The day of, we worked with Gabbi, Michael and Mary and all of them were equally as amazing. Michael ran our rehearsal while Gabbi ran point the day of our wedding until Mary took over later at the reception. The whole team was amazing from day 1. They responded quickly to my many emails during planning and made sure everything ran smoothly the day of. We got married a month ago and I am still hearing comments from our guests on how amazing the food was. All of the food was delicious, but the bao buns especially were a big hit during our cocktail hour! I can’t recommend Holly Hedge enough. Book them for your wedding and you won’t regret it.

We had so many guests rave about the food and how it was the best they’ve ever had at a wedding. They also packed up my husband and I’s leftover for us to take home which was much appreciated. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. We also loved the fact that they their own inn right on the grounds with 15 rooms. The rooms at the inn are super nice and the breakfast the next morning was amazing. Overall my husband and I cannot recommend HollyHedge enough! They truly made our wedding day so special and every single person that works there is just phenomenal!

Michele was our main coordinator and both she and the other coordinator Gabbi are SO responsive and easy to get in touch with, and so graciously put up with my 28383 questions! There was not a single time when I reached out and didn’t get a response in 24 hours or less. They truly are such professionals and did everything possible to ensure our day ran smoothly. Michele was such a joy to work with and you can tell she loves what she does. We got SO many compliments on the gorgeous venue from our guests, and so many “this is the best wedding I’ve ever been to!” Remarks as well. The food was ABSOLUTELY phenomenal, it was the best food I’ve ever personally had at a wedding, and many of our guests said this as well. Our event manager Michael was also phenomenal and kept the reception running smoothly. All the staff were so enthusiastic about my big day, which I so so so appreciated. And obviously, the grounds are absolutely stunning. It really is the most beautiful venue I’ve ever seen. To all the prospective brides/any other future newlyweds reading this, I would choose HollyHedge 10 million times over!

They were always extremely responsive and answered all of our millions of questions in a timely manner. No answer was ever a bad answer. They gave us amazing planning advice along the way. This venue does a fun food tasting party where all of the couples for that season get together and taste their recommended dishes. It was awesome that the venue had their own catering and bakery. The food was fantastic and served huge portions. We also loved that the venue had 15 rooms onsite that we used for the wedding party and a sister property down the street with a shuttle. They also have the option to add on an after party so it is all one stop shop, which is what we wanted. We loved the charm of the venue. It was seriously the perfect night.

From the first email communication with Michele, HHE showed absolute professionalism and support to us. Michele sat down with us after the tour and answered any and all questions we had very thoroughly without sugarcoating anything. We knew IMMEDIATELY that we had to get married here- and we don't regret it one bit (neither will you, I promise). Michele and Gabbi made the wedding planning process so fun and easy, a task extremely hard to do when all you hear about is the stress of wedding planning. Leading up to the wedding communication was 10/10. Every email was answered in a timely manner and we never had to follow up as a reminder. The tasting gave us great inspiration on how the event goes and the staff is all so kind and wonderful! Our guests raved about them all weekend! We had our rehearsal on site the night before, and it eased all of our minds (mind you, not many of our bridal party have ever been in a wedding before). The day of the wedding was absolutely magical. Gabbi was my day of coordinator and she made sure everyone was taken care of down to the tiniest detail of finding us batteries when our polaroid needed some! The food was delicious and overall the day was perfect.

fect venue more difficult than anticipated. My husband and I toured multiple venues that while beautiful, just didn't fit our needs or we just didn't mesh with. Friday on a whim I played hooky from work to take a tour of Holly Hedge with my mom, Saturday I brought back my MIL and husband to book. From the very first email, each coordinator we had the pleasure of working with - (at the time Meredith), Michele and Gabbi were professional, friendly and communicative - all the traits you want from your event planners! What really stood out to me was that while we did the majority of our planning with Michele and had Gabbi on sight day of, it felt like we were planning with only one coordinator. Their internal communication is truly beyond impressive and put any nervous bride energy I had at ease. Not only did they help us keep organized, they were excited for our event, were quick to answer any questions we had and encouraged all of our design / decor ideas we had which made planning so much easier and even fun! We always looked forward to our planning meetings. Not only was the planning process incredibly smooth, the day of was even better. We truly had the most perfect, amazing wedding day thanks to Holly Hedge and their staff who were always close by! One of our guests described them "like ants, just everywhere!". We had no need go unmet the day of. Gabbi was right by our side all day to help with whatever we needed (and did an amazing job doing my bustle by herself!). Gabbi was also amazing at accommodating my adult autistic brother who was apart of our wedding party. She was so patient, understanding and kind with him (even when I was stressed out!) Her assistant Andrew was equally as professional and nice, he closed out the night for us and was ever so patient corralling us to the after party even despite us thoroughly enjoying our open bar. The bartenders were INCREDIBLE, they had orders memorized by the end of the night and our guests raved about the drinks and the selection. Our guests also loved Emily the after party bartender, she was so fun! I also have to take a moment and acknowledge how good the food was as well. Cocktail hour was abundant with a huge variety of appetizers. We loved the option of having 3 proteins and a veggie for our main courses. The steak was well cooked, crusted tuna was some of the best tuna I've ever had, the chicken had rave reviews as well and everything came out piping hot! The stuffed squash was huge, seasonal and delicious. Not only was Holly Hedge food some of the best food we've ever had, they were happy to make substitutions so more of our guests could enjoy (like no bacon on one the appetizers for example). Our leftovers we were sent home with were equally as good the next day. Lastly, the venue itself is incredibly beautiful and offered so many unique backdrops for photos. It had the most perfect, romantic, rustic secret garden vibes. The venue did not need much in terms of decor to bring it to life. In all, Holly Hedge provided us with our dream wedding day and we would do it over again in a heart beat with absolutely zero changes. Our guests are still raving about what feels like every aspect of the day. Holly Hedge is truly the ultimate wedding venue and offers the entire package!

