in awe of how unique and breathtaking the setting was. What really made our experience exceptional was the venue coordinator, Jessica. She was truly amazing—so accommodating and supportive throughout the entire process. With much of our family coming from out of town, she went out of her way to schedule planning meetings when everyone could be there. The week of the wedding, she worked closely with us to coordinate when we could bring things to the venue and even let us stick around to finish up some projects on site. When we faced a major issue with our florist, Jessica didn’t miss a beat. She immediately jumped into action—offering to go to her own house to grab flowers and reaching out to other florists to help fix the situation. Her dedication and calm, problem-solving attitude were incredible, and we are so grateful to her for keeping everything on track. The catering team at Hollyfield Manor was equally impressive. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented—we’re still getting compliments from our guests! The service was top-notch and made our reception feel effortless and elegant. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hollyfield Manor is the perfect combination of beauty, professionalism, and warm hospitality. We highly recommend it to anyone planning a wedding or special event!

We were worried about rain all week, but Jessica kept us calm and provided us with back up plans and we ended up being able to have our ceremony outside and ended the day with a double rainbow! Despite some crazy weather at times Jessica kept us dry, comfortable, and happy throughout the entire day! She was extremely attentive to us and our needs and was happy to help at any time! The venue itself is loaded with picture perfect places and has all the amenities a couple would hope! I cannot say enough good things about this place and their people! I wish we could do it all again!

Jess made the most of everything the venue had to offer and helped us bring our vision to life in a way that felt so personal and effortless. Throughout the planning journey, she was always available to answer questions, offer advice, and follow up with us thoughtfully. Her experience and attention to detail gave us total peace of mind. We can confidently say our day wouldn’t have been as perfect as it was without her. Because of Jess, we were able to be fully present and soak in every moment—and we’re forever grateful.

t, this venue is breathtaking. One of our favorite things about having our wedding there was riding with people to the venue and the SECOND we pull in they immediately comment on how beautiful it is. From there it was all the guests coming up to us and texting us after about how gorgeous our venue was and we couldn’t agree more. If you’re looking for a venue that is truly the entire package, we couldn’t recommend Hollyfield more. On top of having the most gorgeous venue, we had the absolute best coordinator, Jessica, her top-tier staff, and the best catering run by Susie. There is nothing I could say about Jessica that could truly do her justice, but I’m going to give it a shot. She was everything we could have ever wanted in a coordinator and more. She was always there for us whenever we had a question - big or small and got back to us right away. There’s a reason why many of her couples want to come back and work weddings here and that’s her. Planning weddings and the wedding day can be stressful, but Jessica has a unique talent of relieving all that stress. When I tell you she’s got it, she’s GOT IT. She turned all our half-baked ideas into a reality like she was already in our heads seeing exactly what we were. She not only turned our vision into a reality, but made it better than we could have ever imagined. We truly owe everything to Jessica and we couldn’t be more thankful. Now, for the food. This is going to be a theme throughout this review, but if you love it when your guests come up to you telling you how great details of your wedding are, Hollyfield is the right place for you. The food was phenomenal to put it lightly. Susie is a culinary talent that deserves Michelin star status. You’ll see many reviews on her chicken cordon Bleu, but I assure you she has more tricks up her sleeve. One of the hardest decisions through our planning process was after the tasting because how could you only pick a few items in a top-to-bottom DELICIOUS menu. We have to mention the mashed potato bar because we love mashed potatoes but we might not be able to ever eat them again because we really had the best at our wedding. Next, Jessica’s staff. Jessica and her staff took care of everything so that my wife and I could focus solely on getting married and having an amazing reception. I had a group of drinkers at our wedding, so I have to mention the bar tenders because we put them to work. We had about 150 guests and you may not believe it, but the bartenders not only remembered what everyone was drinking but would see them walking up to the bar and had it ready for them right when they walked up to the bar. I mean, how does this place find such amazing people? Her staff not only set everything up, but also took everything down and had it ready for us to pick up the next day. Let me tell you - we had A LOT of stuff and they took care of it all! When I tell you this staff alleviated all of our stress, I mean it. I could go on for days about how amazing this venue is, but it’s truly a must-see-to-believe place. I assure you, the stories are true, this venue is everything you could ever want for your wedding and more. To the future couples reading this, rest easy knowing your search is over - Hollyfield Manor is the best choice you will make since you chose each other.

f were beyond helpful. They took care of everything, I didn’t have to worry about a thing before or on the day! Food, decorations, seating, signage, they had everything! And what they didn’t provide on-site, Jessica had a list of recommended vendors so we didn’t have to spend so much time researching. The venue is gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the staff were so friendly! On the day, Jessica was around to make sure everything ran smoothly, even bringing us drinks and blankets during pictures so we didn’t freeze!

nomenal for cocktail hour, the lakeside ceremony site is a dream, and the reception hall is beautifully adorned. Jessica, the part owner and day-of coordinator, is responsive and a pleasure to work with. She took ALL of the stress of the day (and the weeks leading up to it) and allowed us to have an excellent time enjoying ourselves. My family continues to remark on how coordinated she is - to quote my dad, "she's definitely done this before!" And the FOOD. Guest were raving about the chicken cordon bleu and mashed potato bar. Huge props to Susie and the kitchen team. Thank you, Hollyfield, for everything!

