive as a couple, Holly had a keen ability to advise us or step into the decision making role on our behalf. Perhaps one of Holly’s most admirable qualities is her sense of humor. Never shying away from an opportunity to laugh at herself or point out the lighter side of a serious moment, Holly demonstrated a clear ability to handle and lead high intensity team work. Holly attended our wedding with an army of assistants and it was clear from their interactions with us and her, that she has built a capable and professional group of employees who are extremely polite and diligent in their efforts. Not only did Holly plan the perfect wedding and week of events for us, but she could also shift gears on a dime and I found her flexibility to be very impressive, especially in light of all the work she was juggling. On the night of the wedding, multiple guests remarked to me how well the children in attendance were behaving. I found out later that it was because Holly had made each of them an individual packet of coloring books, crayons, toys and other items to keep them occupied. It was a really impressive gesture from someone who literally thought of everything.

e wedding is going to be a breeze. Her weddings are also always FUN. Everyone always leaves having had a good time. Highly recommend her services!

rom the very beginning Holly listened to what we had already planned and envisioned. Holly quickly connected us with vendors she trusted and provided her expertise to help us with all of our remaining details - and all within our budget! In every step of the planning process that Holly was involved in, we knew that we were in good hands. She never failed to advocate on our behalf, and always made sure that each detail was being taken care of. When the day of our wedding came, everything was PERFECT! Holly looked after every aspect of the day, and made sure that my husband and I were stress-free the entire time. We would recommend Holly in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a wedding planner or coordinator who will make sure that your wedding is better than you could have hoped for.

e put on charge her assistant Brittany Clarke who has the one that showed up on my wedding day. The contract had 20 tasks that they were supposed to deliver, they just delivered showing up on the wedding day and unlimited emails. For The only meeting in person that the package included, Holly didn’t show up either, it was just Brittany who took poor notes of my wedding to create a wedding plan. I had to correct that wedding plan more than 3 times despite the phone calls and unlimited emails. The wedding plan that I had to do for them as the timeline as well and still they did a terrible job all the way. Their attention to details is poor, they are lousy and they just do the bare minimum. They don’t solve problems either even if that happens on the wedding day, as it happened to me. They didn’t solve problems that came up during the planning process either. According to their contract they had to coordinate cake cutting(didn’t do it, our photographer did), to coordinate the wedding party to the reception(poorly done),to train the usher(never happened), to review contracts(never happened), to give a list of vendors(never happened), to coordinate snacks for bridal party(never did),never checked on me or my husband either while we were getting ready. Never asked on the wedding day if we were ok or needed something. Brittany was also rude to one of the bridesmaids. Her cleaning up was poorly done, she left items behind, they returned home because I noticed that stuff was missing. The set up wasn’t done properly either, the venue did all the job Our photographer put all the weight in her shoulders during the whole wedding, because Brittany’s support was zero. Even tho Brittany had all the details and timeline, after cocktail hour the wedding felt without direction. Literally I flushed my money $1,400 plus with them. My worst vendor, funny tho that was the wedding planner.

he weeks and months leading up to the wedding, gave great vendor recommendations, and is a great communicator. We had a bit of a weather disaster on my wedding day that required many last minute changes, dealing with power outages, keeping everyone clam... and Holly handled it all like a total pro and the wedding went off without a hitch! We are so thankful we picked Holly to be our wedding coordinator, she is the best!

h all the help we got for only hiring her for day of coordination. We were very pleased with her assistant, Brittany, who did a super job for our wedding day! She was incredibly flexible with our shifting schedule especially with how discrete she was working with how our plans evolved throughout the evening. She made sure we got appetizers and had a full glass in our hand between pictures. Did a great job coordinating music and casually disassembling at the end the night. We were super pleased with how it all went and we would highly recommend her!