It's the best food I've ever had at a wedding and the portion sizes are out of this world! The grounds: So well kept and taken care of! The Inn: So cozy and cute! The breakfast the next day was absolutely delicious. We had the most perfect day and are so lucky that we were able to get married at HollyHedge. We can't wait to plan a night at the Inn to come back and relive our wedding over and over!

When the big day came, I literally just had to sit back and be catered too the entire day. All week the weather was calling for an 85% chance of rain and as a bride, that was my worse nightmare. Again, she completely exceeded my expectations and made everything look absolutely STUNNING for the ceremony and reception. We have already received so many compliments about the beauty of the venue, the incredible food, and just the overall wedding being AMAZING! Even the next day, Courtney and her team made the most delicious breakfast and the service was incredible. I wish I can relive that day over and over again; I will absolutely be back to stay in the Inn with my husband in the many years to come; we will never forget about our incredible wedding day and I just wanted to say, from the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single person at HollyHedge Estate <3

She also encouraged us to go and view other properties to ensure HHE was what we wanted. Well, after viewing a few other local venues and running numbers, it was a no brainer that HHE would be where we would get married. The many packages they have and their ability to build you your perfect wedding while working with your budget is wonderful. I never felt like we had to “skimp” to have the wedding of our dreams. Both Michelle and Gabbi were quick to respond to any questions I had or concerns that had risen. It felt like in a blink of an eye we were scheduled for our menu tasting. I have never been to such a wonderfully run event. My fiancé, my mom, his mom and I went and never had so much amazing food (and portions!) ever. I don’t think any of us ate for days after because we were so full! The abundance of options for us to try was only a small portion of the actual menu. Soon after we met with Gabbi for our menu meeting. From that point on Gabbi became our day of point person. Let me tell you a little about Gabbi. I have never received such individual attention from anyone involved in customer service. She went above and beyond in every single aspect. She helped me build our day to be exactly what we always planned! She knew sticking to our budget was really important to us. She never tried to force us to upsell on anything. She never tried to persuade me that my day wouldn’t be complete if I didn’t spend an absurd amount of money. She worked within our budget and helped create a dream day. Even the week leading up to the wedding, Gabbi was in constant contact making sure everything was perfect. All while staying calm and keeping my nerves at bay! Before we knew it, our wedding day was here. From the moment we showed up at 8am to start the day, Gabbi made sure every single one of our needs were met. She ran around like a chicken with no head and never once came across as flustered or stressed. She offered no only great customer service but gave emotional support and cheered us on as we walked down the aisle. During cocktail hour, Gabbi will snag you and give you and your husband a chance to enjoy happy hour (in full or just in part, your choice) alone. We chose to spend about half just my husband and I. During the reception Michael and Mary took over as our point people for the evening. Mary did a wonderful job keeping all the evening activities flowing nicely and making sure everyone was happy. Now. Michael. Michael was such an incredible maître d’ that Rob nor I wanted for anything. Our drinks were always full, as were our bellies. I honestly don’t think my wedding would have been even a fraction of as nice, relaxed, organized or yummy had it been up to me solely. And I definitely could not have done nearly as nice in our budget if it wasn’t for HHE. We have just passed one week since our wedding and the amount of compliments we have received, from basically everyone, has been incredible. Most wedding there is at least ONE complaint somewhere, but not a single one of our guest had a single negative thing to say. BEST DAY EVER! THANK YOU HHE!!!!