Jessica is hands down a complete and utter pro with planning and putting you at ease with every little thing that you may have concerns about for your day. She helped answer any questions, gave suggestions, made sure that our vision came to life, and was overall ON IT when it came to the timeline. Everyone in my family said how the day went off without a hitch and it was all thanks to Jessica. In addition to her fabulous help planning and day of, Susie + team and the food? Phenomenal! Get ready for the best tasting wedding food ever. Even on the day of the wedding and after, friends and family were saying how it was the best food they've had at a wedding and our vegan/vegetarian guests were thrilled with the options provided. They were so lovely with food allergies as well and multiple guests got to go back for seconds! On top of that, they sent us on our way with a bit of everything from our buffet! It was awesome and we got to enjoy our wedding food after we left. There were so many lovely parts about Hollyfield, and one of our favorites was just the grounds itself. So many of our guests commented on the beauty of it and others loved the architecture of the main house. The cocktail hour room is one of the shining elements of Hollyfield as well. Additionally there’s lots of options for guests if they don’t want to be on the dance floor all night, they can hang outside, take a breath in the foyer/entry area and grab a sweet treat by the dessert table(s). With all of the lovely grounds, Hollyfield also comes with all the bells and whistles. Are you concerned about taking frames, signs, centerpieces, etc.? Hollyfield has all of it. Just bring your photos, signs, and whatever else you have and they will do the rest! If there was a sign or decor/prop I was concerned about, Jessica took care of it and everything was set up so beautifully. All in all, we recommend Hollyfield in every way. As a couple who planned the day ourselves Jessica and Susie helped us tie it all together, they run a well oiled machine and know what they’re doing and do it superbly. We truly are so grateful to have had our special day there with our family and friends and know that Jessica and Susie are some of the best people we have met. You cannot go wrong with this venue and this team.

She made sure that we were taken care of in ways we didn’t even think about, helping us take pictures for burying the bourbon (which turned out fantastic, Jessica is an excellent photographer), packing us leftovers from our dinner to eat wedding night, helping us set up everything to have it exactly as we envisioned. The price is extremely affordable and they already have all kinds of decorations available so you’re not running around getting everything under the sun. It was a flawless day and the staff was extremely helpful and the wedding day went so smoothly I had so many people comment how effortless everything seemed and felt because of Jessica and the Hollyfield staff. I cannot stress enough how every one should get married at Hollyfield. We’re so grateful we got to make memories with them and had them take such good care of us!! It even has water, a silo, and a red barn! Not only is it absolutely stunning for a wide range of photos the amount that is included makes everything easy! Most venues you are running around to decorate and organize many vendors. This venue, with the help of their coordinator, Jess, setups, takes down, and does just about anything you ask! The venue has so much decor including signs, vases, lanterns, a hedge wall and many more! It also provides day of and vendor coordination for the day which was a savor! Even with Jess being a day of coordinator she truly felt like a full wedding planner she is just that attentive! Jess has an answer for any and all related questions! The venue includes linens, delicious foods, bartenders with bring your own alcohol and so many options it felt so inclusive. Not only is a stunning venue, but you can be at ease with Jess, the coordinators ability to make your day run smooth. It is truly a one stop shop. You will be amazed with how much they offer and take off your plate so you can just sit back and relax. Our day was so effortless and stress-free! It was just perfect thanks to the incredible staff! carving station w roast beef, marinated asparagus, a potato bar and the butternut squash ravioli is a must! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect Venue! It’s well kept, inviting and comfortable with the perfect indoor reception spot with large windows, beautiful views of the pond & amazing sunset photo opportunities. The staff is very friendly & attentive. Thank you to Jessica for making my daughters wedding day her “favorite day ever” She was patient, kind, warm & always quick to respond with guidance throughout the year leading up to the big day She carried out the brides vision with careful attention to every detail from set up to the sparkler send off nothing was overlooked All of our expectations were met and then some, we couldn’t have made a better decision and can’t recommend this Venue enough!