second we got back into our car after our tour. Michele was so calm and patient in the planning process and at all meetings, she truly made us feel so calm and that we were ahead of the game even when we felt behind. Up to the day before our wedding Holly Hedge was a 3639373 star rating. They were so quick to answer every email. They told us multiple times a day of coordinator was a waste of money and they will take care of everything, I didn't dream of the venue dropping the ball at all. The night before our wedding around 3ish pm, as we were about to leave for our rehearsal dinner, we got an email from our coordinator that Michele got sick and that Gabbi could not be our day of coordinator anymore and that a lady Mary would take over, but it was all fine and she was up to speed. An email!! not a text or a phone call. An email that, I may have not even seen til day of….Day of, Mary was very stressed and frazzled, probably cause she had to do 2 jobs, I do not blame her but there was obvious 0 prep or communication to Mary about how our day was supposed to go. IT WAS STRESSFUL FOR EVERYONE. I as the bride, the groom and both bridal parties were STRESSED! I asked multiple times in meetings how my one bridesmaid could help with anything and she would love to, but they told me that was not necessary, and not to worry. Also, that Gabbi knew how to bustle and not to worry or teach anyone. Update, day of, Mary was no where to be found when I needed to be bustled. Our ceremony started 20 minutes late cause Holly Hedge did not cut off pre-ceremony drinks, which 20 minutes does not sound long.. but it was 30 degrees out and we lost golden hour photos. We also lost 20 minutes of our reception, that we will never get back. I understand that people get sick and need to call out but when Holly Hedge's main source of income is weddings and they obviously do not have a back up plan when someone gets sick, is very concerning. I cried at the end of our wedding day, due to all the built up stress throughout the day. They did not care. The next day when I mentioned it was upsetting the ceremony was late for no reason, Gabbi's response, Was but did you have fun? Of course, my husband and I made the best of our wedding day but 4 + months later we are still very frustrated with how the day went. Everyone talks about how amazing Gabbi is and again til the day of, she was, but day of we did not. My husband even mentioned to her that I cried the night before when things changed and her response to him was, Am I supposed to work a double? My husband and I both work in fields where when someone gets sick and there is no back up, yes we have to work a double. The food was great, Michael was great, venue was gorgeous but the planners dropped the ball and did not seem to care. For all the money we spent for our one special day plus the money our guests spent on inn rooms, Holly Hedge was not worth it for all the stress, day of the wedding. People say shit goes wrong on your wedding day you can't control.. trust me, things did go wrong outside of Holly Hedge's control (weather, guest in ER) but Holly Hedge should have had a better back up plan for illness. That is a controllable factor from the venue. Long story short, just pay for an additional day of coordinator if you are set on HH.

departure the next day, it was absolutely seamless and the entire team was wonderful. The planning process was very easy with HHE, the coordinators Gabi and Michelle were always a delight to work with and willing to explain everything we’d ask about, some a few times when we forgot. The tasting dinner night was an event unto itself, and a lot of fun. As we got closer to the wedding going over more final details, Gabi and Michelle were extremely helpful in figuring out details, helping decide on color combos for linens (Gabi has a great idea to combine a tan base with ivory top!), helping finalize food options (the menu list is extensive, and everything sounds delicious), and so forth. Then the day itself. We arrived around 8 to start getting ready and Mary and her crew were already there starting to get things going. She took care of us and got the decorations and other items we dropped off set up seamlessly. Then for the event itself, I cannot say enough how professional and well run the night went. The transition from ceremony to cocktail hour happened so quickly we didn’t even realize it happened till cocktail hour started. Mary made sure we got a plate of all the hors d'oeuvres as we walked around visiting guests. The staff to guest ratio was amazing, there was always someone around with food or to pick up a glass. And speaking of food, this was not only the best wedding food I’ve ever had, but easily competes with the top restaurants in Philadelphia. Multiple guests have independently since told us they absolutely loved both the hors d'oeuvres (bulgogi lettuce wrap, ahi tuna, and crab cakes being the favorites) and that the entrees (duck, miso salmon, or grilled portobello were our selections) were the best wedding meals they’ve ever had. Then throughout the night, they kept the event staffed and fun. Michael (evening coordinator) had the gifts and cards brought to our room, leftover food and cake boxed up and brought to the fridge in our room, and even figured out a way to politely (without interrupting the camera/video) grab us during the cake cutting to make sure we didn’t do the classic feeding shot after the cake cutting (I have a food allergy, so we had a separate cake specifically for us to eat). Eventually when the party was over, we transitioned to the afterparty to continue hanging out which again was a blast and well manned with friendly helpful staff. In another act that just made the night simple, Michael handled coordinating the tip for the pizza delivery driver so we didn’t have to scramble back to the room mid-party. It sounds like a small thing, but the entire night was just filled with these little acts that made it the best night of our lives. We cannot recommend this place enough, and we keep recommending it to our friends in the hopes we can go back as guests!

The food was amazing! We really feel as though we hit the jackpot. Michele and Gabbi were a pleasure to work with and really went above and beyond to make the day special for us. If you don't believe me here are a few examples: Both Michele and Gabbi were very responsive to our emails and willing to jump on a phone call at a moment's notice. My grandfather was unable to attend our wedding and they easily set up Zoom for him to be able to view our ceremony. On the day of, Gabbi was extremely attentive to our needs, making sure that we always had coffee/water/drinks and even brought my husband medicine when his back was hurting him. She told me a joke right before I walked down to aisle to help me stop crying. It was this type of care and attention that really made it for us. We cannot thank Holly Hedge enough for this memory that we will cherish forever!

They answered every little question I had quickly and helped me find solutions for every little hiccup along the way. On the wedding day, Gabbi was like our own personal fairy godmother and made the day run so smoothly. I knew I didn’t need to worry about anything, which made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. The entire staff was just as wonderful from the wait staff to the valets. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how amazing the service was. Apart from the stellar team, the grounds are stunning. We were able to take our wedding portraits all over the property and the photos we have gotten back show just how beautiful HollyHedge is. We had our ceremony in the gorgeous courtyard, which was the most perfect and idyllic backdrop. During cocktail hour we had space for 8 lawn games that our guests loved playing with space to sit and cool off in the gorgeous stone barn. The food was also incredible! They source their ingredients locally and the quality of their food is amazing. The cake was particularly delicious, not to mention beautiful! Many of our guests stayed at HH and their sister location at the 1740 house, which was very convenient for both us and our out of town guests. Honestly, I could go on and on! We LOVE HollyHedge!

We and our guests felt like we were transported into a fairytale wedding setting for the day & night, tucked away in the most beautiful B&B estate. The cocktails the bartenders made were top notch and our guests were very impressed. The cake made by their resident baker was the best wedding cake I've ever had (we did cannoli and funfetti layers). A major bonus was having our wedding party stay on site and enjoying the most DELICIOUS breakfast the morning after. Michele in our planning and Gabbi on the day of were both rock stars. The staff at a venue is SO important in making your event a success and our wedding would not have been the dream come true that it was without everyone at HHE. Recommendations: Rehearsal dinner at 1740 House, HHE's sister inn. So accommodating and the setting was GORGEOUS- it helped elevate our guest's New Hope weekend experience. Late Night food for guests: the McDonald's in New Hope! This was a slam dunk surprise treat. Michele at HHE was very helpful in coordinating this with us. We had one minor hiccup, that a side for an entree we requested and had in writing, wasn't fulfilled and the original side was plated instead but this was so minor. I also wish there wasn't carpeting in the reception space but with the right decor & string lights/uplighting, it felt a bit more up to date/less like a "lodge" than when we first visited. I also recommend hiring a photographer who is familiar with the estate and all of its adorable nooks and crannies for photo ops! We didn't and I have regrets about not getting all of the photos I wanted. Some of our guests stayed at The Clarion which was fine, but the ones who stayed at The 1740 had a much more elevated New Hope experience! Overall, our HHE wedding was a 10/10.

ew barn and the patio area are all just stunning. So much so that the rain on my wedding day didn’t prevent me from having gorgeous pictures. Leading up to the big day, Michele, Meredith and Gabbi answered my many questions and kept me on track. I truly felt like I had support the whole way. Michele helped me plan my menu and run of show - she was honest and super helpful. During my wedding day, it rained all day long. Without stopping. The rain somehow made holly hedge more beautiful. The team adapted so quickly. Gabbi was my day of coordinator and she is the best! She handled everything beautifully and set up the room better than I could’ve ever imagined. I even had an issue with my shuttles and didn’t find out until afterwards because she tackled it for me. Every guest was mesmerized by this venue and called it a “story book” wedding. The food was incredible and my family was not easy to please. Look no further for the most beautiful venue and the best service you could ask for. A million thank you’s to the holly hedge team!! We’ll be back to celebrate next year.

the venue is absolutely gorgeous. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue is, how attentive the staff was, and how tasty the food was! Their staff really go above and beyond! They were even super accommodating for our postponement! They are the most genuine people and if you select HollyHedge you will not be disappointed!!

The grounds are also stunning and have so many cute corners for photos! The inn at Holly Hedge was also so quaint and once again the service was wonderful. Our guests gave us so many compliments about our wedding, and we can't thank the event staff enough, especially Gabbi & Michele for making our big day such a dream come true.
